A pleasant hotel for its price. We stayed for one night during a layover in Surabaya. The bed was very large and comfortable, and the room was spacious. Dinner was affordably priced, and it's only a half-hour drive from the airport. There's a gym, though it's small, the dumbbells were enough for a workout.

Outstanding hotel in the heart of Surabaya! Staff are exceptionally warm and professional, treating guests like family. The breakfast buffet is incredible with amazing variety. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Perfect location next to Tunjungan Plaza mall. The pool and facilities are well-maintained. Excellent value for a 5-star luxury experience!

The hotel is good, I stayed in an apartment. The room was spacious, but it didn't feel recently renovated. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a shopping mall. The soundproofing in the room was poor, and it's very close to a mosque. There was a loud prayer call from 3 AM onwards, which severely disrupted my sleep. On the positive side, the hotel staff were friendly and the breakfast was abundant.

I stayed with my wife for a week. The place is not perfect, but nothing to complain about - especially factoring in the price. Our room overlooked the main road and soundproofing wasn’t quite good enough, although Indonesia is full of unnecessarily loud exhausts. We had stunning sunsets almost daily!

The room is spacious and location is extremely good for the price. Point to improve: the kitchen to work much more to improve their quality. Chicken fried was not cook properly, still bloody, we need to ask staff to recook it. Bakso noodle is below average, u can find better on street food. The staffs are nice, nothing to complain about it but food quality is not worth the price at all.

Nice place, unfortunately the amenities provided are not complete, there is no kettle for tea and coffee, safe box locked, AC dripping. What I like here is that the food is delicious.

The location is super strategic, right in the city center and close to everything. Public transport access is also nearby. I stayed there for 5 nights, and on one day, the room wasn't cleaned even though I had requested it at the front office. I'm a regular here; whenever I need a hotel in the city center, I always choose this one. There's a semi-indoor swimming pool and a mini-fridge in the room. The view from the upper floors is also beautiful.

I was pleased with my experience staying at Hotel Bisanta Bidakara. The building is kinda old, but the room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable sofa, TV, closet for hanging clothes, refrigerator, and a relaxing bathtub. The hotel also provided a delicious breakfast with a diverse range of dishes, including nasi goreng, pecel, bubur ayam, spaghetti, nasi kuning, and many more. However, there were a few issues that arose during my stay. The air conditioning unit failed to turn on for about 20 minutes, the remote control screen was blurry, and there was a noticeable noise from the machine. Fortunately, the AC was able to function again after a short while. While there is room for improvement, the hotel's comfortable rooms, the wonderful breakfast experience and responsive staff make it a good choice for those looking for accommodation in Surabaya.

Price is cheap and the value for money is amazing! The location makes everything super convenient — just a short walk to Tunjungan Plaza. Right downstairs there’s an Alfamart, and if you walk a little further you’ll find another 24-hour one. Across the street you’ll find Boncafe (their steak is really good!) and a 24-hour dim sum restaurant. The lobby is on the 3rd floor, but don’t worry — there’s always security at the ground entrance and they’re really friendly. Totally recommend!

New hotel, when I stayed maybe just a few weeks opening so for the facilities still good and new. Overall it is very good including service, but there are some things that need to be improved, especially for motorbike parking where the access is very steep and leaning and narrow road, which I think can harm guests. Then for the cleanliness of the room, the floor was so dirty that made me keep lifting slippers when in the room because I didn't get a sliper, for the bathroom also the water was bounced. but more plus for this price,because there is a balcony and the room is soundproofed too.
