I like the Italian restaurant downstairs with really good selections of Italian foods and suits me to grab something nice in between meetings particularly for the past week, the weather in Hsinchu was awful and with only 1 hour between my evening calls, it is a convenient place to enjoy something nice without braving the heavy rain outside. Price is very good for the quality of food I get."

"The inn is a bit old; the door lock is a traditional knob lock with a chain, and the bathroom is also dated with water stains everywhere. However, the price is cheap, so it's worth considering. The staff were very polite and quite good."

"The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the bathroom even featured a bidet toilet seat, which was a pleasant surprise! There was also a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak. On the ground floor, complimentary essential oils and bath salts were available for guests to take back to their rooms. The top floor offered washing machines (with detergent provided) and dryers. And the breakfast spread was quite good!"

Its pristine glass structure, long white walkway, and the mirror-like pool perfectly reflecting the building's silhouette create a serene atmosphere. It's an absolute must-visit photo spot! ✨ The location is excellent. It's about a 5-minute walk to Big City shopping mall and a 15-minute walk to Chenghuang Temple Night Market. The parking lot is spacious with plenty of spots, making it easy to park. 🛋️ Accommodation Experience: • Mysterious Odor: The most unpleasant part was the inexplicable odor that occasionally emanated from the room or hallway, which was a real drawback. • Bed Comfort: The room's hardware was decent, but the bed and pillows were quite soft and lacked sufficient support. 🍳 Breakfast Performance: • Overall, the breakfast selection was quite rich, featuring ice cream, drinks, and desserts. I particularly recommend the freshly fried sunny-side-up eggs and omelets – they were excellent! Other hot dishes were pretty standard. The room design felt a bit dated, and the power outlets were in rather odd places. Details like chipped wood or tiles at the corners of door sills were noticeable, but this is also reflected in the room rate."

"The hotel staff were very friendly, and there was a water dispenser in the lobby on the first floor. The downsides were that the room was too cold; even after asking the staff for two blankets, it was still very cold. The mattress was very hard, the shower had very little water flow, and the water temperature was either too hot or too cold, making it difficult to control. The toilet tank also had insufficient water."

"The hotel's location is excellent; as soon as you step out, you're surrounded by shops, which is super convenient. There are tons of claw machine arcades nearby, and you can easily grab snacks and drinks. I really enjoyed my stay here for a few days! We arrived early before check-in, but there was a coffee machine and tea available in the lobby, so we could wait comfortably. Luckily, they had a room ready for us, allowing us to check in early. The only minor issue was a slight odor from the bathroom, nothing too strong, just noticeable occasionally."
