I brought my child to Haikou for a vacation this time and stumbled upon this hotel. The overall experience exceeded my expectations, truly great value for money. The hotel is situated in the heart of Haikou's West Coast, just a short drive from Leiqiong Global Geopark, Tropical Wildlife Park, Holiday Beach, and CDF Haikou International Duty-Free City. It's incredibly convenient whether you're exploring nature, taking kids to see animals, or shopping for duty-free goodies. The hotel's facilities are exceptionally well-equipped. The outdoor pool, with its dedicated children's play area and fun water slides, keeps kids entertained. There's also an indoor heated pool, a professional gym, and a ping-pong room, catering to both adult relaxation and kids' fun. You can easily fill your leisure time without even leaving the hotel. The breakfast quality was a pleasant surprise. The dishes were abundant and varied, with no repetition, and the taste was on point. It offered a good mix of Chinese, Western, and local specialties, so you wouldn't get tired of it even with daily meals. The room details were meticulously thought out, perfectly suited for Hainan's humid climate. Since the hotel is a bit away from the sea, it's not too damp. The bathroom is equipped with a full set of Bvlgari toiletries. The room's air conditioning has powerful dehumidifying capabilities, and there's an additional independent dehumidifier. The room stayed dry and fresh throughout our stay, completely free from any sticky or uncomfortable feeling. The service was thoughtful and attentive, with staff members being gentle and polite. From the front desk to the restaurant and public area staff, everyone was warm and courteous. Requests were promptly attended to, and they were patient and meticulous in their interactions, making our entire stay very comfortable. This hotel offers excellent value for money. It's a fantastic choice for family vacations or leisure stays in Haikou; you absolutely can't go wrong. I'll definitely be returning!

The room was spacious and tidy, with a great view of the old town in the distance and the park nearby. They arranged a quiet floor and location for me as requested. The front desk ladies were warm and friendly. It would be even better if the breakfast spread were more extensive.

The hotel's exterior is modern and grand, with a striking entrance that immediately makes a great first impression. The guest rooms are spacious and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding and gentle lighting, ensuring an excellent night's sleep. The lobby is expansive, featuring marble floors and exquisite chandeliers, creating a luxurious yet cozy atmosphere. Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, with delicious hot soups and plump shrimp—every bite is satisfying. The open kitchen prepares dishes on the spot with fresh ingredients, and the staff are professional and attentive. The coffee area is well-equipped, offering panoramic city views from the window, perfect for a delightful morning ritual. Overall, the stay exceeded expectations, with quality evident in every detail. Highly recommended!

The concierge was very attentive and helpful. He proactively helped me call a taxi when I was leaving, and even provided a specially prepared guide with recommendations for dining, activities, sightseeing, and shopping. The hotel's views are absolutely stunning, offering a perfect spot to watch the sunset. The Zizaiwan promenade is right opposite the hotel. Walking along the coast there offers a unique experience, different from a typical beach walk. Overall, a great stay.

The owner is very welcoming, the room is clean and tidy, and the pillows are super comfortable for sleeping. What's even better is the price is really good value! It's also super convenient to get to attractions like Qilou Old Street, the Bell Tower, and Haida South Gate Night Market. Highly recommend~

Facilities: The hotel is very new and has all the necessary amenities. There's a washing machine, gym, and restaurant. The environment is excellent, tastefully decorated in a vintage and Nanyang style. The bedding is very comfortable; the mattress is just right, not too soft or too hard. Each bed comes with two types of pillows, so guests who prefer either soft or firm pillows will find one that suits them – that's a huge plus! The 4th-floor restaurant also serves great food, making it possible to spend the entire day at the hotel without needing to go out. Cleanliness: All tables in the room, including those in the bathroom, were very clean. Service: The front desk staff wasn't overly enthusiastic, but they did handle everything I needed them to, so it was fine. The airport transfer driver was nice and quite chatty. Airport pick-up/drop-off service: Having the airport transfer service was truly hassle-free, and the vehicles provided were new and comfortable.

The facilities are decent, but I'm deducting points for two things. First, as shown in picture 1, a staff member told me I needed a swimming cap after I got into the pool, which I completely understand. I immediately left the main pool and played with my child in the kiddie pool. However, half an hour later, a group of people arrived, and two men among them were happily playing in the pool without swimming caps. The staff member was right there but didn't say anything. What's the deal? Double standards? Second, after checking out and about to get into my booked Didi, the front desk stopped me, saying my room payment had been mysteriously refunded and I needed to pay again. Although their attitude was good, why did it take three days, and they only noticed it when I was checking out? Luckily, my Didi driver was very nice and patiently waited a few minutes.

This hotel is one of the few with hot springs in the city center. It's an older property, which is why it has the hot springs, so some facilities are a bit dated, but it's very well-managed. The air conditioning was on in the room constantly, so there was no musty smell. The bedding was good and clean. The mattress was comfortable, just the right firmness. I have to commend the front desk staff during check-in. They lent me an umbrella even before I had completed my booking, which really touched me with their trust. During check-out, a young lady told me to buy my airport shuttle ticket from a machine (later, an older staff member saw my booking and gave me a shuttle ticket). It seems their training could be improved in this area.

✨ Haikou Parent-Child Hotel | Top of the List, and Deservedly So! This was our first time in Haikou, and we decided to check out this Sheraton because it was ranked number one. The experience far exceeded our expectations, and the value for money was truly outstanding! 👍 Our family room was thoughtfully decorated. It happened to be our child's birthday, and they even kindly prepared a birthday cake – so many thoughtful details! The kids' pool was huge, and our little one had a blast splashing around, giving us parents some much-needed relaxation. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a rich variety of options and were incredibly popular. With kids, having so many choices made meal times easy and convenient. The hotel also provides a travel photography service. Of course, you want to capture those precious family moments during your trip! 📸 ⚠️ A small tip: Outfits for the photoshoot require an additional fee, but the photographer was excellent at engaging our child, and the candid shots turned out lively and natural. This trip put a perfect end to our summer vacation. If you're coming to Haikou with kids, you can confidently choose this hotel. I chose to stay here for the Haikou Marathon because it's only 3km from the starting line, a quick bike ride away. It's also just 2km from Qilou Old Street, which is super convenient for cycling and city walks. There are plenty of great food options nearby too, definitely worth another visit! The hotel front desk knew I was running the marathon and kindly arranged for a late check-out, which I really appreciated. Thumbs up!
