Hotels near Genteng in Genteng

"Hotel is decent, not the new posh kind of hotel and it shows in some of its facilities in the room but the rooms are very big, service staff was very nice and helpful and spa was superb! As a female solo traveler it felt safe to stay at. Would recommend if you are not too picky about rooms and for the price it was good. Location was quite convenient too. The hotel staff was the one that helped me find tour guides for Sewu and Ijen."

"The service was truly exceptional. Staff always opened doors for us and helped with our luggage. The environment was great, and the location was super convenient. There's a mall right across the street, and it's a very central spot, so getting anywhere is quick. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, and the facilities were complete. Overall, I was very satisfied and had a comfortable and pleasant stay."

"Pleasant stay with family. The hotel facilities are complete and great, breakfast offers a varied and delicious selection. Staff are friendly and efficient, and the gym and jacuzzi facilities are good. Complimentary snacks and dinner for two in the club lounge are available if you choose a specific room type."

"Amazing! I really love how helpful and friendly the staff are. They are always smiling and willing to help with all our questions without making us feel like a burden. This is probably one of the most perfect hotels I’ve stayed at. The lift is fast, so we never had to wait long, which is a big plus when travelling with toddlers. The hotel also smells amazing, from the entrance all the way to the room. My request for a connecting room was also fulfilled! This was the most important thing for us at that time, and I’m really thankful to the staff for helping us get one. The pool is open until 8 PM, which is great. It can get a little cold at night, but the water is warm and very cosy. The breakfast spread is big, with both Western and Indonesian dishes. And the sambal? So good! I really loved the sambals here. The food was amazing overall, although there wasn’t a huge variety of protein options like beef and chicken, just the regular ones. The room was amazing too. Very tidy, clean and comfortable. Everything in the room just screams “sleep well” haha. I slept peacefully until morning without any disturbance, and I’m really thankful for that because we had an early flight the next day. Overall, I would definitely book this hotel again the next time we’re in Surabaya. From the front desk to the bellboys and all the other staff, everyone was so helpful and friendly. Loved it!"

"I booked this hotel on a whim for a business trip, and when I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. The lobby was bright and airy, and my room was well-ventilated with no musty smell. The bed was comfortable, and they offered a choice of soft or firm pillows. The cleaning staff always greeted me with a smile, and the security guard by the elevator would say hello even when I came back late. The location was great too, just a few minutes' walk to the subway, with plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, no regrets. It's a hassle-free and convenient choice for business travelers, and I'll definitely keep it in mind for future trips! 🏨"

"Stayed at Wyndham Surabaya for a business trip and had a comfortable experience. The hotel offers, reliable Wi-Fi, and a convenient location close to business and dining areas. Staff were professional and attentive, making the stay smooth and hassle-free."

"Hotel Majapahit Surabaya MGallery is absolutely stunning, though it might be a bit spooky if you're staying alone. Considering how long it's been around, the service and facility maintenance are quite decent. Breakfast: The food quality is good, with a wider variety compared to hotels in Bali, and it's not just typical 'Western' fare. Cleanliness: There are a few minor details that could be cleaner, but it's not a deal-breaker. Facilities: The power outlets seem to be British standard. There's one adapter in the room that can convert to European standard. I recommend bringing a power strip as one outlet won't be enough. Also, the outlets by the desk are linked to the master switch by the bed, so they lose power when you turn it off (this is crucial to remember). I suggest using the outlets near the floor by the bathroom door, as they are not connected to the master switch."

"We enjoy our stay here. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The food for breakfast is variety and delicious. The location is strategic, near the mall and hot spot around surabaya. Would absolutely recommend this hotel."

"I had a staycation for my husband's birthday and our 18th anniversary. I was so happy because all of my requests were granted, and the service was outstanding. Thank you, Vasa Hotel. We received both a birthday cake and an anniversary cake for free. It's rare for a hotel to fulfill customer requests like this. For the past two years, my birthday staycations at other 5-star hotels were a bust, I didn't get anything. This hotel is luxurious, clean, and all the staff are friendly. It truly deserves its 5 stars and is definitely worth returning to (mbaleniable)."

"This is an excellent hotel. If you walk straight out, past Pizza Hut and over a footbridge, you'll reach the city's largest shopping mall. The mall is huge and has everything you could need. The hotel facilities are very good and clean, and the breakfast on the first floor is rich and delicious. If you want to stay in the city center, this is a great choice."
