GGuest UserWe absolutely loved this little guesthouse.
It is located in the centre of Modena in a beautiful building. Rooms and breakfast room are fantastic. Heating is available which is a big plus as well.
Manager Benedetta is also really nice and could be easily reach in WhatsApp.

MMuhammadGreat hotel with all the amenities. Excellent staff who were very welcoming and helpful. There is plenty of free parking at the hotel and there are a couple of electric chargers as well if somebody is coming on an electric car.
Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options.
The hotel is very close to Ferrari's museum in Maranello and is also a short drive into Modena. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be staying here once again when I am back in Maranello.

GGuest UserHotel is fairly new. 10 minutes walking to old town where are all the historical sites and restaurant located. The restaurant next door offer very good food, if you do not want to walk to old town. You can choose your pillow which is pretty good. Bed is firm. The on5 complain I have is there is no electric pot for boiling water. The water from the coffee maker smell coffee, so not a good replacement.

GGuest UserLocation at appx 20 minutes to city center(easy to reach) 30 minutes ro railway station. Reception opne till 11 pm, after you can make self checkin to a machine at the entrance. Clean and modern loby and breakfast areas. Decent breakfast. The strangest room that I ever seen: all walls in wood and not in the nice way, it feels that you are in an old vessel cabin. Even the walls are “protected” by addional wood doors or are locled by wood panels. A lot of furniture, not very functional as same parts are locked. Not felt very safe in the first night. Once you stay more you get used to it. Overall, for the priced paid during New Year period or if you are on budget, is ok for what you paid.

MMaxim_KVery good hotel, parking on the neighboring streets is free (give a card), up to the central 10 minutes walk, the room is large, the bathroom is normal, all not tired, breakfast is very delicious, recommended.

GGuest UserComodo albergo con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ovviamente ci sono degli elementi che giustificano il costo contenuto come il bagno in comune e il secondo piano senza ascensore. Tuttavia per quello che serviva a me è andata alla grande. Parcheggio privato, struttura pulita, colazione compresa, personale cortese. Con una mezz'ora di passeggiata sostenuta si arriva nel centro storico. Ottima scelta la rifarei.

AAPDHotel location is very convenient, there are parking spaces and swimming pools, there is a large supermarket nearby, breakfast food is OK, but there is no hot water ~ you can boil water yourself, the bathroom water temperature difference DD, the staff is very polite
