"The hotel's location and room conditions are 5/5, service 1/5. We had some problems checking in because the city tax had to be paid by card (this hadn't been mentioned anywhere before). When we were told that neither we nor our friends had a card, the manager only offered to cancel the reservation, as the rest wasn't his problem. They didn't even try to solve the problem on their end (sending a link to pay by card didn't solve the problem). The funniest thing is that the city tax is 3 €, but the stress for the guest is like 300 €. The shampoo in the room ran out during the first shower, some pieces of furniture were covered in dust, it was obvious that either they weren't cleaning it or the guests weren't using it. I recommend this hotel only for one night for the Ferrari Museum."

"Overall Ok stay. Hotel room was a bit cramped, but very convenient to get to the station of Modena. Very basic breakfast buffet. Staff was nice and polite, but we had some problems as they did not have proof of prepayment for the room."

"The traffic is very convenient. It is very close to the train station and the Enzo Ferrari Museum, so I chose to live here. The front desk service is very warm. The cleaning is very clean. The room is quite clean. But there is no expectation. There is no sense of design. The local consumption of Modena is much lower than that of Florence. But the most The price of this room in Jiaxi and the Indgo with a balcony in Florence is almost equivalent. The bedding is also very general. There is also a highlight that there is a Chinese restaurant called Wang diagonally opposite the hotel. It is not expensive. It is worth it for two nights."

"I really liked the hotel's classic design and atmosphere! The rooms have lovely paintings, it's very cozy, and everything is clean. Everything you need is provided, including soap, shampoo, and other essentials. The reception service was very friendly. The only complaint I have is the slow Wi-Fi. Otherwise, the old town is a 7-minute walk away, and the train station is a 10-minute walk away. The hotel is extremely clean, and the classic atmosphere is very pleasant; everything is done with love."

"Location at appx 20 minutes to city center(easy to reach) 30 minutes ro railway station. Reception opne till 11 pm, after you can make self checkin to a machine at the entrance. Clean and modern loby and breakfast areas. Decent breakfast. The strangest room that I ever seen: all walls in wood and not in the nice way, it feels that you are in an old vessel cabin. Even the walls are “protected” by addional wood doors or are locled by wood panels. A lot of furniture, not very functional as same parts are locked. Not felt very safe in the first night. Once you stay more you get used to it. Overall, for the priced paid during New Year period or if you are on budget, is ok for what you paid."

"It is a very well-located hotel, right in the ”heart” of Modena. It's in the ZTL zone, not to worry, the staff were very vigilant & assisted with the ZTL coupon which was valid for the stay. The hotel is a bit ”old”, so don't expect much, however, the rooms are nicely furnished. Mattresses are firm to my liking and there is enough toiletries. Breakfast was sumptuous! A delicious spread & of high quality. Note as the hotel is a bit old, don't expect top grade elevators - they are narrow, and the rooms a bit ”hollow”. Opens up to the balcony with excellent ”minor” view of the basilica. However, sound travels and you can hear the next door neighbour if they speak loudly or slam the door. Parking, however, is a nightmare, as expected of this very narrow town. No fault of the hotel itself. You can find parking nearby, may have to walk 5-6 mins. The excellent English speaking Reception/Check In Staff will assist with that & all my questions were answered."

"Comodo albergo con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ovviamente ci sono degli elementi che giustificano il costo contenuto come il bagno in comune e il secondo piano senza ascensore. Tuttavia per quello che serviva a me è andata alla grande. Parcheggio privato, struttura pulita, colazione compresa, personale cortese. Con una mezz'ora di passeggiata sostenuta si arriva nel centro storico. Ottima scelta la rifarei."
