We stayed at D’Prima Hotel for 4 days and 3 nights, and overall, we really liked our stay. The location is good—there are lots of restaurants nearby, and it’s also easily accessible to the beach. The rooms are spacious, and the air conditioning is cold, which was great. We also appreciated that the hotel has a pool, a restaurant, and Wi-Fi.
However, there were a few issues that could be improved. Despite paying for our stay, the hotel was reluctant to provide basic amenities. Refills for coffee, toothbrushes, and water were difficult to get they always say we need to pay even though they dont give us water for that day. Additionally, our room was make up room without our permission, which should not happen because we have a lot of important things in our room, although we do thank the staff who cleaned the room.
Another concern was the early check-in process. We arrived around 1 PM and had lunch at the hotel restaurant while waiting. We requested an early check-in at 1:30 PM, if possible but they told us it was only possible at 2 PM. At 2 PM, no rooms were still available. The first room became available at 2:20 PM, then they told us we had to wait another 20 minutes for the second room. This was frustrating as we were very tired from traveling straight from a tour from another country.
Overall, D’Prima Hotel has a great location, comfortable rooms, and nice facilities, but there’s room for improvement in amenities provision and check-in efficiency. Thank you

A peaceful spot to visit briefly in Bali, this villa offers a quiet retreat with its unique charm. The location is convenient, surrounded by many stores when you go out. The ground staff are very helpful, the food is excellent, and the service is top-notch. Though an older villa, it still embodies the tranquility of Balinese harmony. A one-week stay here is wonderful, but remember that mosquitoes are present in Bali. It's advisable to ask for a spray and bring mosquito lotion for your visit.

The hotel location is Ok.. Family friendly.. Staff are exceptionally helpful and good.. But the hotel is Run down.. The room we were allocated..did not have hotwater fro 4 days out of 5 days we stayed... But the staff did bring in buckets of water for our need.. Not ideal..there is no shuttle from the hotel to anywhere... Their lift is down and have to climb lots of steps.. Their kitchen is not operational..so no food at the hotel ..but there are good eating places around within20 mins walking distance.. Although not ideal.. OK. Special mention to staff.. Amir, Azeem and Dewi...they are very good and helpful.

Great hotel , the room was very nice for the value - the only thing is the LOCATION - if your going to the beach ok , but if you want to go where all the ACTION is you must go to a hotel near - SEMINYAK SQUARE -
* which is a five minutes motorcycle ride away - this is where all the restaurants and stores are to browse and walk around .
** You can always catch a taxi or a motorcycle ride there and back, it's a short 5 minutes away by cab.
** NOTE: The reason I posted this is it takes a day to find out --- that the action is not -- walking distance to quality activities, and no one really mentions it ))

The room condition was not bad, and the location was quiet, so it was nice. However, if you have to walk a bit at night, there are sometimes dogs, so if you are afraid, take a Grab motorbike to get in. Also, the water quality is quite poor, so change the shower filter once a day. It was really just black. It smelled like old towels. And the bathroom faucet was very uncomfortable. And even though I didn't want them to clean the room, they woke me up by ringing the bell. They also took my money on the table, although it was small. That wasn't a tip. Since it was small, I didn't complain.

Lovely little cosy hideaway with 4 visible rooms looking out onto the courtyard area with pool, this is closed off so not overlooked. Met host on arrival who was lovely and showed me my room and kitchen facility where she offered tea and toast for the morning. The room was clean and had air con and good shower. There we a few ants in the bathroom but that’s to be expected and it didn’t bother me. Great location 5 mins for beach and restaurants/shops. I didn’t find it noisy, there were a few dogs barking in the evening but again to be expected. The waterfall/fountain in the pool gets turned off in the evenings so no noise from here either. Overall lovely stay and would definitely stay again.

The villa is new, conveniently located on a quiet street, and there's a small pool for relaxation and refreshment. Thank you for the amenities provided. Unusual, natural, beautiful! Real Bali, without the tourist trappings, no hustle and bustle, just pure nature, an authentic atmosphere, and genuine, warm-hearted people! The eco-hotel's grounds are simply stunning! So much work and love has clearly been put into them. There are flowers all around, an avocado garden, coffee trees, a well-mown lawn, and the plunge pools with spring mountain water are a godsend! You can swim and even fill up with clean mountain water to drink from the spring. There's a natural pool for children.
The staff and owners are a wonderful family, such warm, caring people! Many thanks and love to the owner, Yuni! ❤️ She explains everything, helps with everything, is always welcoming, and she cooks local Balinese dishes so deliciously! We were greeted warmly, as if we were visiting good friends. 🤗
The cottages are well-spaced, spaced apart from each other, so no one disturbs anyone else. Each has an area where you can light a fire in the evening under a roof protected from the rain. The cottage has two floors: the top floor has a bed and a balcony, and the ground floor has a living room, toilet, and shower, all in the fresh air. Shampoo and hot water are provided. Incidentally, the water is also mountain hot water. The blankets are pleasantly warm, the bed linen is good, and there are plenty of pillows. There's no air conditioning or heating in the cottage, but it's not necessary—the temperature is very comfortable even with the windows open. There's a café on-site with stunning mountain views. The hostess prepares breakfast and also serves Indonesian dishes à la carte any time of day (until 9:00 PM). The grilled ocean fish with local sauce was magical!👌👍
The air is so clean here! The views are breathtaking, the silence, the forest, the mountains, the flowers, and the gardens—it's truly peaceful.
The price is very reasonable for Bali.
We also swam in a mountain river, near a small waterfall 200 meters from the hotel.☺️

Необыкновенно, природно, красиво! Настоящий Бали, без туристической обертки, без суеты, шума, только чистая природа, аутентичная атмосфера, настоящие душевные люди! Территория эко отеля облагорожена просто изумительно! Столько труда и любви видно вложено. Кругом цветы, сад авокадо, деревья кофе, газон пострижен, а купели бассейны с ключевой горной водой - просто находка! Можно и купаться и даже набрать из родника питьевой чистой горной воды. Есть природный бассейн для детей.

