A pleasant hotel for its price. We stayed for one night during a layover in Surabaya. The bed was very large and comfortable, and the room was spacious. Dinner was affordably priced, and it's only a half-hour drive from the airport. There's a gym, though it's small, the dumbbells were enough for a workout.

Outstanding hotel in the heart of Surabaya! Staff are exceptionally warm and professional, treating guests like family. The breakfast buffet is incredible with amazing variety. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Perfect location next to Tunjungan Plaza mall. The pool and facilities are well-maintained. Excellent value for a 5-star luxury experience!

Good location, room, gym and breakfast. If I stop here, it will only be a very regular comment. I would say the hotel is operated by warm heart staff trying all means to help guests. We encountered a big issue with car rental,with no E-Toll card prepared by the rental car company. I just asked Dimas Adhytyawarman the duty manager where to buy e-Toll, Dimas not only told me the supermarkets to buy it, more importantly, he checked with colleagues and informed us that the supermarket cannot charge e-Toll and banks are closed during weekend. We still tried our luck to check these supermarkets, but only came back to hotel with a card without money. When Dimas saw my husband be back to the lobby, he asked him how it went. Understanding that we were not able to solve it, he and his colleague Andrey even tried to use their own e-bank to get some money for us to enter the freeway and then we can top the card on the way. Eventually, they helped us solve the problem completely. Without their full commitment to service, problem-solving mindset, caring for people, we would not be able to start a great vacation to Bromo and Sewu driving by our own. Once more, sincere thanks to Dimas Adhytyawarman and Andrey. I believe they will have a great career with all their wonderful traits.

The hotel is good, I stayed in an apartment. The room was spacious, but it didn't feel recently renovated. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a shopping mall. The soundproofing in the room was poor, and it's very close to a mosque. There was a loud prayer call from 3 AM onwards, which severely disrupted my sleep. On the positive side, the hotel staff were friendly and the breakfast was abundant.

I stayed with my wife for a week. The place is not perfect, but nothing to complain about - especially factoring in the price. Our room overlooked the main road and soundproofing wasn’t quite good enough, although Indonesia is full of unnecessarily loud exhausts. We had stunning sunsets almost daily!

The room is spacious and location is extremely good for the price. Point to improve: the kitchen to work much more to improve their quality. Chicken fried was not cook properly, still bloody, we need to ask staff to recook it. Bakso noodle is below average, u can find better on street food. The staffs are nice, nothing to complain about it but food quality is not worth the price at all.

Nice place, unfortunately the amenities provided are not complete, there is no kettle for tea and coffee, safe box locked, AC dripping. What I like here is that the food is delicious.

The price was okay. It's very close to the biggest mall, making it convenient to get everywhere. The facilities are quite old, and it seems to be a popular place. As for the bedding and toilet, just close your eyes and deal with it. The AC return vent makes a lot of noise.

The location is super strategic, right in the city center and close to everything. Public transport access is also nearby. I stayed there for 5 nights, and on one day, the room wasn't cleaned even though I had requested it at the front office. I'm a regular here; whenever I need a hotel in the city center, I always choose this one. There's a semi-indoor swimming pool and a mini-fridge in the room. The view from the upper floors is also beautiful.

I was pleased with my experience staying at Hotel Bisanta Bidakara. The building is kinda old, but the room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable sofa, TV, closet for hanging clothes, refrigerator, and a relaxing bathtub. The hotel also provided a delicious breakfast with a diverse range of dishes, including nasi goreng, pecel, bubur ayam, spaghetti, nasi kuning, and many more. However, there were a few issues that arose during my stay. The air conditioning unit failed to turn on for about 20 minutes, the remote control screen was blurry, and there was a noticeable noise from the machine. Fortunately, the AC was able to function again after a short while. While there is room for improvement, the hotel's comfortable rooms, the wonderful breakfast experience and responsive staff make it a good choice for those looking for accommodation in Surabaya.
