The room was a bit small, but the facilities were quite complete, and the bedding was comfortable. The front desk service was professional and quite welcoming. The location is between Shuhanlu East and Baiguolin stations on Metro Line 2, with Shuhanlu East being closer, about a 10-minute walk. The advantage is that it's not on the street, making it very quiet.

The hotel is super close to the metro station, right across the street, and only about 4-5 kilometers from the city center. There's a really long night market street nearby with tons of late-night snacks!
We got complimentary breakfast for three days, and as someone from out of town, I thought it was delicious, especially the noodles. They even upgraded our room to a king-size bed. The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping staff cleaned diligently. Really great!

The retro-style room is simple and chic, and the overall environment exceeded my expectations. The hallway was clean with no strange odors, and the room itself was spacious with good natural light and ventilation. The bed was very comfortable, and the soundproofing was decent, so it was quiet at night. The hygiene details were excellent; the towels and sheets were very clean. This will be my top choice for future trips.

This hotel stay was absolutely fantastic. The room was spotlessly clean, bright, and airy. The bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The smart home features throughout the room were convenient and practical. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation and was fully stocked with amenities. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean and very well-maintained, and the facilities were comprehensive and well-equipped. Breakfast was excellent. Parking was convenient, and its proximity to the subway station was a big plus. The availability of a laundry room was also a great convenience. The photos make it seem like this hotel occupies its own standalone building, but that isn’t the case. It is actually located on the 15th and 18th floors of an older building, which makes the overall experience feel less premium than expected. While the hotel floors themselves have a modern, futuristic design, the contrast with the rest of the building was a bit disappointing.
Additionally, the room we booked did not have a window, which was not clearly communicated in the images on trip.com, which did disappoint us.
During our visit, there was also very loud construction noise. To their credit, the staff responded promptly and moved us to another floor. However, the noise was still noticeable even after the room change.
The hotel offered a 5% discount as compensation, but we felt it was insufficient given the inconvenience caused, especially since we would also not be able to collect Trip.com coins for this stay. As a result, we declined the offer.

The service is still very good. Xiao Rong at the front desk is very kind. He helped me carry my luggage and gave me a thumbs up. The price of the hotel is suitable, medium-range, affordable, the facilities should be very new, the bathroom is very clean, the room is very tidy, and the lady in the room is also kind.
The decoration style of the hotel is also very good. The environment is good. There is a terrace with beautiful flowers. The elevator goes directly to the 2nd and 3rd floors. It is a viewing elevator.
There is hot pot and hoofa downstairs in the hotel. The front desk clerk recommended food, which is not bad.
In summary, the location is good, close to the subway, the service is good, the price is moderate, and it is clean and tidy. This hotel will definitely be my first choice next time.

Seeing me with a big suitcase and looking exhausted, she proactively upgraded me to a quiet room on a higher floor and even thoughtfully prepared hot tea. The room was spotless, and the bedding was soft and comfortable for a good night's sleep. The breakfast the next morning had a great variety and tasted delicious. What touched me most was at check-out; I was rushing for my train, and the front desk had already prepared my invoice and packed a souvenir for me, handling everything calmly and efficiently. This unexpectedly great experience completely wiped away my fatigue from the business trip. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu!

Quiet neighborhood except the guests next to my room decided to talk about their life stories in the outdoor balcony until wee hours which is really inconsiderate. The hotel environment is clean and comfortable, and transportation is super convenient with a subway entrance right outside. It's conveniently located to all the major attractions. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. The room was clean, and the service was good. There's also parking available. The only downside was that there was construction happening next door during our stay, but we were informed beforehand that it was a municipal project.

As long as guests requested it, they would ensure our room was thoroughly cleaned, and they even offered a small panda gift! The hotel also has a robot service, and the buffet restaurant on the 30th floor offers excellent city views. The hotel's central location near popular attractions makes it extremely convenient. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. There's also a laundry room on the 29th floor, and the auntie there is very friendly and even helps with laundry! A truly fantastic experience.

All the facilities were modern and well maintained, and the attention to detail was excellent. The bed was especially comfortable, and I slept very well.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing, and the public areas are kept in great condition as well. Whether it’s cleanliness, service, location, or overall convenience, everything exceeded my expectations. I genuinely couldn’t find any flaws during my stay.