Домики хорошо расположены, на расстоянии друг от друга, никто никому не мешает. С видом на сад. У каждого есть зона, где можно пожечь костёр вечером под крышей от дождя. В домике 2 этажа, на верхнем кровать и балкончик, а на первом гостиная и туалет, душ, на свежем воздухе. Есть шампунь и горячая вода. Кстати, вода тоже с гор. Приятные тёплые одеяла, хорошее постельное бельё, много подушек. В домике нет кондиционеров и отопления, но этого и не нужно - температура очень комфортная даже с открытыми окнами. На территории кафе с потрясающим видом на горы. Хозяйка готовит завтраки и ещё по меню в любое время дня (до 21:00) индонезийские блюда. Рыба из океана на гриле под местным соусом была волшебная!💛👌
Какой чистый воздух здесь! Виды захватывающие, тишина, лес, горы, цветы и сады - умиротворение.
Цена очень демократичная для Бали. А ещё мы купались в горной реке, у маленького водопада в 200 метрах от отеля. 👍

XXixi1569The hotel environment is beautiful, like a royal garden, and the beach is fantastic with very clear water. The hotel's kid's club also offers a rich variety of activities, perfect for families.
The downside is that the rooms are a bit dated, and the duvet cover wasn't very clean. When I needed help and messaged the 'what's up' customer service, they first asked for my room number and then told me they couldn't assist, which was disappointing. However, other staff members were all very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast wasn't tasty, and the fruit wasn't very fresh.

The resort has a calm and relaxing vibe, surrounded by beautiful scenery that makes it easy to unwind and enjoy the stay. Whether it was walking through the gardens or just sitting by the pool, everything felt peaceful and well maintained.
One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the staff. The team was consistently friendly, polite, and very welcoming. They were always ready to help with any request and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I would like to sincerely thank Desak, Aditya, Susanti, and Mastra for assisting me during my stay. Their kindness and support truly made a difference and left a lasting impression.
Cleanliness was also excellent. The rooms were neat, tidy, and well taken care of, and the common areas were kept in great condition. It is clear that the hotel puts effort into maintaining a high standard, which I really appreciated.
If there is one area that could be improved, it would be the availability of halal food options. While there were some choices, having a wider variety or clearer options would make the stay even better, especially for Muslim guests.
Overall, everything else was very good. The facilities, the environment, and the service all came together to create a memorable stay. I would definitely consider coming back again in the future.

The resort is beautifully designed to blend seamlessly with its natural surroundings, with lush greenery and elegantly landscaped gardens adding to the serene atmosphere.

My room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could have possibly needed. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room featured large windows that allowed for an abundance of natural light. Waking up to the sight of the ocean every morning was truly magical. GGuest UserThe room was exactly as pictured and described. The breakfast wasn't great; there was no congee with noodles, only plain congee, milk, bread, and coffee (which was decent when made fresh). The 'Seafood Carnival' was a disappointment. 🤔 It wasn't as good as the first convenience store to the left across from the hotel. That place has a huge seafood platter for just over 300, and it's incredibly fresh. The lobster and tiger prawns with garlic butter sauce are especially worth trying there. The hotel's seafood tasted like it had been frozen and wasn't very fresh, though the live music and atmosphere were a plus. The seafood platter shown in the picture is not from the hotel.
What truly stands out is the fantastic service and warm smiles from every single staff member. They genuinely care, and I would definitely come back again.

WWooSeaHad an absolutely amazing stay at Sol with my wife and friends. Exactly what you would hope for from a smaller all inclusive resort.
The staff were incredible, welcoming and warm every minute of the day. The food was varied enough to stay exciting over a 6 night stay and there were always activities if you wanted to venture away from your lounger.
A very special shout out to all of the pool bar-staff who were more than happy to adapt to requests for more/less/or completely different recipes for drinks. And an even specialer thank you to “Ar” who patiently hosted some wonderful art//cocktail activities.
We’re all in our 30s and (on average) younger than most other guests but we really had an absolute ball!

The hotel is not new and you can notice this in details like the bathroom fixtures and some general wear, but everything was clean and overall comfortable. For the price, it’s a solid budget-friendly option in a great area, especially if you plan to spend most of your time exploring rather than staying at the hotel. If you’re looking for a simple, well-located place to sleep while enjoying Seminyak, this is a good choice.

I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a generous variety of both local and international dishes. The hotel’s facilities, including the swimming pool and meeting rooms, were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. For the price, Aston Denpasar offers great value and a welcoming atmosphere. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Bali.
