Hotels near White Sand Beach in Bali

We stayed at this hotel for a few days and fell in love with the place! We stayed in a large bungalow (56 sq. m)—it's a whole other story. The interior has recently undergone a luxurious renovation; everything is fresh, modern, and yet incredibly cozy. We were particularly impressed by the soulful interior: paintings on the walls and charming sculptures create the atmosphere of a real home, not a bland room. A special plus is the kitchen. It's fully equipped: all the necessary utensils and a fantastic coffee machine (a morning coffee with a sea view is priceless!). The bungalow is spotlessly clean, and the service is excellent—the staff is attentive yet discreet. The location is unique, but that's the main draw. The hotel is located right on the seashore with unusual black sand (very photogenic!), yet 2 km from the main busy road. Complete peace and quiet reigns here. This is the perfect starting point for travel: we drove from here to other beaches and temples, and it was a great base. If you're driving or motorcycling and want true solitude by the water, this is perfect for the price. Bob, the owner, was always available on WhatsApp, answered all our questions, and was very welcoming. There's a restaurant on site; we really enjoyed the steak with black pepper. By the way, all the locals and Bob don't recommend swimming. But if the waves aren't big and you're a confident swimmer, it's no problem. We're Russian, and how can we not swim when the sea is right next to us?

The staff are so welcoming and really make you feel at home. They always acknowledge you and are happy. The room was always cleaned to a high standard and smelt great. The room is very generous in size. The breakfast options are a highlight including muesli, porridge, smoothie bowls and many others. And the presentation of breakfast it outstanding. There are numerous places to eat close by at various prices so good location. Whilst the pool is clean and cool, it could do with an upgrade as could the restaurant. There are pool lounges however there are no cushions and no umbrellas so too hot to sit and enjoy. Would recommend this hotel.

Рядом такие же виллы и красивые рисовые поля. Место очень тихое, с веранды мы вечерами смотрели на море. Скромные завтраки и обеды можно найти в соседней вилле, они мягко говоря не разнообразны, но зато близко и столики также расположены на втором этаже, откуда открывается чудесный вид на море. Хозяйка предоставила нам в аренду байк за 70 000 рупий в день (он тоже старенький, но на ходу и почти бесплатно), мы ездили на нем на пляж Virgin Beach, там и завтракали иногда и обедали. Пляж просто чудесный, небольшие волны и чистая вода, заезд 10 000 рупий с человека (если приехать до 9 утра, то бесплатно). Ездили самостоятельно в оба водных дворца (Уджунг и Тирта Ганга) и Храм Лемпуянг. Мне очень понравилось соотношение цены и качества места проживания.

I've deliberately chosen to get out of the busy. And yes, it was a success. The landscape is beautiful. And the massage on the site is good. Look, I eat in the hotel for one day, but it wasn't like I used to this place in Bali. Eat out the days after, realize it is less touristic. So go to a warning, vote well what you want. Another option is to order with gojek (app) that goes very well.

Fantastic place! Room has Beautiful view of Hills ! Manicure colourful gardens! Nicer Fish in ponds! Sea view ! Crystal clear pool water! Great food! Very friendly staff! Absolutely beautiful place!! Well meaner guests! 🍷

There were no towels in my room, so had to go & ask for them. At the pool I had to go into a lock up to look for a sunbed cushion, staff should be more proactive in offering cushions. I asked at the pool for a pool towel, they were surprised I didn't have any in my room, they got on the walkie talkie & asked for some for me, 6 hours later the pool towels hadn't arrived, so I went to reception myself to ask for them. My room was cleaned & no clean towels were left, I gave them the benefit of the doubt & left it a few hours, hoping they'd bring towels, but no, I had to once again go to reception for towels. A nice touch would be staff coming to your sunbed to ask if you want food or drink. The restaurant could do with a roll down wall, a barrier from the elements for times when the wind & rain are prevalent. It's not fun being blown about & getting wet when you're trying to negotiate your food. The rooms are lovely, I had an outside bathroom, which was very special. One issue is the ceiling, there's always bits of dirt or bugs falling onto the bed from the ceiling. The fan in my room didn't work, there was also a light out, but I just left it, I didn't want to keep complaining. Most of the food was delicious & presented very well. I tried vegetable soup, which was basically lots of uncooked veg in a vegetable bouillon, not my idea of soup, I didn't take too well to the spaghetti bolognese either, i didnt like the taste of it. I'm not sure what they wash the fruit & salad in, but it didn't taste very nice & tasted of chemicals, suffice to say I couldn't eat it. The staff are friendly & ready to help. I didn't realise the hotel had a driver to do trips, they should be informing people of this, I booked a driver from outside & would of preferred to pay the hotel driver. The surroundings/gardens are beautiful & so is the pool area. Beach sellers are a pain, you could be led on sunbed or eating a meal & they still harass you, one even sneaked up the stairs from the beach, staying just out of the view of hotel staff.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights. It's a small hotel, quite stylishly decorated (with Balinese motifs). The room was a comfortable size for two adults and one toddler (2 years old). We had a king-size bed. Everything you need is in the room. Some rooms are on the first floor, some on the second. We were on the second. I think it's better to stay on the second floor – it feels more secluded. All the hotels in this area are close to each other, so don't expect a beautiful sea view from the windows. But that's not so important. The pool area has a restaurant with an amazing sea view! It's truly delightful! The hotel staff are very welcoming and helpful, and speak good English. They clean the room quite promptly (while you're at breakfast). I highly recommend this hotel! I would definitely come back again!

If you have booked (or thinking of booking) be aware that their is a big construction going on right now at the beachside which gives a hell of a noise from 08:00 till 17:00 hours. Especially the rooms which beachside view will experience a lot of noise the whole day. The beach in front of the hotel is closed so no access to the sea. I think this construction will go on for a few months, so if you can cancel…do it. Ok now the positive side of this complex: good breakfast with enough choices, great pools (3) with good view if the construction wasn’t there, rooms are nice and spacious, the staff is wonderful and so friendly like anywhere in Bali. One i don’t like is that Grab is not allowed near the hotel so if you need a taxi the hotel rate is twice as much as you would pay by grab. You can walk up to the main road and take a Grab there.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice with good airconditioning. The bathroom is located outside, which is lovely and it has a big soaking tub. Unfortunately we were informed that we can't use the tub because of water restrictions, which only left us with a hand held shower. Also, when using the spa facilities, be sure to read the fine print- 21% added on the price. We didn't see it, so were surprised. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

This was a hotel that matches the picture. The territory is beautiful, well-kept. The only thing that confused me was the declared area of ​​the room 🧐, it seemed much smaller to me in fact, no 80 sq.m. Going out to sea is not provided or you need to overcome an obstacle course in the form of a slippery pontoon or crawl among boats, dogs and local curious guys looking at girls in bathing suits with the obligatory comments in the local language. The service is at a level: the hotel staff is always ready to help and go to meet. BUT! Breakfast is a buffet, not for guests but for flies, they are all over the products: bread, pastries, fruits, vegetables, juices. I had to eat only eggs and toast. For 2 nights, a huge rat came to visit - gnawed through the roof and entered. At 3 am we had to change the room and move. The next night at 2:30 a huge spider came, they said that it was not dangerous, but we did not want to sleep with it in the room. As a result, all nights in the hotel without sleep. The hotel staff, of course, promptly moved us, exterminated the spider, gave us a discount on the massage (which was wonderful, by the way, in the hotel's SPA area) and provided a late check-out. However, we will not come to this hotel again. For comparison, there is a 2* hotel nearby and there were no problems there during long and repeated stays.
