The room was very clean. It had a luxurious feel, and when we checked in, we were offered a tropical drink. There are casinos and a shopping mall nearby, so I think you'll have a comfortable stay.

The sea view room offers an incredible view – open the window and you're greeted by a stunning blue ocean and sky! The hotel staff are really thoughtful, and there are plenty of facilities for families. The hot spring pool is perfect for relaxing. The nearby hiking trails are absolutely beautiful, and enjoying a seafood feast on the terrace for dinner made for a perfect vacation! I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

Check-in was smooth and pleasant. We were offered a complimentary upgrade to a seaview room and the view from the room was amazing. The bed was also very comfortable. We were also served welcome fruit just after we finished lunch in our room. What a pleasant surprise and a lovely touch! The breakfast spread was huge and the food was delicious. The gym was super spacious and well-equipped, with a dedicated studio space and a strength-training area. The seaview from the gym was a huge plus as well. The location of the hotel was superb. There is a mall directly connected to the hotel, while SM Seaside is only 1.2 km away. When we were at the TOPS Lookout, we could even spot the hotel from afar! It was also a short drive to the pier. My only complaint was that the cleanliness could be improved. There was some dirt on the bedsheet, although nothing major. When I tried to use the bathtub, the water came out looking yellowish, which was a little concerning. The breakfast area could also get quite crowded during peak hours and we waited about 15 minutes to be seated.

I would like to raise a concern regarding our stay on May 15. On the morning of May 15, we woke up to find that the floor was extremely wet, and we also noticed that a large area of the ceiling was wet, which strongly suggests there may have been a water leak. This situation was very concerning and made us feel uncomfortable during our stay. In addition, the air conditioning unit in our room was very noisy, which seriously disturbed our sleep. Our friend staying in another room experienced the same issue with the air-conditioning noise as well. We will be staying at your hotel again tomorrow, and we are worried that the same problems may happen again. Could you please arrange for your staff to inspect these issues as soon as possible and ensure that our room for the next stay will be in good condition, with no leakage and a quiet air-conditioning unit? The quarantine experience was so-so. The environment was decent, but cleanliness was just okay. There were no slippers provided, so I had to bring my own. The breakfast was delicious! Having a mall directly across the street was very convenient. I would stay here again.

had a pleasant stay! managed to get our room early with no added charges & loved that the lifts always came fast~ airconditioning in the room also worked well. location was great! only 10 mins stroll to the massive Ayala Center Mall which has so many things & always took less than 1 min to secure a Grab from the hotel to get around Cebu City the staff also always helped us get the door & our luggages, thank you Mandarin Plaza!

The Hotel and staff did really well during the Sinulog festival! They organised workshop and provided gifts and souvenirs. It is also very close to one of the main festival areas. The only disappointment was the kaldereta we ordered from the kitchen which was ridiculously small amount (1 piece of meat). However there are many restaurants nearby. Hairdryer needs extra payment of 100 peso per night.

I had a wonderful stay at Radisson Blu. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable environment throughout my visit.
