"First time in Barcelona and I stayed at the Royal Passeig de Gràcia. The front desk staff were very welcoming during check-in. The room was really comfortable, clean, and tidy, with floor-to-ceiling windows. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could see the very top of Sagrada Familia from my room – amazing! The hotel is right in the city center, making shopping incredibly convenient. Casa Milà is just 50 meters to the right when you exit the hotel, and Casa Batlló is about 450 meters to the left, across the street. If you turn left at the first intersection and keep walking for about 20 minutes, you'll reach Sagrada Familia. Plaza Catalunya is also very close... it's just so convenient! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Barcelona."

"The service here is very nice. We arrived around noon, and the staff kindly offered to store our luggage so we could go out for lunch without any worries. That was a thoughtful touch and made a great first impression. However, the room wasn’t ready until 4:45 pm, even though I was told it would be available by 3 pm, which was a bit inconvenient. Breakfast was delicious, especially bio drink and the famous Spanish potato omelette — definitely worth trying. The room itself was spacious and spotless, with a very comfortable bed. I slept well and even woke up without any back pain, which doesn’t happen often for me. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with friendly service and good amenities.u"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Luz and would be quick to return when we come back to Barcelona. The hotel was small but wonderfully equipped, the staff were all so lovely and very friendly, and we were over the moon with the location as well. Everything was walkable and it set as a great base for exploring the city during the day/night. They even catered for me at breakfast with a gluten free selection, which we weren't expecting!"

"The hotel's policies need improvement, and they should provide services befitting a 4-star hotel. Initially, the reception staff were friendly, and the Spanish people were very kind, but the hotel's services need improvement. I called reception and asked why they hadn't provided water in my room, as is standard in 4-star hotels. They told me there was water in the refrigerator that I could drink. However, when it was time to check out, they told me I had to pay for the water. I pointed out that they were the ones who told me to drink it, and they replied, ”No, we told you there was water in the refrigerator!” Furthermore, slippers weren't provided in the room, and neither coffee nor tea was available. Honestly, the hotel's policies are very poor, and I don't plan on returning."
