This was absolutely the best Hotel the wife and I have stayed in in our journey across China. We were greeted by smiles and given a free upgrade to the 8th floor which was beautiful. The rooms had a large balcony overlooking a wonderful little lake. We had a fantastic tasty meal in the hotel restaurant followed by a spectacular soak in the Hot Springs which was included in the price of the hotel . We also enjoyed the fish therapy pool for a small expense. In short this will be our go to hotel in Guiyang.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The free parking was a huge plus for us since we were driving, making it super convenient for both business trips and family vacations. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the front desk staff were incredibly professional and thoughtful. They proactively introduced us to the hotel's facilities and local attractions, and even thoughtfully provided children's slippers for our kids. The room was spacious and elegant, with attention to detail evident throughout. The large bed with a latex pillow made for an exceptionally comfortable night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the oversized bathtub was perfect for washing away the day's fatigue. The unlimited complimentary bottled water was a really nice touch. The cleanliness standards were rigorous; the entire room was spotless. The breakfast spread was incredibly diverse, with a wide selection of Chinese and Western dishes, and even some local Guiyang specialties. The dining environment was also very elegant. With 24-hour butler service readily available, this is definitely our top choice for accommodation in Guiyang!

For breakfast, they offer local specialties like sour soup noodles and meat broth noodles, and you can add crispy fried pork bits (cui shao) which are absolutely delicious. The buffet breakfast also has a decent variety. If you stay multiple nights, you can book a shuttle service and even rent traditional Miao ethnic costumes for photos free of charge. The higher floors are pretty quiet, and there's a self-service laundry and a gym available.

A cleaning lady provided detailed answers to all your questions (her name is ”Yang Jie” in the last picture), which deserves praise. This room type includes one free entry to the public hot spring bath, which is staffed on a rotating basis. They proactively offer ginger tea/water, providing excellent service. The only downside is the lack of nearby attractions, only a small supermarket and some foot massage shops. If you arrive by high-speed rail, this hotel is ideal for a one-night stay. It's only a 15-minute taxi ride from Guiyang East Station, making it a highly recommended choice.

The overall hotel experience was superb! The facilities and equipment are all new, and the room was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast selection was comprehensive; the freshly fried handmade crullers were crispy and delicious without being greasy, and paired with hot soy milk, it was incredibly satisfying. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time! Extremely satisfied with the high value for money.

I genuinely recommend this hotel! The transportation couldn't be more convenient, with the subway and bus stops right downstairs. It makes getting around, whether for sightseeing or business, completely hassle-free. The lobby is clean and grand, and the living environment is very comfortable. The breakfast was the biggest surprise—not only were the flavors unique, but they also extended the dining hours until 1 PM, which is incredibly flexible and a huge plus for travelers with a more relaxed schedule. The shower pressure in the room is excellent, making for a very comfortable shower, and the hairdryer is good quality and doesn't damage your hair. Overall, it's great value for money.

This is an excellent hotel. It just opened in September, so all the facilities are brand new. The staff, all from the Jinjiang Group, are very professional. Located right by the river, it offers beautiful views, especially at night. Its convenient location at the intersection of Shangli Road and Shuidong Road makes transportation a breeze, and there's a dedicated parking lot right outside. I'll definitely be back for another stay. Highly recommended!

I rarely write reviews. I have stayed in many hotels when traveling, but staying here gives me a really good experience. The room is clean and hygienic, the service attitude is also very good, thoughtful and polite, the hotel is in a good location, and the decoration is great. I like it. The style, the nearby bustling area is convenient for traveling, and the most important thing is that the pillows are very comfortable. I feel that my sleep quality is better when I stay here. The towels and quilts are also very clean. It is very safe and comfortable to stay. I will choose here again next time I come to Guiyang! !

WWenyihuyueguangxiajiuComing from the north, we were absolutely blown away by the service at this hotel! They offer afternoon tea daily and a late-night snack, plus thoughtful little extras like eye masks and earplugs. Since Guizhou is often rainy, they even provide umbrellas for guests. The room has a mini-fridge that's restocked daily with water and drinks, and it's kept sparkling clean. Every day, they proactively ask if we'd like our bedding changed. The smart controls in the room are powered by Xiao Du, and the bathroom has a great wet/dry separation. After a long day of sightseeing, it's lovely to sit by the window, relax, and have some snacks and drinks. The hotel's design is also very artistic. Located in the Huaguoyuan community, it's super convenient for ordering food delivery. We were just transiting through Guiyang, and it was close to our travel connections too. All in all, we had a fantastic stay!

LLexielilyThis was not an ordinary hotel stay. It became something I will remember for the rest of my life. I arrived at the airport after unexpectedly injuring my ankle earlier that day and had no idea how serious it was or what to do next. I booked this hotel last minute, and from the moment I contacted them, everything changed. The team immediately arranged a car to pick me up from the airport, and I was met with such kindness, care, and professionalism that I felt safe right away. When I arrived, they provided a wheelchair for me and allowed me to keep it overnight. They thoughtfully placed me in a more accessible room, helped with my luggage, and continuously checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. This all happened late at night, yet the level of attention and warmth never wavered. What truly stood out was how every single staff member treated me. Each time I spoke with someone, they sincerely said to call if I needed anything, and they meant it. It felt like the entire team knew about my situation and was looking out for me. As a first-time traveler in China and an English speaker, I was honestly quite scared, but they went out of their way to make sure I never felt alone or overwhelmed. At one point, multiple staff members even came up to my room to check on me in person and ask if I needed anything. They made sure I ate and brought me a warm meal, and I can genuinely say those were the most comforting, soul-filling noodles I had during my trip. In the morning, they kindly offered me a late checkout until 2 p.m., again reminding me to reach out for anything at all. When it was time to leave, they made the process completely seamless. A member of the reception team personally escorted me by golf cart to the airport, helped communicate with airport staff, and ensured I received a wheelchair for my onward journey. I did not have to think or worry about a single step. This level of care goes far beyond standard hospitality. It reflects a truly exceptional team. Every person I encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in my wellbeing. I want to extend my deepest thanks to everyone working that day for taking such incredible care of me. You turned what could have been a very stressful and frightening experience into something warm, safe, and deeply human. This is a world-class team and a shining example of what hospitality should be. I am so grateful and will absolutely stay with this hotel again. Thank you for everything.

