Limpeza e bebidas estavam ok, o problema foi o acesso ao parque, não tem translado e o hotel fica em morro, ou seja, caminhada de 20 minutos. Outro ponto que termina tudo muito cedo, cerca de 22h já acabou tudo, não tem nenhum entretenimento depois desse horário, muito menos comida. O hotel tem duas piscinas para crianças e uma pequena para os adultos, achei estranho. No quarto a pia é pra fora do banheiro, e a porta é de vidro fosco sendo que tem uma abertura do tamanho de 10cm entre a parede o vidro, não da privacidade para quem esta usando o banheiro e quem esta de fora consegue ver a pessoa.

Amei meus dias no Cassino. Meu único problema foi para dormir, pois havia MUITO barulho no corredor (pessoas falando e rindo muito alto, umas crianças correndo e outras batendo nas portas dos quartos e saindo correndo. E a insatisfação foi que o monotrilho não estava funcionando.

Wonderful hotel!!!! Food and drinks could extend until later!!! Some tbm activities!!! The 22:00 is closed and we see “sweet sweets”... we don't have drinks, food or activities, but we are la a curtir until a little later and we don't want to sleep... be suggested!!!

The rest of the world is a good one for my 13-year-old son. Maîtrise Vavá and his team are very careful and proactive... staff at the bar... tds MT good... special: Sara, Gustavo, Samuel, Isabel. Gabriel discovery of Vavá... a kindness and joy nothing... we will miss.

Item parking great service of the manufacturers but regarding the reception service could be more effective as fast as and in the checkout there was a order to be delivered and we made the closure we left the hotel and we had to return and ask for it it was not informed by the reception that it had already been delivered and was available to withdraw a failure .
