"The hotel is a bit out of the way, but the environment is great, with a beach and the sea. The breakfast is super comprehensive, delicious, and offers a wide variety of options, and the restaurant ambiance is also very nice. Many Japanese guests book this hotel to experience water activities, which I didn't try, but the facilities and services here are quite complete. It's also quite close to a convenience store. However... the tatami room had a strange smell, possibly from the building materials, which did affect my mood a bit."

"I’ve stayed in the twin bedroom several times before, but this was my first time staying in this type of room. Although the building is old, it was clean and well-maintained. The bedding was a simple futon-style setup with a mattress laid directly on the floor, but it was very comfortable and I had no issues sleeping. Since the windows are covered only with shoji screens, light comes in from outside at night, and it gets quite bright early in the morning as well. I’m sensitive to light, so I used an eye mask while sleeping. As for noise, nothing in particular bothered me, and I was able to stay comfortably."

"It is within walking distance to the beach in Qingdao, and I think it is the best if you are looking for sightseeing in Qingdao. The rooms, baths and toilets were clean. The TV was also YouTube and Netflix compatible, and it also comes with poppin Aladdin, so I enjoyed watching idol videos on YouTube ^_^ There is no DVD or Blu-ray player, so bring a PC and HDMI cable. I was able to appreciate it. The bed is comfortable in the bedroom on the 1st floor, but the futon in the Japanese-style room on the 2nd floor was a thin mattress and a duvet, and I felt that there was a little difference."

"A bit of of the way, it's a dead town at night and all restaurants closed by 830pm when we arrived. Quite a spooky dated resort. The only saving grace was huge rooms, and the private onsen for couples. Front desk couldn't speak a word of English."

"The room is big with all the amenities. Our room is facing the sea, we were able to see the sun rise, super gorgeous! The onsen is also great, free for us, and it is open to the public with surcharge. The hostel location is 10/10, close to the Aoshima island, and there is a big park nearby! We enjoyed our stay."

"Room was a slightly small for 4 people, with little space to open the luggages. Hotel provided free flow amenities which was a good feature :) However if driving a large sedan, you would not be able to park within the hotel premises and will be asked to park elsewhere, which was a little inconvenient when bringing many luggages."

"Five-star recommendation, recommended to travelers who enjoy local culture and like to experience life. This is a Japanese-style B&B with tatami mats, and one room can accommodate four people. The room is clean and tidy, the furnishings are simple and elegant, the house is well maintained and very new. I stayed in a room on the first floor with a terrace. You need to make your own bed when you check in and clean it up when you leave, following the rules of most B&Bs. It takes about 30 minutes to walk from Qingdao Jr Station to the B&B. We finished our meal near the beach and walked 25 minutes back to the B&B. The B&B is surrounded by residential areas and is very quiet. But please be reminded that Japanese houses are made of wood and are not suitable for the requirements of star hotels. Showering at night is allocated according to the number of guests, a bit like a dormitory. But all kinds of supplies are complete. The boss is a retired diving instructor. He doesn't talk much but is very down to earth. Offered to help us plan our trip. He can provide all kinds of fun and interesting content and experiences around him. If we encounter special requests, he will try his best to arrange and consider them for us. When I learned that my children and I wanted to watch the sunrise and go to Udo Shrine, we had to rush back to Kumamoto in the afternoon. The boss said he would take us in the morning... I was so grateful. On the way, the boss stopped at the best place for us to take pictures. When we arrived at the scenic spot, he also reminded us to pay attention to the details and photo locations. On the return trip, arrange it for me according to our JR schedule. On the way, they also asked whether the children had eaten breakfast, whether I needed coffee... "We stayed at Aoshima Suikoen Hotel for one night at the entrance of Qingdao 😊 The room was very relaxing in a room with two double beds and a Japanese-style living room 🛏️ Not only Japanese, but also foreign people who are interested in Japanese style rooms are Japanese rooms in bed, so I think you can relax 😁 However, the large bath, the unit bus in the room may feel a little small 😅 Amenities are also simple with toothbrushes and razors, combs and sleeves. "This is a newly built hotel, very clean and suitable for families. The room interior was also neat, and I appreciated having a small kitchenette where I could wash and eat some simple fruits. It's about a 10-minute walk to the downtown area, making it a good location for sightseeing. For breakfast, I ordered granola, but it was just regular cereal granola. There are no on-site parking facilities, so you have to park in a private lot behind the building."
