I had a very pleasant stay at Baba House Melaka and was genuinely impressed by the overall experience. I stayed on the ground floor and was pleasantly surprised that there was very little noise disturbance throughout my stay. The air-conditioning was excellent, which was especially appreciated in the hot weather, and the shower experience was fantastic — strong water pressure and very comfortable. The breakfast selection was enjoyable, and the location made it very convenient to call a Grab whenever needed. There were only two minor issues during my stay. I noticed a small area in the corner of the room that appeared to have some leftover sauce residue, possibly from a previous guest, and the bathroom sink drainage was slightly clogged. However, these were relatively minor compared to the overall positive experience. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, and I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Melaka. Thank you to the team for the hospitality!

Every corner of the hotel is filled with art and warmth, making you feel incredibly welcome. It was truly a perfect stay.

Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and extremely convenient. A pharmacy, 7-Eleven, bank, and many restaurants are all within walking distance. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and the town center is only about 3–5 km away, making it easy to get around. The staff were also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a great place to stay for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, host very friendly, and the facilities were excellent and well-equipped. It is a perfect place for families, with everything needed for both adults and children. The hotel was clean and neat in its layout. The room size is of good size, too. This is a old hotel and its facilities were a little rundown. For examples: 1. Windows could not be closed tightly due to missing handles. 2. Windows were not properly sealed. A lot of noise intrusions coming from the traffic below and the coolung towers opposite my room. 3. Wash basin was spoilt, the drain plug could not be unplugged to allow proper drainage. 4. Toilet seat cover needed a change for sure. 5. Room did not provide slippers. Otherwise, the toilet is clean and useable. Toiletries were provided as well. Overall, we are still happy with the night's stay and the breakfast that came with the stay. Also, free parking for our cars. Thank you.

Lovely place that maintained its charm. Can work on room maintenance, shower head and water pressure. Otherwise very satisfied with the room. Love Estadia Deluxe Suite more than Estadia Family Suite bcos of the living room area, a lot more usable space. Impressed with the seriousness they have to feedback - one evening, we shared that one of the life button did not work, that lift was closed for maintenance the very next morning. We look forward to the hotel maintaining the facilities and room conditions to better serve guests in comfort!

The Apple Premier Suites Melaka – Review Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The unit was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it a good choice for families or longer stays. Having a washing machine and electric cooker was definitely a plus. Do note that there is a mandatory RM150 refundable deposit during check-in. The only downside was that one of the units had an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet, which could probably be due to the drainage system. Other than that, everything else was fine. Overall, it’s a good apartment-style accommodation with convenient facilities and good value for money.

Overall, the experience was acceptable the ocation was convenient about a 10-15 minute ride to the city centre, which made getting around quite easy. However, there were several issues during our stay Cleanliness: We noticed some smallinsects on the floor. While it didn't significantly affect aur stay, it would be better if the rooms could be more thoroughly checked and cleaned. Customer Service: All communication had to be done online through WhatsApp, as there was no face-to-face front desk service. This was quite unconventional and sometimes made things less convenient when we needed assistance urgently. Room Equipment: One of the air conditioners in our room kept switching on and off by itself and wasn't functioning properly. Even more concerning, the hairdryer had a short circuit, produced a burning smell, and even sparked flames. This was a frightening experience, and although it was eventually replaced, waiting a full day for such a serious issue was very disappointing.

Both check-in and check-out are completely contactless. However, if you arrive without phone service, that's a problem, as all instructions only arrive once you're already there. The room was stuffy, the AC wasn't working, and the towels and blankets were worn out. The light in the bathroom kept flickering.
