The room was really spacious and great, perfect for a family trip. We booked a suite, so it wasn't cramped at all. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the pedestrian shopping street, making it super convenient for shopping and exploring.
The breakfast at the restaurant might not have been as extensive, probably due to it being Chinese New Year's Eve, but the restaurant itself was a good size and had a nice ambiance. I imagine their regular menu would have more options.
It's quite rare to find convenient parking right in a pedestrian street, and the hotel even has its own dedicated elevator to the parking area, which was a huge plus.

Facilities: It has everything you'd expect: a bathtub, a large bed, and an ergonomic chair. A pleasant surprise was the humidifier, but unfortunately, the air conditioning was broken, which was a downside. Also, there was no executive lounge, which was disappointing. Special shout-out to the swimming pool, it was excellent.
Cleanliness: Good.
Service: I'd like to give a special mention to Esther at the front desk; her service was warm, thoughtful, and absolutely wonderful.

There is a washing machine. The front desk lady has a good attitude; the room is new, there is a dryer, clean and hygienic, the bed is comfortable, the overall value for money, it is a very satisfying experience, the travel is very convenient, the night view is really good. An unexpected delightful stay! The location is super convenient, within walking distance to the subway station and commercial areas. It's quiet and comfortable with very attentive service. The hotel environment is peaceful, featuring a Golden Key concierge who personally escorts you to your room and provides a detailed introduction. They also offer many personalized and thoughtful services. Check-in and check-out were very fast. The recommendations for Zhiyins, Zhengtai, and Wanlimiao were fantastic – we had a great time and got a real feel for Shijiazhuang's culture and history.

This trip to the Tuke Hotel, the experience is directly full! The location of the hotel is particularly good, walking to the nearby business districts and attractions, whether it is shopping for food or punching in the card is super convenient.
The lobby is simple and bright, and I feel very comfortable as soon as I enter the door. The front desk staff is warm and professional. The check-in speed is fast. They also take the initiative to recommend local specialty snacks and niche punch-in places to me, which is particularly intimate.
The cleanliness of the room is nothing to say, the ground is spotless, the sheets are clean and flat, the bathroom has no smell and water stains, and the details are particularly in place. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the support of the mattress is just right, and the excellent sound insulation effect of the room makes you sleep very stable at night. The facilities in the room are also very complete, high-speed WiFi, smart TV, independent air conditioning are all available, fully able to meet the various needs of travel.
The staff's service was still online when checking out, and they greeted each other with smiles throughout the process, and asked about the stay experience intimately. This is a nice, big hotel in the center of the city with all the necessary conveniences, right on the corner of the busy shopping street. The room is big, well equipped. While convenient, the hotel has clearly well over its best days, as lots of its features seem to be rather outdated. The air condition (or the lack of it) is clearly a major hiatus. It doesn't give one the option to control the temperature, just to make the fan run slower or faster. The rooms are about 10 degrees warmer than the properly conditioned reception areas, which is odd. Why is the convenience of the staff sitting at the reception is higher priority than the guests?

KKellyC_**Hotel Review: Aesthetic Excellence Overshadowed by Comfort Failures**
Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us.
The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests.
Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night.
On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area.
However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight.
In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

Nestled amidst the hustle and bustle of Sports South Street in Shijiazhuang, the Venice Water World Hotel is, for me, far more than just a place to stay. Over the past two years, eight (closer to ten now) visits have instilled in me a unique sense of familiarity – a feeling of stepping not into a hotel, but returning to a familiar and warm home every single time.
My first choice was probably due to its excellent location and the allure of 'Water World,' but what keeps bringing me back is that indescribable 'home' feeling. From the moment I push open the hotel doors, the familiar Baroque-style decor greets my eyes, a faint fragrance permeates the air, and the front desk staff always know my surname, greeting me with a 'Welcome home, Mr./Ms. X,' instantly melting away my travel fatigue.
I absolutely love the hotel's food; it's simply incredible! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 You must try their Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger), and the breakfast spread is particularly rich and diverse.
The hotel rooms consistently maintain a reassuring level of cleanliness and comfort. The bedding is just right for a good night's sleep, and the soundproofing is excellent, allowing for peaceful nights even in the bustling city. What touches me even more are the subtle touches of care: the humidifier, eye masks, and earplugs always available in the room are a godsend for someone like me who has specific sleep environment preferences. With each stay, I notice small updates to the room facilities, perhaps a new decorative item or upgraded toiletries. This continuous dedication makes me feel the hotel's relentless pursuit of quality.
And 'Water World' is always a highlight I must experience. After a day of work or sightseeing, soaking in the hotel's bathhouse or swimming a few laps in the heated pool makes all fatigue disappear. Over the past two years and nearly ten stays, the Venice Water World Hotel has witnessed my business trips and also accommodated my leisure time. It was a pleasant surprise to stay at Hutuo Hotel! The location is excellent, close to the scenic area and commercial area. The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the daily cleaning service is meticulous and thoughtful. The front desk is warm and professional 24 hours a day, and responds to any problems in seconds. The breakfast is rich in variety, and the local snacks are very authentic. I especially like the balcony in the room, which can take in the natural scenery of Hutuo River. 1. Efficient and patient service: We arrived during peak check-in times, and the front desk lady was incredibly efficient. While quickly checking my information and handling my paperwork, she also cheerfully answered my questions about directions to nearby attractions. Everything was handled in just a few minutes.
2. Prompt response: I called to ask about nearby restaurants, and the front desk not only recommended two local favorites but also helped me find directions, making it much easier than searching for directions myself.
This was a very comfortable stay, and the front desk service was a huge factor. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

GGuest UserI received a reminder about my one-night stay here three days before arriving, so I assumed that everything was OK with my reservation. When I showed up, the receptionist said that she couldn't give me a room and wrote in Chinese which I translated that she could help me to get a refund. I replied, 'No, I have a reservation so you must give me a room. If you don't have any available here, let's go to the hotel next door and you can ask them to do you a favor and give you one for me.' We did, but it seems that there were none available. So, after going back to Junting Business Hotel, she gave me a room. The big advantage of this hotel is that it's about a seven-minute walk from the airport, T2. Another advantage is that they sell a variety of snacks and drinks. Upon checking out, I had to just leave the room key on the counter because no one was there.
