Every year when I visit Lingyin Temple to pray, I always stay here. The hotel is nestled in the mountains, boasting an amazing natural magnetic field! It's just a pleasant seven or eight-minute stroll to Lingyin Temple. Since my stay was on a weekend, the hotel even arranged a shuttle to take guests to and from the taxi stand. Before the traffic restrictions, getting here was often a nightmare due to congestion, but now the commute is much smoother. The hotel's Song Dynasty Zen ambiance is incredibly relaxing, especially the huge tree in the courtyard where several adorable squirrels live. The hotel even set up a feeding station, and I managed to capture some shots of the little squirrels coming down to eat nuts – it really made the whole trip feel so much more lively and interesting!

The staff were very attractive and provided excellent service. The decor is a bit dated, and the electrical system is too old and inconvenient. The night light couldn't be turned off, which made it hard to sleep. The flashing lights in the trees outside shouldn't be there – what era are we in? Hangzhou has such sophisticated aesthetics, yet they're still using lighting concepts from the early 90s... Night should be dark and quiet. Where's the beauty in flashing lights, and it's not environmentally friendly either.

This hotel is a guesthouse converted from a villa complex, sharing the space with original residents. Security guards check your booking details upon entry, so Didi and food deliveries aren't an issue. There's a tea garden, so the outdoor environment feels quite pleasant. However, the rooms are average and on the small side. While there's an outdoor balcony, there are too many mosquitoes, so we hardly dared to open the door. On the last night, there were mosquitoes in the room, keeping me awake, and the mosquito repellent essential oil wasn't very effective. There were welcome fruits (common fruits, not really to my taste) and afternoon tea (two drinks + a few small cakes), which was significantly less impressive than what others received. There's also a private hot spring experience, but I wasn't interested so I didn't go. Breakfast lacked noodle soups, wontons, and similar items; the variety of food was quite limited. For a price of 700-800, I generally feel it's not good value for money. When checking out, I messaged the butler on WeChat about the issues, and they later arranged to send some local souvenirs as a consolation. I didn't take many photos of the room as there was nothing special about it; I only photographed the lotus flowers and snacks I bought myself.

This is my second time here and I absolutely love it, I came specifically for it! I'm so glad to hear that the big brother (the cat) is doing better. They even have planned rice wine tasting in the evening, hosted by a lovely lady. The transportation couldn't be more convenient. Thank you! I'll probably stay here again if I come back in the future.

This stay by West Lake was absolutely perfect! The guesthouse has a great location, close to both West Lake and Lingyin Temple. The owner was incredibly kind, warm, and thoughtful; when they couldn't find the place by taxi, they drove over to pick them up – a truly heartwarming experience. The room features a modern Chinese design, with a four-poster bed and pink gauze curtains creating a wonderful ambiance. The room was impeccably clean and tidy. The wooden railing with greenery, especially when lit up at night, created a truly enchanting atmosphere – perfect for taking amazing photos! I highly recommend it to everyone…

I booked two rooms with king-size beds. Each room had a tea set, and they brought us two cups of mung bean soup every day. The minibar drinks were complimentary. Looking out the window, we had a beautiful view of the tea plantations. For breakfast, the freshly ground soy milk was rich and fragrant. The botanical garden was just a few hundred meters walk away, and Hangzhou Flower Nursery was right across the street. The hotel is also conveniently located near Maojiabu and Lingyin Temple/Feilai Peak. After a long day of sightseeing, it was great to come back and enjoy complimentary plum juice. The hotel service was incredibly thoughtful; when we checked out, it was raining, and a staff member even used an umbrella to escort my mother into the taxi.

The most delightful surprise of this trip! The log-cabin style decor felt even warmer than in the pictures, and the bedding was so soft I never wanted to get out of bed. The floors were spotless, even for walking barefoot, and the bathroom was dry and odor-free. The hostess was incredibly responsive to all my questions but also gave us our space, making it feel just like home. It's a quiet oasis nestled in a lively area, with super convenient public transport to all the sights. So cozy and definitely great value for money compared to hotels in the same price range. I'll definitely be back with friends next time! A truly wonderful guesthouse with a unique charm.

Nestled amidst the emerald woods imbued with the Zen aura of Lingyin Temple, this white-walled, black-tiled Jiangnan-style courtyard stands just a hundred paces from the temple’s main gate. Cradled by the misty hills of West Lake’s Longjing tea plantations, it offers a private oasis beneath the Northern Peak, where pure air flows freely. Six secluded guest rooms hide within a lush garden, each framing views of ancient temple eaves through their windows. Lying in stillness, guests may listen to the solemn chime of temple bells—a sanctuary for urban souls seeking refuge from the clamor of modern life. "More than a guesthouse, it is a living gallery of Eastern aesthetics." Between morning chants and evening drums, await an unexpected moment of enlightenment.

