"My first stay and will not be my last, for sure! Although the facade is not modern looking, the room I had was comfortable and spacious. Got water filter in the bathroom too. Front desk service was top notch, helpful and friendly. Easy access to MRT and shopping and F&B around The Curve vicinity. Grab is also convenient to places as I can sit and wait inside the hotel lobby."

"At first, I thought the location wasn't convenient. But in the end, it was actually pretty good – a new area, with a shopping mall nearby. It's about a 15-20 minute taxi ride to the city center via a toll road. Having a gym was important to me, and the gym here is excellent, with a fantastic view. There's also a pool. The staff brought me a frying pan when I needed one and fulfilled all my requests 🙏🏽🤗. Sometimes there was a long wait for the elevator, but we were on the 3rd floor, so we sometimes took the stairs). There's a store and a cafe nearby."

"I was extremely disappointed with my stay. At first, I didn’t know that the bites were caused by insects. I simply thought I had been bitten by something and didn’t think much of it. However, as the days went by, I started waking up with more and more bites. By the last morning, I woke up and found several new bites on my hands. This made me realize that I had most likely been getting bitten while sleeping in the room. It was a very unpleasant and worrying experience. I expected the room to be clean and properly inspected, especially when it comes to possible insects or bed bugs. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and thoroughly checks the room to prevent other guests from experiencing the same problem. Overall, I am very disappointed with this stay and would not recommend this room unless the issue is properly addressed."

"The hotel's proximity to a shopping mall and having a coin laundry was a lifesaver, as I could find everything I needed nearby. The room was clean, and while the hot water wasn't abundant, it was sufficient. I appreciated having plates and cups, but I couldn't find any spoons or forks; if those were provided, it would be perfect."

I found more than three cockroaches in the room, and the floor also felt noticeably sticky and unclean. For a business traveller, having a clean and hygienic room is one of the most basic expectations. Unfortunately, seeing multiple cockroaches and experiencing an unclean floor significantly affected my overall stay. I hope the hotel can improve its housekeeping standards, particularly with floor cleaning and pest control. "Complaint regarding poor stay experience on May 29th, 2026 Dear Hotel Management Team, I am writing to bring to your attention some significant issues I encountered during my stay at your hotel on the night of May 29th, 2026, in Room 108 Firstly, I noticed that the bed sheets and duvet cover appeared to have not been changed prior to my arrival. Throughout the night, my skin – particularly on my legs – felt extremely itchy after coming into contact with the bedding, which caused considerable discomfort and disrupted my sleep. In addition to this, there was excessive noise disturbance from the adjacent room during the late hours of the night. Loud shouting and commotion occurred unexpectedly, and despite the disturbance being severe enough to wake me and prevent me from returning to sleep, no hotel staff member appeared to be on duty to address or manage the situation. This suggests that there may be gaps in your overnight staffing arrangements, and that standard cleaning protocols for guest rooms may not be properly enforced. I have always held your hotel in good regard, which is why I feel it is important to share this feedback with you. Such issues not only affect individual guests’ experience but also impact the reputation of your establishment. I hope you will conduct a thorough investigation into these matters, take appropriate action to rectify the problems, and ensure that proper procedures are in place to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future. "The hotel’s proximity to the highway makes it very noisy. The breakfast selection is basic, and the bathroom floor drain is clogged, causing water to pool on the floor. One of the reception staff members was also not friendly."

"The hotel has a great vibe, and the lobby is beautiful and smells lovely. However, there's some noise in the room due to ongoing renovations, plus the neighbors were a bit loud. But I was so tired I still managed to sleep. Overall, the price is really good value for money. As for the location, it's a bit tricky to find; you really need to pay attention to the signs. You have to spot Empire City, then turn into Paxtonz. The underground parking is very affordable, only a maximum of RM6 per day."
