Great Value and Prime Location, with a Few Minor Drawbacks Overall Impression & Room Quality This hotel is an excellent choice for the price. The rooms are nice and very clean, providing a comfortable base for your stay. I also appreciated the small touches, like the complimentary water bottles in the room. The bathroom amenities—including the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner—are all of good quality. Dining Experience The hotel restaurant is solid; while it won't necessarily blow your mind, it reliably does the job. However, the breakfast is a bit below average and could benefit from a wider variety of choices. Staff & Facilities The staff, both at reception and in the restaurant, are very good and provide great service. On the downside, the gym is really small, so it may not be ideal if you have a strict workout routine. Location The location is absolutely ideal. The telepheric (cable car) to go up the mountain is literally a 2-minute walk from the hotel. Furthermore, if you decide to walk up or come down from the mountain on foot, the entrance is conveniently located just across the street. Verdict Highly recommended for its cleanliness, great staff, and unbeatable location, as long as you don't mind a basic breakfast and a compact gym.

First of all, the conclusion: full marks! There is a cup of hot tea when you check in, and a free taxi to the station when you check out! This kind of service makes people feel at home and creates a good impression! Not to mention the welcome fruits and sleeping bags! The mattress is a little firmer than I like, just right, and I sleep soundly. The towels are very thick and soft, significantly better than similar products in hotels of the same price. This is a very cost-effective and warm hotel, recommended!

The hotel service was absolutely wonderful! The staff were professional and kind, making the service experience excellent. They patiently answered all questions without any hint of impatience, and even helped us with a late check-out. Issues were resolved very quickly, and we received complimentary welcome fruit. The facilities are very new and don't feel old-fashioned; they're the best among hotels in the same price range. I highly recommend experiencing Wuzhou! The guest rooms are spacious with fantastic views from the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, and luxury amenities like a Dyson hairdryer and a scenic bathtub are all included. The breakfast selection is rich, and the local Ban Mian noodles taste authentic. Service response is very fast, and the robot delivery is super convenient. The environment is quiet and upscale, offering much better value for money than other hotels in the same price bracket – highly recommended! The ceiling-to-sky heated swimming pool is the biggest highlight! The water is clear and clean, the space is open, and the temperature is just right. It's free for guests, making it incredibly relaxing and great for photos.

The hotel is very new, and the rooms are incredibly spacious. The breakfast selection is extensive and delicious. Downstairs, there's an art center and a plaza, and a shopping complex is just a 500-meter walk away, which is very convenient. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shijiazhuang.

I genuinely recommend this hotel! The service was incredibly warm and attentive, with staff patiently guiding us. The room had great natural light and ventilation, and the cleanliness details were meticulously handled; there was no smoke or strange odors, and all the in-room facilities worked perfectly. The mattress was just right – neither too soft nor too firm. The hallways were quiet, offering excellent privacy, and housekeeping cleaned promptly every day. The location is superb, very close to public transport. Overall, the value for money far exceeds other hotels in the same price range. I will definitely prioritize staying here again next time I'm in the area!

From the moment I checked in until I checked out, the entire experience was delightful. The lobby was grand and spotless, and Manager Bi always greeted me with a warm smile, which made me feel very welcome. My room had excellent natural light and a spacious view. The air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly, making for a very comfortable stay. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too firm, and the pillows were comfortable too; I slept soundly until morning. Room service was very prompt; anything I requested usually arrived within ten minutes. Upon checkout, they even proactively asked about my stay, which shows their attention to detail. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and highly recommended.

This hotel is the most beautiful in Shijiazhuang. The landscape is beautiful and the interior is very aesthetic. The room is very spacious with high ceilings and it is extremely beautiful. The room was clean and we enjoyed the bath tub. There is also a big balcony but due to it being winter time we didn’t get to enjoy it. The gym is great for a hotel and not to mention very clean. It has all the essential equipment for a great workout. The hotel advertised having western and Chinese breakfast however as a foreigner the western selection is basically just bacon and some different types of bread (croissant, danish etc). The breakfast was also extremely cold for the 5 days we had it. Also there was only 1 restaurant (a la carte) open during our stay so we had to find our lunch and dinner outside of the hotel. This was extremely difficult as there aren’t many food options in this area. This was the only thing we didn’t like.

I was very pleased with my stay! First, the room felt spacious and comfortable. I could easily fit my suitcases and backpacks in the room, and still had plenty of room to move around without feeling cramped. The decor was standard business-style, simple and practical, with a relaxing color scheme. Most importantly, the room facilities were well-maintained, showing no signs of wear and tear, creating a clean and tidy first impression. Although the room had an interior window (no exterior view), the ventilation system was excellent, eliminating any issues with stuffiness or odors, which was a real plus. Also, the front desk service was truly pleasant, and the follow-up visit after my stay enhanced the overall experience.

Room was on 6th floor, nobody helped us find it, towels and bedsheets were old and with holes 🥲 walls were visibly repaired some parts got teared apart wallpapers, some lights on the ceiling didn’t work so room was quite dark, bathroom sink was outside near the door, shower water became cold after 10 minutes of use and water was dripping from heater right on your head and all over the floor, there was no smell in the room, view was carpark between two taller buildings, mattress and pillows were surprisingly soft, we stayed two days nobody came to take out the trash or renew the toilet paper/water 😂 seems there is no cleaning at all. Only cozy corner was the armchairs in front of of the window, if you wanted slippers you should pay for it extra 20¥😂we were mostly outside so for one time bearable stay but i can’t recommend maybe only for affordable price and excellent location … oh yeah bed was too short and our feet stayed outside😆