A true hidden gem — highly recommend! This hotel is a real oasis of peace, beautifully maintained and full of charming details. The terrace is stunning with breathtaking views, and the rooms are cozy and well-equipped with everything you need — including a wonderfully comfortable bed and a lovely bathtub to unwind in after a day of exploring. Breakfast is delicious. But what truly sets this place apart is the warmth of the staff, who make you feel genuinely at home from the moment you arrive. The location is perfect too — right in the heart of the touristic area yet surprisingly quiet. The surrounding area is also well worth a visit. We loved every moment of our stay. This hotel offers an amazing environment, especially with its private dock. We didn't have to wake up early to queue for boat tickets; we simply enjoyed the unique beauty of the West Lake big boat route. The hotel restaurant is also excellent, with a rich breakfast spread and exquisite lunch options featuring pure and delicious flavors. The tranquil and beautiful courtyard is a plus, and it's super convenient to reach famous West Lake attractions. I'll definitely book here again on my next visit to Hangzhou and highly recommend it to everyone. GGuest UserMy expectations were fully met, and the hotel lived up to the hype. The only minor drawback is that check-in isn't until 3:30 PM (though earlier check-in is possible if rooms are available), but this hotel is just incredibly popular. The hotel boasts numerous rooms with an exceptionally high occupancy rate and a variety of room types. Stepping inside, there's a magical sense of calm. For the same price, you might only get a standard room in Shanghai, but here we enjoyed a lake view suite. The service was also top-notch; my family felt right at home, praising the hospitality. It was money well spent. Even during the holiday, the swimming pool and hot spring weren't overcrowded, which speaks to excellent management, as reservations are required. Since it's winter, swimming was a bit chilly. However, there's also a sizable, slightly warmer children's pool area, which is absolutely fantastic.

GGuest UserMy stay was perfect, nothing to complain. The hotel has its own character, great design and amazing service. The reception staff spotted me getting off Didi and came out to help with my luggage. Heard that the hotel belongs to some prestige university. There was construction opposite my room but doesn’t bother me at all cause I was out during the day and they didn’t work at night so it was quite. They even sent many travel guides through Wechat at check in (first hotel to do this throughout my China trip). Location is next to Hefang street, only 10 mins cycling to West Lake. I loved it huge thanks to the lovely lady who wears glasses that helped me with my luggage 🥰

GGuest UserI guess I'm a loyal customer of this hotel in Xian Mountain, Qiandao Lake. I've been there twenty times, and every time I visit Qiandao Lake, I still choose this hotel. There's a unique sense of appropriateness here – they don't seem to be merely providing service, but rather 'taking care' of you, making you feel like entering the hotel truly marks the beginning of a vacation: free, comfortable, pleasant, and warm! I felt it the moment I arrived. The car had barely stopped at the entrance when the bellhop scurried over to open the car door, greeting us with a smiling 'Hello, welcome home.' After we checked in, a bellhop proactively helped us with our luggage, introducing himself as he led us to the elevator: 'If you need anything these next few days, just call the concierge. My name is Henry.' He was a bright and efficient young man with a constant smile. Just hearing him say that, and seeing his smile, made you feel like he wasn't just completing a task, but genuinely inviting you to reach out, all to put your mind at ease! On the day we checked in, I casually asked if there were any good running routes nearby and what fun things there were to do. Henry actually took the time to draw me a map, explaining the hotel's layout, where I could run, where I could cycle, where I could hike, where I could pick bayberries, and where I could eat. He even reminded me, 'Before 6:30 AM, the boardwalk is less crowded. If you like photography, you can go and take pictures of the sunrise; it’s really beautiful.' The next morning, we indeed went to the lighthouse and the camphor tree forest. When we returned, dripping with sweat, we ran into him again in the lobby. He enthusiastically asked, 'Finished your run? The weather's great today, how was it?' – just like an old friend I'd known for ages. It feels wonderful to be remembered! Another time, our group of ten went to the hotel. In the evening, he led us to chase the sunset. We walked cheerfully along the path on Xian Mountain Peninsula. He walked in front, constantly describing the surrounding scenery and sharing stories of past guests, occasionally turning back to make sure everyone was still with us. In that moment, it didn't feel like staying in a hotel; it felt more like being shown around by a local old friend, listening to him share everything about the area… The hotel is now called InterContinental One Thousand Island Lake Resort, and everything is still as beautiful and comfortable in that resort style. The moment you step into your hotel room and open the door, the entire Qiandao Lake unfolds before your eyes. You can't help but think: 'This is exactly what I wanted!' The mist and mountain breeze intertwine, a gentle drizzle, so comfortable you don't want to move. The bedding was just the right firmness, and I swapped my pillow for a buckwheat one, sleeping soundly until my alarm went off – which is quite rare in a hotel. The breakfast restaurant is also the most extensive among similar hotels, with a vast array of dishes prepared meticulously. There were six or seven kinds of green leafy vegetables for the salad alone, and a variety of dressings. There was also a young man making fresh squeezed juice, busy but with a good-natured smile on his face all morning long… So, what does staying in a hotel mean, you ask? Is it just staying for two nights, looking at the lake, and eating fish head? Actually, it's about enjoying the service the hotel provides, not just the 'hello, thank you, sorry' routine, but feeling that someone truly cares about your feelings, your needs, and your mood! InterContinental One Thousand Island Lake Resort doesn't feel like staying in a hotel to me; it feels more like visiting a friend's home who truly understands you. You want to go back every now and then to see your old friend and everything you hold dear! The lake view is beautiful, but what makes me want to keep returning are those warm moments I remember… The lake views will stay in our photo albums and on our phones, but those people and those moments of being treated with kindness will always remain in my heart…

GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located with bus stops nearby, making it easy to get around. The room wasn't very spacious but had all the necessary amenities. On our first morning, the breakfast selection was very limited because a large group of students on a spring outing had checked in, and the hotel didn't replenish the food in a timely manner, which was a poor experience. Things were better the second day. A nice touch is that the hotel offers late-night snacks in the lobby.

RRouruandeshuiyajiI stayed in a lake-view room on the 16th floor, which was right above the observation deck. The night view was absolutely stunning. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and responsive, always ready to answer questions and fulfill requests, whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or the dining staff. What really impressed me were the attendants at the automated parking garage behind the building. Despite being busy and working hard, they were patient, clear with their instructions, and consistently maintained a high level of service. Thumbs up! 👍🏻

CCayson•The hotel boasts an excellent location and beautiful surroundings. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with impeccable cleanliness and facilities. The staff were all incredibly friendly and attentive. The hotel's shuttle service was a thoughtful touch, making transfers easy and greatly enhancing our entire trip. ZZemoZemorIt's like living in a forest, with acorns constantly falling from the trees. The hotel is very clean, with virtually no mosquitoes. The room facilities are all excellent, especially the toilet flushing, which isn't too loud. Special praise goes to the hotel staff; their service was exceptionally good from check-in to check-out. They provided afternoon tea with fruit platters, nuts, and tea; offered ginger soup and ice packs if you had a cold; and promptly came to your room to help with any issues. The hotel only offers vegetarian food. I tried it once, and it was quite good and creative. Compared to the Black Pearl Hotel (averaging 1000 RMB per person), it's definitely not quite as good, but it's much better than other vegetarian restaurants in temples. Every ingredient was very fresh, although there were some issues, like the watermelon in the complimentary fruit platter being sweet and the blueberries being extremely sour. If you don't want vegetarian food, the surrounding farmhouses are a good option, offering fish, chicken, stir-fries, etc. I randomly picked a few and none were bad. The hotel also arranged various courses, including a healing class and Baduanjin (Eight Pieces of Brocade). Lying in a cabin surrounded by trees and feeling the breeze on a platform by the forest river was a truly therapeutic experience! I stayed for two days and there were still many courses I didn't get to try, so I'll make up for them next time! I'll consider bringing my parents next time.

SShouzhongdedaoI come to Hangzhou every year. This time I chose to stay on Longjing Tea Mountain. After comparing several hotels on Ctrip, I feel that Hangzhou Radisson Longjing Manor is more suitable. The hotel is on the tea mountain of Longjing Village. There are tea gardens everywhere. Farmers can pick tea and make tea everywhere on the roadside. The environment is very good. The service of the hotel is very thoughtful. Xiao Chen at the front desk is proficient in business and can meet the requirements of customers as much as possible. We want a room with a better location, so he took us upstairs to choose a room and upgraded the room type for us for free; we stayed in the room and didn’t want to go out, and they gave us a lot of extra bottled water for us to make tea. The rooms in the hotel are very spacious, and each room can see the beautiful scenery outside the window. The linens are clean and comfortable, and all kinds of facilities are complete. The Longjing tea delivered in the room is very fresh and fragrant. Especially for breakfast, although there are not many dishes, the tastes of the several favorite ones are good. The chef’s fried eggs are in place, and the noodles are better than those in restaurants outside. I couldn’t help but eat three servings. I checked out late, and when I checked out, I met the front desk lady Chen again. She brought us water and sent us to the car. I accidentally broke a glass, but she waived our compensation, which made me feel warm! Compared with other hotels in the same area, it may not be the best in the grade, and some hardware is also aging, but considering the environment, service, price and other aspects, if I come to Hangzhou Chashan to live again, I will choose Radisson Longjing Manor.
