This was by far the most satisfying hotel stay I've ever had. Firstly, the price was incredibly reasonable, yet the services available even before check-in were extensive, making my arrival comfortable from the very first moment. I also used the bar and had afternoon tea; both the atmosphere and service were wonderful, allowing for a truly luxurious experience. The room was spotless, and the facilities and comfort were impeccable. The direct connection to a shopping complex made shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Furthermore, with a casino on-site, there's plenty to enjoy without even leaving the hotel. From service and location to facilities and value for money, everything was outstanding. Without a doubt, this was the best hotel I've ever stayed at. I definitely want to come back again.

We loved the convenient location, especially being so close to the airport. The customer service was excellent—everyone was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant staff were especially kind and attentive. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to our friends and family.

I would like to raise a concern regarding our stay on May 15. On the morning of May 15, we woke up to find that the floor was extremely wet, and we also noticed that a large area of the ceiling was wet, which strongly suggests there may have been a water leak. This situation was very concerning and made us feel uncomfortable during our stay. In addition, the air conditioning unit in our room was very noisy, which seriously disturbed our sleep. Our friend staying in another room experienced the same issue with the air-conditioning noise as well. We will be staying at your hotel again tomorrow, and we are worried that the same problems may happen again. Could you please arrange for your staff to inspect these issues as soon as possible and ensure that our room for the next stay will be in good condition, with no leakage and a quiet air-conditioning unit? Well, I’d go with my honest review here. First of all… I did not expect my room to be this wide and spacious… it’s amazing. Their consistency in cleanliness is impressive as always, as a person who already stayed here in Mandarin for a couple of times (this is my first time travelling solo). Their breakfast never fails, all hits and no misses. The receptionists, housekeepers, security anf staffs are very kind. The hotel is also across from Ayala Center, which is an easy access for shopping and recreation. So far, 10/10. I would love to stay here again when I come back to Cebu. Shoutout kay Kuya Guard who became my friend, we’ll see each other soon. 😌🤝

This was my 3rd stay at this hotel, and I came back mainly for the rooftop bar and the good breakfast. It’s also a nice place if you simply want to relax and spend time indoors. The café on the 3rd floor has a cozy atmosphere, making it a nice spot to unwind with a coffee or get some work done. I’ll definitely be back again.

The Hotel and staff did really well during the Sinulog festival! They organised workshop and provided gifts and souvenirs. It is also very close to one of the main festival areas. The only disappointment was the kaldereta we ordered from the kitchen which was ridiculously small amount (1 piece of meat). However there are many restaurants nearby. Hairdryer needs extra payment of 100 peso per night.

Overall good experience with Tsai. It's located in the city center near the Cebu IT Park. You can just ride a jeep going to Ayala Terminal where you can ride the bus going to Tops and it's also accessible to malls and restaurants. Our room also has a balcony which is super nice

We stayed mainly for the sky attraction. Based on past reviews, I was worried about issues like no hot water, but the shower worked fine and the room exceeded my expectations for the price. I would definitely like to stay again :)

Our stay in Richmond Plaza Hotel was excellent, i just want to suggest that we wish they would have hair blower, Kettle inside the room thats all. the staff are nice alsooooo kudos!
