check-in has to be exactly at 15:00 and we were there 10 minutes before 15:00 they still didn't let us check-in early (which doesn't makes sense since so many hotels allowed early check-in if the room is ready) so why bother let the guests wait longer outside? and the housekeeping didn't knock our door at all in the morning and just came in our room while we were asleep. also no fridge whatsoever to store cold drinks

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sehr sauber.Ein Zimmerupgrade war mit Zuzahlung ohne Probleme möglich.

We have been guests at the Radisson Blue in Rostock several times. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. The rooms are very comfortably furnished. The breakfast is very varied, nothing is missing. The beautiful sauna area invites you to relax, bathrobes, sauna towels and slippers are available at the reception. We were very satisfied and will definitely be back soon!

The hotel is centrally located at the city port tram station and is clean and maintained. Unfortunately, the staff always appeared to be revised. There are digital terminals, but they are not used by anyone because they probably do not meet the customer's wishes and needs. Our room was in the third floor in the outer corner and was very small, we had no effort to stick over our own bag. A family with several children nearby, we realized it immediately at 5 a.m., then it was soundly shouted by the thin walls. I don't know why we were done this illness. In fact, we wanted to try the hotel chain, but it was unfortunately unable to convince. Breakfast is charged extra with €13.90 per person, we find it very expensive, since we went next to one of these supermarkets and picked us up a sweet particle and coffee from the machine, since I was with €1.50 per person with. Hotel is in top location. There is a shopping centre right in front of the door for all things of daily needs including bakers and various gastros. From the hotel room you can view the port directly, which is to reach in good 5 minutes walk. With the public transportation (railway station directly next to shopping centre), you can reach the heart of the city in a few minutes or the sea in good 30 minutes after warning. Rooms have everything you need and finally have a hotel with a good bath door that you can close. The hotel is near the station but the windows are soundproof. Unfortunately there’s no AC, but it’s rarely needed here. The room has a big luggage rack to store and open your luggage, a powerful mini fridge and two complimentary bottles of water. If you’re cold, the bathroom has a special heating setting. After checking in, ask at the reception for the complimentary tickets for the city. You will be able to travel around the area for free.

Excellent attention, we arrived early to keep our bags, but as there was room availability they delivered us the room before check-in.
