It's particularly convenient that the hotel is suitable for both tourist trips and business visits: getting to key places in the city is easy, and returning to the hotel in the evening is not difficult. Breakfast was generally a bit weak. The selection of dishes was decent, the food was hot and fresh, and standard options included hot dishes, pastries, and drinks. However, it's worth noting that the breakfast area can get quite crowded in the mornings, and seating can sometimes be insufficient, so it might feel a bit cramped during peak hours. This isn't a critical drawback, but it is noticeable if you come at the busiest times. The most contentious point was the parking. It's available, which is convenient, especially for a city center location, but we had to pay **£52** for it, which seemed far too expensive for one night. From a practical standpoint, having parking under the hotel is a plus because you don't have to search for a spot on the street, but the price left us feeling overcharged. This particular point spoiled the overall impression the most, although in all other aspects, the hotel is quite decent. I stayed at the Pullman Liverpool Hotel for one night as a last-minute booking after reading several reviews and watching a few TikTok videos—and I’m glad I did. On arrival, I was greeted warmly, checked in quickly, and made my way up to my room without any hassle. I had emailed ahead requesting a nice view as it was my first time in Liverpool. I was placed on the 8th floor, which was great, but unfortunately my view overlooked the roof of another building. I did ask if this could be changed, but the hotel was fully booked due to the Easter break, which I completely understood. The room itself was comfortable and overall made for a pleasant stay. The location is a big plus—just a short walk to the Liverpool Museum, bars, restaurants, the wheel, and plenty of shops for a bit of retail therapy. Parking is quite expensive, but the hotel does stamp your ticket which gives you a discount. I checked in at 3:30pm, checked out at 12, and paid £18 for parking—without the discount, it could easily cost 5–8 times more. Now for the negatives: cleanliness could definitely be improved. I met some of the cleaners when checking out—lovely, friendly staff—but the room needed more attention. There was dust on surfaces, hair on the tissue container, only two tissues left, the bathroom and mirrors weren’t cleaned thoroughly, and the shower gel hadn’t been refilled, so after a few pumps there was none left. Overall, despite the cleaning issues, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

This hotel is lovely, well-situated and incredibly good value for money! We booked a midweek stay on a mobile, using a price comparison site and the multiple, additive savings resulted in a 3 night stay in a very nice hotel for less than the price of a hostel! Even if you have to pay full-rate, the hotel is great value. Comfy beds, spacious rooms, air conditioning, toiletries, blackout blinds, everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff really shone, especially Marta and Greg, who ensured that my autistic son's needs were really well catered-for. I would book again in a heartbeat.

Nice clean hotel, excellent breakfast, we stayed at the front of hotel which was very noisy got moved next night to another room which was so much better, lighting in room is poor..Staff at breakfast are amazing

top location for a hotel, barring the sounds of nightlife nearby, which you CAN go to! staff were very friendly, the room i stayed in was absolutely clean, bed was comfy, shower was decent and had a great night! the only problems i had was with the lighting bedside - it kept flickering on and off rapidly after i turned the switch on, the windows were broken and unable to open and even though i didn't buy them you have to pay for water and tea for a kettle which isn't what most hotels do, but the scale of the issues had little impact for staying 1 night

The hotel was really lovely. Most of the time we were greeted with friendliness. It was very clean and tidy. We changed our room from a twin to a double and there were no issues with that. I was disappointed that the spa leisure facilities were closed as it was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. Some of the decor is a bit dated but there are some lovely period features that enhance the hotels ambiance. A very good location for anyone arriving into Liverpool Lime Street.

It was a lovely stay throughout. We had a lovely view of the waterfront from our room. The staff were friendly and kind. The rooms and facilities were great, it was nice and clean. it was close to the city centre and station.

This was one of the worst hotel rooms we have ever stayed in. When we arrived, we were greeted by a pleasant front desk clerk. The lobby has a lot of character in keeping with the Titanic theme and the pictures of the rooms had the same theme. We arrived at our room (fourth floor #46) located on a dark hallway that was being painted. The room was large and also had some plush features like the curtains, furniture, chandelier and wallpaper. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. Our room was very hot, with no ventilation and one small fan. The desk clerk offered to bring a second fan when we requested a hair dryer, but the second fan never arrived. The windows could not be opened even a crack ”due to safety reasons”. The room was sweltering and sleeping was extremely uncomfortable. In addition, the carpet was very dirty, there was mold on the wall above the bathtub and the sink, the lights beside the beds needed to be replaced, and the towel rack was missing from the wall. There was a small kitchen which was nice, but it was missing the basics (glassware, silverware, plates) and one of the drawers was missing its front. In short, the room was in bad shape and we are very surprised they would host anyone in that room. In the lobby, there was a young man sitting at the Concierge desk and when we asked him for directions, he said he was security and had no idea. He could not have been less interested and barely looked up from his phone. Apparently, the rooftop bar is nice, but we did not go there. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and are pretty easy going when it comes to our expectations. This hotel has so much potential, but the experience was a huge disappointment and we would not stay there again and cannot recommend anyone stay there.
