"We had a very enjoyable 6 night stay at this hotel, Juso station is a 5 min walk away and gives great access to all metro and train services. Rooms are well equipped and comfortable, staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was buffet Japanese food with a few western options available too, we really enjoyed the Japanese options every day (miso soup particularly good). There are plenty of places to enjoy a drink and local street food in the area, it was all good quality and tasty, just don't be afraid to try it, you'll be missing out if you don't try !! We would happily recommend a stay here."

"This hotel is located 5 min walk from Juso station, very convenient to travel to Kobe, Kyoto and Nara. Room is spacious and they provide with everything you may possibly need starting from toothbrush and razor to bath salt and foam, creams, cleansers, hair and face masks. That was amazing! Breakfast has some European options like scrambled eggs, sausages, toasts, pain au chocolat and cereal with milk. It doesn’t change much but you can always get something usual to eat. The staff is very helpful and they even allowed us to leave our suitcase free of charge for a day between our bookings when we left for ryokan for 1 night."

Location: The hotel enjoys a prime location in the city center—just a 5-minute walk from the subway station. Check-in Experience: The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. The lobby was clean, beautifully decorated, and subtly scented, creating a relaxing atmosphere upon arrival. Room Comfort and Amenities: I stayed in a Deluxe King Room, which was spacious, well-lit, and tastefully designed in a modern minimalist style. The bed was extremely comfortable with crisp, clean linens. The room included high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a mini fridge, and a kettle—everything I needed. The bathroom featured a separate shower area, strong water pressure, and high-quality toiletries. Breakfast: Breakfast was another highlight. The buffet offered a wide range of options, from Western-style dishes to traditional local fare. There were fresh fruits, hot porridge, eggs cooked to order, and baked goods. The dining area was elegant, and the staff were attentive, often checking in to offer coffee or tea refills. Service: The service throughout my stay was consistently excellent. Housekeeping was thorough, and any requests were responded to promptly. The staff were always friendly and professional, adding a personal touch to the stay. Minor Downsides: If I had to point out one small flaw, it would be the slightly thin walls—some hallway noise was audible in the evening. However, it didn’t significantly disrupt my sleep. Overall: This hotel offers fantastic value for money and is a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. I’ll definitely return on my next visit to the city."

"I was a bit nervous about the fact that it is a love hotel but honestly i didn't have to because this hotel is pretty good. Location is very convenient, my room was very clean but i didnt fina a soap so that's why i had to buy it in 7-11. And dont't worry, you almost cant't hear noise from the neighboring rooms."

"The room itself is well maintained and the facilities are common basic ones that I need as a solo female traveler. It a 5 minute walk to Juso Station and a lot of convenience store around. They have a coin laundry machine as well so it was easier to wash clothes when I needed it. All additional things that you need such as toiletries are also readily available at the lobby area. And the best part was the free breakfast!"

"This Hotel Vischio Osaka by JR West is in an absolutely fantastic location! It's just a few minutes' walk from Higobashi subway station, making it super convenient to get to Nakanoshima and the Science Museum. There are tons of restaurants nearby too, so finding a place to eat is a breeze. The hotel itself has a charming retro-luxury vibe, and the rooms are spotless. The in-room dryer is a lifesaver for travelers, and the large windows offer great views and plenty of natural light. Since it opened in 2020, all the facilities are modern and new. It's generally quiet and peaceful. I stayed in a twin room by myself, and there was plenty of space, and the bedding was really comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were kind and attentive. It offers great value for money, and the flexible free cancellation policy is a bonus. This is definitely my top choice when visiting Osaka's Nishi district. I'll be staying here again!"

"The Hotel is in a good location even though it is always mandatory to take the train to get to most sights or even the city centre. But it is a lively neighbourhood with loads of traditional Japanese pubs. The Hotel itself is a bit older and I think the room and the equipment (e.g. the blanket cover) shows the age. But it was clean. Amenities and free coffee/tea is available 24/7 and staff was very friendly."

"The room was very clean and the hotel was conveniently close to the station. It was well-equipped with a fridge, microwave, cups, kettle, and hairdryer. The walk to the hotel was also great, with lots of shops along the way, which was a real plus."

"Great hotel. I stayed at a single economy room. I work remotely so I needed to have a table and a good chair for when I want to work and my room had it. Pros: 1) Good location. Near Umeda station (10 min), close to Nakazaka coffee shop streets and markets, convenience store and a supermarket very close to the hotel. However, if you are interested in Dotonbori or Namba - it's pretty far. 2) Clean. Very clean. 3) Good view from the window. I had lots of light and a view on the street. Even though there were cars, no noise came through the windows. Great sound isolation! 4) Perfect for business travelers or remote workers Cons: 1) Like many hotels in Japan, it was quite small and barely fit a huge suitcase. Unless you have a big bag, it'll be fine though"

"I chose the up to hotel decide choice based on that day's availability and I am happy to get a double bed (non-smoking). The room is clean and tidy with bright lightings. Overall, the amenities and decorations are pretty new. Especially, like the internal rooftop onsen and sauna, which I do not need to purposely find a cosy and nice onsen place. There are also self-service washers and dryers with a small fee. Keep up the good work!"