The environment is very good, the service is also very good, the front desk is very enthusiastic, and there will be free coffee and fruit when you check in. The room type we initially booked didn't have a window, but after discussing it, they upgraded our room. The room came with noise-canceling earplugs and disposable toilet seat covers, which was very thoughtful. It offers great value for money, and I highly recommend it. The location is also very convenient, close to the provincial hospital, making it easy for medical visits.

Cchrischan1609First: this place is not a Carlton Hotel chain hotel. It is a rip off name. Secondly: it is located on the 8th floor of a commercial tower. As a 3 star rated hotel in china, it's on the high end of the scale inside. as a solo traveller, i am mainly looking at convenience and hygiene. I booked this place for it's proximity to the train station for my early morning flight. Arriving at the station, it took me 40 minutes to find my way to walk over to the hotel, and would have appreciated more information. How to get there: Exit the station at the west plaza, on your right somewhere, you will find a path which leads to an underpass to cross the highway. Walk straight into the basement of the commercial building, turn left and then go up the escalators. Then the hotel's lifts are on the left as you enter the building. The current state of the elevator lobby and the lift is dire. See photos. Cigarette butts, and renovation mess. In the reception, there was a lady in front of me that was haggling the prices of her room. Just so that you get an idea of the place. Once I got into the room, it was fine. Quite a nice area. But there was no Aircon control, it was all centralised, but at least it was cool in Guiyang that night. There was a wet mark on the sofa, see photo. I inspected the room for hygiene, and it was ok, clean towels, clean toilet, clean sheets, pillows didn't smell. The toilet flushes well, and shower room was clean. In fact, apart from the sofa mark and the rug condition, everything was good. I marked down the hygiene mainly from a suspicious wet mark and the state of the lobby/lift. I used the self checkout in the morning to catch my train, since the reception was sleeping under the counter. It takes 10-15 min today walk to the station with luggage, with no rain shelter. Be aware. It is probably better to just book a hotel in a slightly better area and take a cab.

BBuneihaodehuaerCleanliness: The room was very clean and had no strange odors. Environment: The location is great! It's very close to the high-speed train station, about a ten-minute walk away. You can even see the station from the window, and despite being so close, it's surprisingly quiet. Service: The front desk staff was very welcoming and spoke softly. They even upgraded my room for free! My normal check-out time was 12 PM, but since I checked in late, they extended it to 2 PM. Facilities: The facilities are good, but what really impressed me was the bathroom's Bluetooth connectivity, allowing me to play music while getting ready. As someone who loves listening to music while freshening up, this was a fantastic feature – it really set a great vibe, and the sound quality was excellent.

The location is incredibly convenient, very close to the snack street and Jiaxiu Tower, making it super easy to explore and grab food. Taxis get you anywhere quickly. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure – I felt really at ease. The breakfast selection was quite diverse, offering authentic local dishes like Changwang noodles and beef rice noodles, which tasted very genuine. The staff were very friendly and efficient with check-in, and they promptly helped with any issues. Overall, it offers great value for money. Staying here for your Guiyang trip is definitely a no-brainer!

GGuest UserGreentree Eastern Hotel is the largest airport hotel in Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport, located at AC Park. It has four towers. Check-in is at the fourth tower. I thank the receptionist for reserving an aircraft-flying-view room at the third tower. Focal length of an aircraft taking off from Guiyang is 200mm to 400mm above. I choose to stay at Greentree Eastern Hotel because the hotel does not charge room key deposit and it is the newest airport hotel opposite the Guiyang airport Terminal 3. I also want to test plane-spotting at this hotel. Besides, the nearest place to enjoy lunch and dinner is of less than one minute walk from the hotel, also at AC Park, and I get to enjoy extremely cheap Guizhou cuisine. I am very happy that I have selected the right airport hotel. During my vacation at Greentree Eastern Hotel, two incidents happened. Firstly, the receptionist told me that to print my boarding passes, I need to forward the online boarding passes via WeChat for the hotel to print the boarding pass. However, I explained to the receptionists that I have difficulties in using WeChat after registering an account. One of the receptionists helped me forward one boarding pass to his email address and from his email address to the hotel printer on Friday. I got the first online boarding pass in black and white. On Saturday morning, I attempted the same but the other receptionst-on-duty refused to help me. The other incident is at the hotel restaurant Bellagio (鹿港小镇). There is no restaurant staff to take the breakfast vouchers. Therefore, many guests have taken advantage of eating breakfast at the restaurant for free and before 7.30 am, many breakfast items were snapped up. I hope that Greentree Eastern Hotel can provide better printing service and enforce the rule that a restaurant staff should be at the reception desk of the restaurant to collect the breakfast vouchers. Other than the above, I will stay here again for plane-spotting purpose if necessary.
