Before our departure, we emailed Londoner Grand, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Macao, and they responded promptly. Check-in was very quick, and they did their best to accommodate our requests. What touched us the most was that this morning, we accidentally pinched our child's finger while bathing them. The customer service department responded quickly, and within five minutes, a medical team butler was in our room to attend to our child's injured finger. They also granted us a late check-out and drove our entire family, including the elderly and children, to the Hengqin Port. Thank you, Londoner Grand, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Macao! It was a great experience for my family specially with my daughter! She loved the grand resort deck so much! Room in Andaz was amazing clean and staffs are very hospitable most Specially Rea at the reception. She was incredibly professional and efficient and spend time to introduce every places we could enjoy during our stay! Thanks to her we had a lot of fun! Excellent stay – outstanding reception staff Minnie and lovely rooms We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff Minnie made us feel genuinely welcome. The team was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and they took the time to answer all our questions, offer local recommendations, and make sure we were comfortable right away. Their friendly attitude and attention to detail set a great tone for the entire stay. The guest rooms were equally impressive. Our room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with a comfortable bed that made for excellent sleep. Everything felt well-maintained and inviting—the modern amenities worked perfectly, the bathroom was spotless, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. It was clear that care had gone into creating a pleasant space for guests. Overall, both the reception team and the quality of the rooms exceeded our expectations. If you're unsure which hotel to choose, Altira will never disappoint. I've been staying here for almost ten years straight, and every time, it feels like coming home. The cleaning is meticulous, and there's turn-down service every evening. On important holidays, the hotel even prepares cakes. Any reasonable request you have, the hotel tries its best to accommodate. Downstairs, shopping and dining are very convenient, and there's also Pop Mart. To get to Rua do Cunha, you can take a bus right outside. Now that the subway is completed, it's even faster to get to Rua do Cunha and A-Ma Temple. Initially, I was supposed to go with a friend, but due to feeling unwell, I let my friend go alone. I then tried to change the guest name on the booking, but encountered a lot of difficulties. Trip.com was unwilling to change my friend's name. I called the hotel, and they said they needed confirmation from the third-party platform. So, I called Trip.com again. After two or three days of processing and phone communication, they finally allowed me to make the change. It was quite inconvenient... However, the hotel's package reception service was pretty good; they could deliver directly to the room.

This is a relatively new hotel in Macau with excellent and modern facilities. However, the location is a bit out of the way. It's about a ten-minute walk to the Light Rail station, and the MT4 bus to the old town stops right in front of the hotel. For trips to the airport, I'd recommend taking a taxi. Pros: The service was great, and the room facilities and decor were very nice. The desk had a standard Chinese power outlet, and the bedside outlets even came with international adapters. All the bath products were L'Occitane. However, even in this room, I couldn't escape the typical southern humidity. The pleasant scent of the L'Occitane toiletries couldn't quite mask the damp smell. So, I'd advise setting your expectations accordingly; L'Occitane products won't solve the issue of a musty odor in the room.

The hotel is nestled by mountains and the sea, offering stunning views 👍. Getting to Macau from Hong Kong via the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge is very convenient. Sitting on the 'Golden Bus' (shuttle bus) and admiring the spectacular bridge and endless ocean is truly a delight. On this trip across the sea, I was lucky enough to spot some dolphins. These sea sprites were incredibly cute, but unfortunately, my hands weren't fast enough to capture them flipping around, so I missed the chance to photograph them. All I can do is wish these sprites a long and happy life 🙏.

The environment is beautiful and clean, and it's super close to the border crossing, making it very convenient for getting around. There's plenty of shopping and a great variety of delicious and affordable food nearby – truly a wonderful spot! The rooms are well-equipped, and they offer a rich and diverse breakfast. Plus, you get an 15% discount on Victoria's cookies, a Macau specialty!

The location is good, by the river with a nice view. The hygiene conditions are decent, but the facilities are a bit old. It's an okay place to stay, mainly depending on the price. Usually, the price is very affordable. I booked it late at night and only stayed for a few hours, but then the price was hiked up. I paid about 150-160 more than the usual price, which made it less value for money.
