"Easy check in by the helpful receptionist, Hazwan. The room was spacious, equipped with a TV, washing machine, two air conditioners, ironing board, kettle, fridge and toiletries. The housekeeper did a great job, he changed our bedsheets and quilt cover. South Tower consists of swimming pool, laundry services, gymnasium, library and free parking lots. The bonus point was this suite are surrounded by grocery stores, eateries (Al-Fariz Maju serving the best roti canai and teh tarik), banks, barbershops and garages. Opposite of the suite is Paradigm Mall, driving distance to SS2, One Utama and Sunway Pyramid. I strongly recommend this fantastic suite to all travellers in Petaling Jaya."
"Stay 3d 2n here. Very convenient for me ti go to ANGKASA. Juat take a grab ti & fro, with rates between rm5-9 only. A lot of food eateries ariubd the hotel. Prices are sooooo affordable. Mine was less than RM110 for 2 nights. You just check in thru the machine at the lobby (don’t worry, the hotel ataff will assist you)!
Parking as first come first serva basis. PLEASE MAKE AURE YOU PARK INSIDE THA ALL YELLOW LOT! Not the yellow red lot, as these are the reserved parking ONLY! You pay parking RM5 from 8am-6.30pm Monday-Friday only by using FlexiParking App.
That’s all I think. Have fun 🥳
Ohhhh BTW, Paradigm Mall is literally just the opposite side. But you have to cross the highway first 🫣😂 take a grab to go there!"

"Would appreciate if there is a washing machine, and hopefully there will be a bigger shower area for plus size people, otherwise i rate this 5 stars as my overall stay."
"I arrived at the hotel in the early hours and easily got the key from the security guard at the South Tower office. The next morning, when I was leaving at 7 AM, I found that the door couldn't be deadbolted. The customer service hadn't provided any instructions on how to lock the door. I called customer service, but no one answered. I then went downstairs to ask the security guards at both the North and South Towers, but no one was willing to help. After struggling for half an hour, I finally realized I needed to close the 'lock' indicator on the inside of the door, and then the door would lock from the outside. I felt that the service response time was not timely enough.
The room itself was well-equipped, with everything provided for cooking and laundry. For the price, it was decent. However, the mattress and pillows were very soft and offered no support, making it uncomfortable to lie down for extended periods.
There's a convenience store near the apartment, and a large shopping mall across the street, which was very handy for buying daily necessities."
"The room was sufficient, clean and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was served by a third party restaurant/cafe across the road. This cafe's service is extremely slow and poorly organized. They took nearly 30 minutes to cook their limited breakfast selection, and they actually served customers who came later, rather than the hotel guests. I don't recommend taking the breakfast option if possible. You are better off walking down the street to 7-11 to get some food."
"A warm welcoming from the receptionist, Ahmad. The parking lot was spacious and designated for each tenant. The room was clean, good aeration. It was equipped with couch, kettle, fridge, electronic stove, microwave, multichannel TV, iron, ironing board, hairdryer and toiletries. The technician was helpful to repair my door knob. The bonus point was walking distance to 3 Damansara which consists of NSK grocery, eateries, cafeterias, shops, tennis court and bar. Also accessible to SS2 food paradise. Highly recommended for travellers in PJ."

SShang_OngLocation is quite near to one utama shopping mall. Only 8-15minutes driving to 1U or Starling Mall. Check in and out is easy, instruction giving cleared. The entire House is clean and comfy. The house is facing to kampung area and mosque, so there will be a bit noisy. Other than that are all good. Definitely will book this house again if with family ,Tq host.
RRakha RoseI was quite disappointed with my stay at Concorde Shah Alam. It’s very different from Concorde Kuala Lumpur. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn’t seem to be well maintained.
The room wasn’t very clean, and you can really tell the hotel is quite old. A lot of the furniture was damaged, the bathroom wasn’t properly maintained, the tiles had visible stains, the toilet bowl was yellowish, and even the bathtub had rust marks. Overall, it felt more like staying in a motel than a hotel.
The lifts were also extremely slow and felt outdated. The pillows were another downside, they were very hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
Overall, my experience was disappointing. Compared to Concorde Kuala Lumpur, the difference is huge. This will probably be my first and last stay here.
TTracelllllllThis hotel offers incredible value for money! The room was spacious and comfortable, and I slept wonderfully. The location is super convenient, right across from a food street, so you'll have no problem finding places to eat and drink. Highly recommend! 5-star rating!
GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Malaysia.
The location is fantastic – right next to an MRT station, which made getting around the city super easy and convenient.
What really stood out for me was the amazing staff. I only brought a USB cable to charge my phone, and they kindly allowed me to charge it in the lobby. That kind of flexibility and friendliness is rare and much appreciated.
As a bonus, I also discovered that the TV in the room has a USB port, so I could charge my phone there as well – a smart and thoughtful touch.
Another great touch – there’s a filtered water pipe available, so you can easily get a cool, clean drink, which is especially refreshing in Malaysia’s hot weather.
Overall, great service, excellent location, and practical little details that made my stay stress-free. Will definitely stay here again.
GGuest UserHonestly, this is a great deal hotel near shopping mall and Kidzania Kuala Lumpur! The hotel was once upon a time a 5-star grand hotel. Unfortunately, time has gone by and it merely is a 3-star for my experience. We had a two bedroom suites, bathroom has gone through wear and tear, flooded scent in room, wood base board and crowning that are warping. Blackout curtains did not exist in one room and the other is somewhat tearing itself away.
Infinity pool, ice rink, small gym and great staff are the highlights.
YyqzaiThe hotel has a great vibe, and the lobby is beautiful and smells lovely. However, there's some noise in the room due to ongoing renovations, plus the neighbors were a bit loud. But I was so tired I still managed to sleep. Overall, the price is really good value for money. As for the location, it's a bit tricky to find; you really need to pay attention to the signs. You have to spot Empire City, then turn into Paxtonz. The underground parking is very affordable, only a maximum of RM6 per day.
TTrishthyn | ExplorerThe room is very and spacious. Have all the facilities like microwave and refrigerator. Best enough to unboxing my food at the hotel and heat it up. Only the floor when i go in a bit wet. I think they just clean it. Overall not bad for a very cheap price per night . This is outside my window view
GGuest UserI had a great stay at Mossaz Suite Kuala Lumpur. The suite was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with a nice city view that made the experience even better. The location is convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Overall, it’s a great place to stay and offers excellent value for money.
GGuest UserThe inside of the building is dark. The elevator works funny-buttons don't match the level, and taking you up and down for no reason. Route from parking to reception is quite confusing and the parking is more expensive than a decent hotel. Consider other options before you consider here because the reality is more shocking as compared to the nice photos of the room.
