Everything about the property is top class, location, hospitality, food, rooms, cleanliness, everything is good. Only thing is that there is no valet parking and the parking space is shared with blink-it warehouse.

Had an excellent stay at Crowne Plaza! The hotel exceeded expectations in every aspect. The rooms were elegant, spacious, and impeccably clean, providing a very comfortable stay. The staff was warm, professional, and attentive, ensuring that every need was taken care of promptly. The dining experience was outstanding, with delicious food and a wide variety of options. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall ambiance was luxurious yet welcoming. I highly recommend Crowne Plaza to anyone looking for a premium hospitality experience and would gladly stay here again.

During my recent stay, I had the pleasure of dining at the hotel’s restaurant, and I must say, the service exceeded all expectations. From the moment I entered, Anamika welcomed me warmly, making me feel instantly comfortable

I stayed one night at the hotel as a solo female traveller as I had a late plane and was meeting my friends the next day. The place was comfortable and clean and easy. The hotel super close to both the international and domestic arrivals (steps away). If you’re coming from international you just come out and turn right and you will see it (domestic, turn left). Being in an airport the hotel has to scan your bags when you arrive. The AC was great as it was quite hot in lucknow! My room was quite close to reception so I used earplugs at night to sleep as you could hear the doorbell. With the earplugs I had no issues!

I've stayed a few times here and had very comfortable stays. On this occasion, the hotel was hosting an event, and very loud music was played until 3am. I asked the duty manager to ask them to stop the music, but they refused to do anything about the disturbance. Many people were complaining, but the hotel staff were unable to take a firm stance and turn the music off. I had a flight the following morning at 8am and it impacted my work the next day. Very disappointing handling of the situation by the duty manager.

Located at a walking distance from MG Road metro , it is one of the best hotel in medium budget . They offer luxurious room with all the amenities .staff was quite helpful and polite . Breakfast was complimentary and it was really good in terms of quality and options served . In addition restaurant charges were nominal and taste,quantity of the food was good . The hotel is a 750m walk from the train station (Red Line MRT station). The front desk manager was very helpful and allowed early check-in. The room was average (soundproofing was decent), but unfortunately, bottled water cost extra. About 1.3km from the hotel is Aminabad Market, which is even more lively during Diwali. Many famous Lucknow restaurants are also located in that area. The Red Line MRT does not reach Rumi Darwaza or other famous tourist attractions. Taking an Uber Auro tuk-tuk from the hotel costs approximately Rs. 80-120 in cash (depending on the time of day; round up to the nearest whole number as a tip). (Some drivers are very honest and kind; they might accept Rs. 100 for a fare of Rs. 103.18. I always gave Rs. 120 to thank the driver, who was happy to oblige.) P.S. Some drivers might try to negotiate the price or refuse a fare at the last minute.

The towels had some stains on it and the dinner that I ordered arrived quite late with dessert that went cold . But the location and the main dish that I ordered was good .

It was really good experience with this hotel. Last week same in Lucknow i visited GINGER. but i will suggest you guys plz don’t go there coz that hotel is like Lodge. Very bad bed. Everything is ******** in GINGER. But this week while returning from delhi to Darbhanga by road. I choose GOLDEN TULIP.AND I AM TEALLY VERY HAPPY. Infact ginger charged me 4500 per night. And Ginger is lower is price. But amenities are awesome. I recommend u all guys visit this hotel once.
