Hotels near Nissin Food Products Co. Ltd. in Osaka

"Good amenities and fair price, but cleanliness and comfort need improvement. I stayed here for a week with my partner. The room was small for two people but manageable, and the bathroom was clean with good amenities. The main issue was housekeeping — they only came once, leaving us with piles of garbage and lots of dust, which was tough since I have allergies. The AC made a loud noise every 10 minutes when on, though the microwave was handy for quick meals. A big plus was the luggage storage — very useful since we arrived before the 3 PM check-in and left after the 11 AM check-out. For the price, it was acceptable, but cleanliness and comfort need improvement."

"The hotel is about a six-minute walk from Exit 6 of Shin-Osaka Station, which is super close and also very near the Midosuji Line. It's conveniently located, and the area is quiet at night with no suspicious people around. The room is pretty standard and a bit small, but it's very clean. If you have a large suitcase, it might feel a bit cramped. The downside is that the window looks out directly onto a residential apartment building, which is a bit awkward. However, the front desk staff were very attentive, gentle, and had great attitudes. The price was also reasonable, so I still highly recommend it."

"The hotel is a conveniently short walk from Shin-Osaka station. The hotel is clean and modern and the staff are very professional. The room was spacious and well-appointed, and just outside the room was a useful filtered water station. Really liked the bathroom with the rainfall showerhead and separate deep bathtub and the washing machine was very useful. My family members enjoyed the bathhouse facilities and the welcome drink arriving late on a warm summer's night was a refreshing way to start our stay. We tried the breakfast one morning and while the range wasn't to my specific tastes other members of my group enjoyed it and for people who enjoy seafood and traditional Japanese food it is a great value buffet. Overall very good value for money."

"I love the location being close proximity to a subway and Shin Osaka station, so convenient if you are doing a day trip to Kyoto. The area is not as busy as Namba or Tennoji which I like. Streets are wide and pavements are in good condition so no issues carrying your luggages. Also lots of konbini and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is quite new and will stay again next time I visit Osaka."

"Stayed at the shin osaka washington hotel during my kansai trip. As i was planning to travel out of osaka via shinkansen to other areas including hiroshima and kyoto, i decided to stay near the shinkansen station instead. The price was value for money and room was surprisingly spacious. Facilities are clean and i appreciated that it was a short walk to the station which is a transport hub also for subways to touristy areas & many food options available. There was also a lawson right below the hotel in the adjacent office building with tables and chairs to eat at. As the hotel is quite big, my room was on a high floor with great views of the city without having to pay a fee for an observatory!"

"Before booking, I compared countless hotels and read some mixed and negative reviews about the Royal, so I was honestly a bit hesitant. But after much thought, I realized that having three breakfasts included would be incredibly convenient, so I decided to give it a try. And the result? It truly exceeded my expectations! First off, the room was very clean, with none of the hygiene issues mentioned in some reviews. Plus, the room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was also excellent—Western style, with meat, vegetables, fruits, various fresh juices, and coffee ☕️, all readily available. We also made use of the self-service laundry 👚 every day, which was incredibly convenient and saved us a lot of hassle. As for transportation, it's closer to Yodoyabashi (than Honmachi), about a 5-minute walk, making it easy to get anywhere. All in all, it was a very, very, very satisfying travel experience ☺️"

"Such an amazing experience! My boyfriend and I loved everything about this hotel. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal with so many delicious choices. We were able to stay an extra two hours just to rest up, which made our day so much easier. They also stored our luggage after checkout. Super accommodating and friendly staff highly recommend"

"It's within walking distance from Shin-Osaka Station. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so you won't have any problems. The surrounding area is a bit of a bar district, but the hotel itself is quiet, so it's not a problem."

"Strategically located near Shin-Osaka Station, this hotel offers exceptional convenience, value for money, and easy access to local dining and transport hubs, making it an ideal choice even for last-minute travelers. Guests consistently praise the property for its immaculate cleanliness, well-maintained rooms, and highly professional, helpful staff. While the room sizes are noted to be on the smaller side—a common standard for the area—the overall high quality of service, daily housekeeping, and premium accessibility far outweigh this minor space constraint."

"1. **Location** This was my second visit to Osaka. Although it's part of the Umeda area, it's conveniently located midway between Namba and Umeda. It's situated between Nishi-Umeda Station and Higobashi Station on the Yotsubashi Line, and also close to Yodoyabashi Station on the Midosuji Line, making transportation very convenient. What's even more appealing is the Dojima underground shopping street right in front of the hotel, allowing direct underground access to Osaka Station, which was a huge plus for easy travel. 2. **Hotel Facilities** According to the Palace Hotel Group, which developed the hotel brand, the name 'Zentis' is a combination of words and a naming concept derived from: - **Zen (禅)**: The Eastern philosophical concept of 'Zen' representing peace of mind, emptiness, restrained aesthetics, and richness within restraint. - **Intuition / Insight**: A space that resonates with the senses and intuition of individual guests. - **Aesthetics**: A sophisticated design sense that is understated yet refined. Indeed, the interior design of Zentis Osaka was handled by world-renowned designer Tara Bernerd, famous for skillfully blending traditional Japanese 'Zen' aesthetics (Eastern emptiness and naturalism) with modern Western sensibilities. - **Use of Natural Materials**: Utilizes eco-friendly materials like wood, stone, and warm-toned fabrics. - **Clean Design**: Avoids excessive decoration, emphasizing spatial openness and flow. - **Peace of Mind**: Although located in the heart of the city (Osaka Dojima), the moment you step inside, it creates a serene atmosphere unique to 'Zen,' bringing a sense of calm and order. The rooms were also clean, and I particularly liked that they had hardwood floors instead of carpet. 3. **Staff Friendliness** I arrived early on the first day, intending to just drop off my luggage and go sightseeing, but they allowed an early check-in. All the staff were very kind and helpful, which I appreciated. 5. **Overall Conclusion** If I visit Osaka again, I would definitely want to stay here."
