"Service, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff - everything was top-notch. Even the restaurant and bar prices were reasonable. The hotel is a bit dated, which doesn't mean it's not good, but compared to the Alpen Gold, it might not be the first choice for younger guests. "Unfortunately, check-in was a bit chaotic. No effort was made to check whether the rooms were ready an hour before the official check-in began. The crowds were accordingly large. As there is no air conditioning in the hotel, the rooms are very warm on some hot days despite the altitude of Davos. It is therefore all the more surprising to have a very warm blanket in bed in the summer. Half board was fine. But breakfast was overrun by bus tourists. All in all, unfortunately, not a 4-star experience this time. This hotel is better outside of peak season or on days without bus tourists."

"I have stayed in this hotel at least 7 or 8 times. I go skiing in the same hotel every year, so I know a lot of the staff. Everyone is very friendly. The hotel facilities and facilities are great. The only downside is that the restaurant is so average. It has not improved over the years."

"We were in the Hotel Parsenn for two nights and can recommend it fully. The hotel has a private parking space and is located in front of the parking track. The check-in was uncomplicated and very friendly. The room was very clean & had everything you need. The breakfast buffet was plenty and had a large and fresh selection. A ski and baggage room is also available. We are happy to come back."

"They were already several times in the hotel's camping and now the first time in the hotel room. Very nice and maintained hotel with great steam sauna and friendly staff. Drinks from the minibar as well as tickets for the local bus were included. It had everything we needed to recover for four days and to be in the wellness area. We're happy to come back!"

"We can recommend the hotel Waldhouse the warmest. We were very friendly, had a beautiful, clean and maintained room. The Spa area is large, top-modern and excellently equipped. Breakfast buffet was also top. The hotel is free of charge from the train station and to the train station. Price-performance ratio is absolutely true. We are happy to come back!"
