"Room was a slightly small for 4 people, with little space to open the luggages. Hotel provided free flow amenities which was a good feature :) However if driving a large sedan, you would not be able to park within the hotel premises and will be asked to park elsewhere, which was a little inconvenient when bringing many luggages."

"From 3 PM to 8 PM, there was a wonderful complimentary service offering not only coffee and juice but also shochu mixed drinks. While the snacks were limited in quantity and gone by late evening, I was perfectly satisfied as I was able to enjoy a couple of alcoholic beverages at my leisure. Although the building and facilities feel a bit dated, I highly recommend this business hotel, especially for those who enjoy a drink or want to relax right after arrival."

"This is a newly built hotel, very clean and suitable for families. The room interior was also neat, and I appreciated having a small kitchenette where I could wash and eat some simple fruits. It's about a 10-minute walk to the downtown area, making it a good location for sightseeing. For breakfast, I ordered granola, but it was just regular cereal granola. There are no on-site parking facilities, so you have to park in a private lot behind the building."

"Good location, walking distance to JR station and Amu Plaza, where many shopping and dining options available. On site car park limited lots in B1/B2, especially when they have functions in hotel in the evening. So need to park at nearby carparks, suggested open air car park was 100m away. Hotel parking charges 1000¥ per overnight. Public parking is 500$¥ from 6pm to 8am, after that is by hourly charge."

"There's a parking garage next to the hotel. Was offered free parking by the staff at check-in which is a bonus. It's at a central area with many restaurants nearby. Room is the typical Japanese size and standard which is sufficient for 1 night stay. Staff are friendly. there's a max value supermarket just around the corner."

"The hotel staff were warm and polite, proactively asking if I needed help with my luggage. The room was spacious with a great sense of open space. The hot springs could use some improvement, as the experience was just average. Overall, it was a good stay."

"Hotel is centrally location, a few stop is bus stop to airport and vice versa, walkable distance to Miyazaki Station and Minami Miyazaki Station, if don’t wanna to walk, there is option to take bus to both stations. Tachibana shopping street and its neighborhood is nearby. Room design is cute and lovely, breakfast is available until 11.00 for dine in and take out."

"The morning breakfast is as expected of a typical Jap hotel & ends at 830am, kind of early. The location is 5 bus stops, roughly 1.2km, away from Miyazaki JR station. Although there’s a mini separate gender hot pool onsen to enjoy but it operates till 930pm, kind of early too. But I do see some using beyond 930pm so not sure if that’s the norm. Plus point are (1) soft pillow choices at lift lobby to bring up for extra usage, (2) hot & cold drinks 24 hrs & (3) hotel is located within shopping belt. There’s no key card but given a paper that contains PIN number to open your hotel room door. Room is very clean but small for 2 luggages. "
