"My first stay and will not be my last, for sure! Although the facade is not modern looking, the room I had was comfortable and spacious. Got water filter in the bathroom too. Front desk service was top notch, helpful and friendly. Easy access to MRT and shopping and F&B around The Curve vicinity. Grab is also convenient to places as I can sit and wait inside the hotel lobby."
"Overall, I had a good stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The only small issue was that the bottled water wasn’t refilled daily. Other than that, everything was fine."
"At first, I thought the location wasn't convenient. But in the end, it was actually pretty good – a new area, with a shopping mall nearby. It's about a 15-20 minute taxi ride to the city center via a toll road.
Having a gym was important to me, and the gym here is excellent, with a fantastic view.
There's also a pool.
The staff brought me a frying pan when I needed one and fulfilled all my requests 🙏🏽🤗.
Sometimes there was a long wait for the elevator, but we were on the 3rd floor, so we sometimes took the stairs).
There's a store and a cafe nearby."
"I was extremely disappointed with my stay. At first, I didn’t know that the bites were caused by insects. I simply thought I had been bitten by something and didn’t think much of it.
However, as the days went by, I started waking up with more and more bites. By the last morning, I woke up and found several new bites on my hands. This made me realize that I had most likely been getting bitten while sleeping in the room.
It was a very unpleasant and worrying experience. I expected the room to be clean and properly inspected, especially when it comes to possible insects or bed bugs. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and thoroughly checks the room to prevent other guests from experiencing the same problem.
Overall, I am very disappointed with this stay and would not recommend this room unless the issue is properly addressed."
"The hotel's proximity to a shopping mall and having a coin laundry was a lifesaver, as I could find everything I needed nearby. The room was clean, and while the hot water wasn't abundant, it was sufficient. I appreciated having plates and cups, but I couldn't find any spoons or forks; if those were provided, it would be perfect."
"The hotel has a good location and the facilities are generally nice, which makes it quite convenient for a business trip.
However, I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness during my stay. I found more than three cockroaches in the room, and the floor also felt noticeably sticky and unclean.
For a business traveller, having a clean and hygienic room is one of the most basic expectations. Unfortunately, seeing multiple cockroaches and experiencing an unclean floor significantly affected my overall stay.
I hope the hotel can improve its housekeeping standards, particularly with floor cleaning and pest control. The location and facilities are good, but the cleanliness definitely needs more attention."
"Complaint regarding poor stay experience on May 29th, 2026
Dear Hotel Management Team,
I am writing to bring to your attention some significant issues I encountered during my stay at your hotel on the night of May 29th, 2026, in Room 108
Firstly, I noticed that the bed sheets and duvet cover appeared to have not been changed prior to my arrival. Throughout the night, my skin – particularly on my legs – felt extremely itchy after coming into contact with the bedding, which caused considerable discomfort and disrupted my sleep.
In addition to this, there was excessive noise disturbance from the adjacent room during the late hours of the night. Loud shouting and commotion occurred unexpectedly, and despite the disturbance being severe enough to wake me and prevent me from returning to sleep, no hotel staff member appeared to be on duty to address or manage the situation. This suggests that there may be gaps in your overnight staffing arrangements, and that standard cleaning protocols for guest rooms may not be properly enforced.
I have always held your hotel in good regard, which is why I feel it is important to share this feedback with you. Such issues not only affect individual guests’ experience but also impact the reputation of your establishment. I hope you will conduct a thorough investigation into these matters, take appropriate action to rectify the problems, and ensure that proper procedures are in place to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.
I would appreciate a response regarding how you plan to address these concerns, and look forward to hearing from you soon.
Dylan"
"The hotel’s proximity to the highway makes it very noisy. The breakfast selection is basic, and the bathroom floor drain is clogged, causing water to pool on the floor. One of the reception staff members was also not friendly."
"The hotel has a great vibe, and the lobby is beautiful and smells lovely. However, there's some noise in the room due to ongoing renovations, plus the neighbors were a bit loud. But I was so tired I still managed to sleep. Overall, the price is really good value for money. As for the location, it's a bit tricky to find; you really need to pay attention to the signs. You have to spot Empire City, then turn into Paxtonz. The underground parking is very affordable, only a maximum of RM6 per day."

Great
CCharlene teeHas the best services received from greetings at the door entrance-to check-in. Thank you all for making my stay a memorable one.
