GGuest UserThe hotel is ideally situated near the airport, so very convenient for those who have a short stay in Bankok. They also have an hourly pick-up and drop off service at the airport. Nice variety of food offered at the restaurants. All the staff members were very helpful, friendly and polite. I enjoyed my short stay at the hotel and would recommend it to others.

What it offers is something arguably more valuable, a clean, comfortable, and straightforward stay that ticks every box a travelling family requires, without any unnecessary fuss.
Let's be upfront about the location. Bangna is not central Bangkok, and if you are hoping to step outside and find yourself immersed in the buzz of the city, you may need to adjust your expectations. Getting into the heart of Bangkok requires a little planning and some travel time. That said, for families who are happy to use the hotel as a relaxed base and venture out on their own terms, it really isn't a problem.
The rooms are simple and no-frills, but they are well kept and perfectly comfortable for a family. Everything you need is there, and that is genuinely the best way to describe this hotel. It doesn't over-promise, and it delivers on what matters. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, which always goes a long way.
For families travelling on a sensible budget who want reliability over luxury, the Journey Hotel Bangna is a solid and honest choice. We left feeling content, rested, and well looked after. Sometimes that is all you need from a hotel, and the Journey delivers it with ease.

GGuest UserBudget Hotel price including free breakfast buffet and free shuttle to Suvarnabhumi Airport. Moderate food variety for breakfast buffet and the food is delicious. Location is close to Suvarnabhumi Airport to which only 15 minutes shuttle ride. Place is exceptional clean and tidy. Fast Check-in and check-out. Nowhere else to go around the hotel area but it’s ok for me only one night stay for next day flight.

IIntiieI absolutely loved everything about it! The location is incredibly convenient, just a short distance from the airport, which was perfect for our early flight. Plus, the shuttle service runs every 10 minutes, making our commute effortless.

Upon arrival, the front desk staff were warm and friendly, and check-in was quick and efficient, with no long waits. They proactively informed us about breakfast times, hotel facilities, and local sightseeing tips. The service was thoughtful and attentive.

GGuest UserThis hotel is conveniently located just 10 mins away from the airport. The room was basic with nothing fancy, but simple improvements would have a great impact. For example, providing some hand soap for the rooms would be so easy. The hotel has a pool but I didn’t get to use it since it only opens at 10 AM. There is a pool and foosball table in the breakfast room for some entertainment. If you need a simple room for one night before or after a flight, this’ll work.

GGuest UserStayed here for one night because it’s very close to the airport — and for that purpose it works perfectly. Check-in was easy and convenient after a late arrival.
However, it’s quite loud. You can clearly hear planes and general outside noise, so it’s not somewhere I’d choose for a longer or relaxing stay.
Overall: good for a quick overnight stop before/after a flight, but not ideal if you want proper rest or comfort for multiple nights.

GGuest UserThe room was very dirty. The sheets were stained and had clearly not been changed since the previous guest. I found a dead bedbug on the mattress. The nighttime front desk staff was very rude.
The only nice thing about this place is the location, as it’s very close to the airport. However, it is also directly beside a highway and is very noisy at night. Don’t stay if you’re a light sleeper or bring earplugs.

SShengshihaitanghuaThis hostel is really great! It's right next to the airport and very clean. The rooms have their own bathrooms, wardrobes, and desks. Best of all, breakfast is included! They offer soup, rice, fried rice, other dishes, and drinks. The breakfast was delicious, I forgot to take pictures. There are also restaurants and a 7-Eleven nearby, which is very convenient for shopping.
