"This is my third layover in Guangzhou, and this hotel is by far the best I've stayed in terms of customer service, comfort, and cleanliness. The customer service team replied to my messages quickly and explained everything clearly. The front desk even gave me a complimentary upgrade to a large room with a window, which I absolutely loved! The airport shuttle was arranged very promptly as well. On the night I checked in, I registered for a 12 PM shuttle to the airport the next day. The customer service called me at 11:50 AM as a reminder, and the shuttle left promptly at 12 PM. The room felt comfortable, had no strange odors, and even came with an 'Xiaodu' smart assistant to help set alarms. Plus, food delivery could be brought directly to my room door. The only minor downside was that the TV couldn't cast, but overall, it was still a fantastic experience. I'll definitely book this hotel again the next time I have a layover in Guangzhou."

"The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from T2 and has its own shuttle service, which is quite convenient. A taxi to T2 at 6 AM only takes about 9 minutes. The hotel is located within a kind of park area. Around midnight, it's impossible to order from chain delivery services; I'm not sure about during the day. Some of the drinking water bottles had dry, mud-like stains on them, which looked a bit disgusting. I suggest they check these more carefully. The door to the first room I was given was wide open, and I noticed the same with the room next door, which was quite confusing. I ended up having to switch rooms."

If you’re travelling for work and flying in or out of Guangzhou Baiyun, this place is unbeatable — it’s minutes from the airport (near the T3 terminal) and just a short walk from Renhe Station on Metro Line 3 (Exit C1), so getting anywhere in the city is effortless. The location keeps getting better. It’s walking distance to Huatong Plaza and the Huatongli commercial street, with plenty of food options right there including KFC, McDonald’s and Starbucks — so you’re never stuck for a meal or a coffee after a long day. The room itself was beautifully decorated and genuinely comfortable. Best of all, it had English TV channels — this was the only hotel on my whole trip where I could actually sit down and watch something I understood, which meant a lot after busy days of meetings and sourcing. But what really sealed the deal was the service. They held my luggage, helped me manage my orders, and the airport pick-up and drop-off made the whole stay stress-free. On top of that you get a pool, sauna and breakfast included. Honestly, my only regret is that I didn’t book this hotel for the entire trip. I’ll be back next time I’m in Guangzhou — highly recommended for business travellers."

"I booked this for a guest who was arriving on an international flight in the early hours of the morning. The hotel is conveniently located right inside the terminal. The hotel explained that they can't have open flames inside the terminal, but it would have been a much better experience if they offered other options for guests."
