Simple, functional, with everything you need. Ample parking space. Free parking. Penny is 1 min drive away. DIY Laundry 6 mins drive. Receptionist is efficient. Check in and out is a breeze. Love this fuss free Apartment Hotel. If you are an introvert that enjoy Airbnb and drive, this is wonderful for you. I prefer privacy, chose not to have room service and make my own bed. There is a kitchen with everything you need. Full size fridge with freezer to store ice cream. Only ONE night, there was an event downstairs and felt the power of sound waves, literally. Problem solved with ear plugs. We both slept like babies.

Súper hubicacion , cerca a casco antiguo , pero en una calle muy tranquila . Ofrece parking gratis . Muy bonita la decoración del hotel , todas las instalaciones están muy bien mantenidas, sencillo pero con suficiente detalles , para satisfacer las necesidades básicas de los huéspedes. El desayuno no hay tantas cosas , pero tiene suficiente variedad y de buena calidad . Tiene un jardín pequeña agradable . Recomienda para alojarse , el anfitrión es muy amable y comunicador. The hotel is very modern and new. Although it is not placed in the old town, but it's only walk about 8mins to the bridge of lies. And walk about 15mins from the train station. The staff is helpful and will answer all questions

The room is very clean and large. There is also Lipton tea and coffee in the kitchen for free. This price can be said to be excellent value for money. You can also see the snowy mountains in the distance from the balcony.

Stayed for 2 nights in mid September 2025 in the deluxe double room. The hotel is located near the old town of Sibiu. It is within walking distance to the big and small square. Room was of a good size with a large bathtub and large shower room with toilet. Not suitable though for friends if you plan to use the bathtub, as it is not enclosed. Room has basic amenities, good wifi but no USB charging points. The shower area in the room that I stayed has slanting roof, so not good for tall person to use. No rain shower. Breakfast has much variety and was delicious. The staff were friendly especially the lady who attended to me at the reception. She was all smiles and never fail to greet and have small chats with the guests. I was also able to deposit my luggage after I checked out and returned quite late in the night to take back my luggage, as I had a night train.

In fact, this is an exquisite, similar to Airbnb's holiday house. There are not many rooms. After the key and password are obtained, everything is in and out independently and unrestrained. The room is very spacious, clean and bright, and there is also a simple small cabinet, which makes living and eating very comfortable. The location is particularly good, just by the well-known Lie Bridge, after the Lie Bridge, you will enter the essence of the cultural and historical city, dining attractions, and church square. Very recommended accommodation choice.

There were bed bugs on my bed and pillows! It is not acceptable. The staffs are nice to help me change the room. But such thing should not happen at the first place. The location and amenities are good. The breakfast is also ok.

Great, good, sized room with a good hot shower, and the balcony was useful. Itnis well located..not in old town but withing walking distance. But location is near main road and train line. Staff was helpful and friendly

Mercure Sibiu Airport looks like a well-functioning airport hotel that makes its thing solid, but does not entirely meet the standard of a quite comfortable 4-Sterne-Unterkunft – rather in the area of a slightly raised 3-Sterne-Gef chair. The location right at the airport is really practical, just when you arrive late or go early, and despite the proximity it is pleasantly quiet in the quiet rooms. The rooms were clean and quiet with me, without any big disturbances, so exactly what you need when it's primarily about sleep and order. The sports area (school) I liked – it is functional and invites to a short workout, even if it is not very large or luxurious. Overall, the hotel does not feel as high as the “4-Sterne” categorisation promises: some areas are a little older and less maintained, and the impression is rather pragmatic than stylish. But for a short, practical stay at the airport it is absolutely OK, especially when a clean, quiet room and a good sports area are important.
