You can also access MixC shopping mall directly from the hotel, offering a wide range of dining and entertainment options. The hotel service was exceptional. Due to a typhoon, we asked the front desk if we could check in early at 11 AM, and they readily agreed, which greatly eased our worries. After check-out, the housekeeper proactively contacted us to inform us that we had left a piece of clothing in the room. Since we were already on the high-speed train, we asked them to mail it to us via SF Express, and they promptly arranged it. We are incredibly grateful. Our trip to Shenzhen, staying at Orange Crystal Hotel, truly allowed us to experience the city's humanistic care and beautiful environment. We will definitely stay here again next time."
