I always stay here when I visit Hsinchu. The rooms are spacious, and the location is super convenient. It's definitely my top choice! I especially love the blueberry vinegar among the free drinks; besides coffee, they now even have two types of Thai milk tea, which is a great addition! 👍 The breakfast selection isn't huge, but they change it up a bit every day, which is nice and keeps things from getting boring. Right next to the hotel is a very popular vegetarian restaurant. Their soups are packed with ingredients, and the chestnuts in them are incredibly fragrant. Just make sure to check their opening days as they have quite a few days off. But they get a lot of dine-in and takeout orders, and every bowl is cooked fresh, so the owners (I think?) are super busy! 🤣

Nice breakfast spread. Friendly staff. Location is close to Hsinchu zoo and park. This is great for the little ones. But not much else nearby. We took bus into main city, a few stops away. Large supermarket nearby to buy necessities.

I had a fantastic stay here! The hotel's location is superb, very convenient with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and professional, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, which made me feel very welcome. The room was clean and tidy with excellent natural light. The bedding was just right—not too soft, not too firm—ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom had a nice separate wet and dry area, and the attention to detail was impressive. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. Overall, it's excellent value for money. I highly recommend it for both business trips and leisure travel. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!

I had a fantastic stay at the Xinyuan Business Hotel this time around! The room was spotless and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable experience. The staff were also incredibly friendly and polite. I especially want to recommend the hotpot downstairs – it was absolutely delicious and excellent quality! This place is perfect for a romantic getaway or a holiday. I'll definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance!

The room is clean,the room is wide for 2 person,,and it's very convenience because it's not too far to train station and all the store.and my sister is known to be picky to the food she eat, And thank G, she like the food she like the breakfast,she said it's delicious.

The location is great, less than a 3-minute walk from Hsinchu Railway Station. The hotel itself is old, and the cleanliness is average, but it felt a bit dusty. The room had its own water dispenser, inverter air conditioner, and cable TV, which were all pretty good.