Room wise- all is perfect. Just two points on (1) the wall socket for charging is lacking. My room is 1104. The wall socket next to bed, just lone, cant plug in the 3pin wall charger. The table area-just one too. It works but is just one as well. Provides the USB-A ports, however i am using with caution, only to plug in for earbuds charging. Would think is great to provide for more wall sockets. (2) shower heads, am using the detached type, the two angled provided are not ideal.
Amenities provided like disposable toothbrush, shower cap, bar soap,in room slippers, safe box, complimentary mini bar, 2 bottles of water. Live piano and singing performance is entertaining too. Less than 10mins walk away from 1 utama shopping centre, great for those who love to shop, dine. Would recommend to stay.
RRakha RoseI was quite disappointed with my stay at Concorde Shah Alam. It’s very different from Concorde Kuala Lumpur. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn’t seem to be well maintained.
The room wasn’t very clean, and you can really tell the hotel is quite old. A lot of the furniture was damaged, the bathroom wasn’t properly maintained, the tiles had visible stains, the toilet bowl was yellowish, and even the bathtub had rust marks. Overall, it felt more like staying in a motel than a hotel.
The lifts were also extremely slow and felt outdated. The pillows were another downside, they were very hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
Overall, my experience was disappointing. Compared to Concorde Kuala Lumpur, the difference is huge. This will probably be my first and last stay here.
AAnonymous UserThe cleanliness is actually not too bad. The host even send someone to clean up the place on the 2nd day. And also replenish laundry detergent.
There's room for improvement in terms of hygiene. There's sewer smell coming from kitchen sink, dripping bathroom sink, cockroaches running around, the kitchen filter is leaking.
The place wins in terms of location that's close to 1 Utama, M World Hotel, One World Hotel, etc.
TTracelllllllThis hotel offers incredible value for money! The room was spacious and comfortable, and I slept wonderfully. The location is super convenient, right across from a food street, so you'll have no problem finding places to eat and drink. Highly recommend! 5-star rating!
GGuest UserWith regards to the accommodation, it's great. Looked like I was in a showroom with all the facilities like a water dispenser, microwave, stove top and sink with all the washing equipment available. Towels were soft, not scratchy. There were blackout curtains which meant i slept super well. Shower gel smelled amazing. There was even a bathtub but i didn't use it. Can imagine it would be great for families with children. The bedroom was really spacious with space on the side of the bed so there will be allowance for a cot if needed.
This place is really new so there was a slight paint smell which will probably wear off in a few months.
My biggest gripe about this location is the check in and the location.
check-in: you would need to transfer 200RM to a bank account as part of a deposit that would be returned after the access key is returned. At a hotel, i would just swipe my bank card to pay for this. However, as it was remote, I couldn't do that. The bank transfer could only be done via Wise or Revolut which i didn't have.
As i'm not local, i didn't have a Malaysian bank account either.
Wise isn't an app that can be downloaded on the spot i learned. So i was stuck and frustrated, wanting to just cancel and rebook elsewhere. The administrative person on WhatsApp then relented and sent me the details for the check-in without the deposit. This was after an hour or trying to figure out how to make the payment.
Because there were no signs on doors i had to just observe and ask for help from residents in the building about how to get around/identify the mailbox.
I would totally want to return because this place is really outstanding in its liveability, but it would be great to improve this process for foreign travellers.
Location: the name was so close to Dorsett grand and it wasn't clear that one was a hotel and one was a service apartment. Please make it clear that this is so on the booking page. :) thank you.
GGuest UserI was on a business trip to visit a client, and the overall environment was quite good. The lobby was suitable for meetings. It was a good place to stay for catching a flight after 6:30 AM breakfast, as it's very close to Subang Airport.
AaDAa zAInWorth the price.
There’s no carpet, and the floor can feel quite cold. Indoor slippers are not provided, so if you don’t like walking directly on tiled floors, it’s best to bring your own slippers.
A nice place for a short vacation.
The building at the back looks a bit scary, but there’s actually nothing frightening about it.
There are pickleball and badminton courts downstairs.
Highly recommended.
Parking: Basement parking is available at RM6 per day (Touch 'n Go payment accepted). 😊
GGuest UserI had a great stay at Mossaz Suite Kuala Lumpur. The suite was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with a nice city view that made the experience even better. The location is convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Overall, it’s a great place to stay and offers excellent value for money.
GGuest UserThe inside of the building is dark. The elevator works funny-buttons don't match the level, and taking you up and down for no reason. Route from parking to reception is quite confusing and the parking is more expensive than a decent hotel. Consider other options before you consider here because the reality is more shocking as compared to the nice photos of the room.
