"Stayed at Kundala Beach Hotel Hua Hin and had a really great experience. The hotel has a beautiful beachfront vibe, very peaceful and private. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast was good and the atmosphere near the beach was amazing, especially if you just want to relax and enjoy the sea view. Overall, a very cozy and aesthetic hotel in Hua Hin. Would definitely come back again!"

"We booked a beachfront room for our wedding anniversary. The hotel gave us a room on the 3rd floor with a great view. They even arranged towels into animal shapes on the bed and left a congratulatory card, which was a nice touch. However, there was no cake or sweets. They provided a complimentary first bucket of ice, and it seemed like they initially gave 4 bottles of water, but they happily provided more upon request without charge."

"The hotel's pool area is really nice, and the food prices are affordable. A couple of rooms had a slight odor from the drains. There's a shuttle service to two large malls, but the wait times between pickups and drop-offs are a bit long. The staff were all very friendly and helpful."

"Nice hotel. Staff are very friendly. It’s clean , it’s in a quiet area a little down the road from the markets and busier area- that’s not a bad thing. Theres a shuttle bus that takes you up to that area for around 30 baht. (2 people) The wifi is good when it connects but we had a lot of trouble with it disconnecting often, particularly on phones. In the room we only got 3G , so this was a bit annoying. Not the end of the world. We filtered the rooms by pet friendly and about 4 options showed, we booked the room closest to the main pool right on the beach. When we arrived we were told this room isn’t pet friendly. So we had to cancel that room and rebook another. The staff were nice about it but it was annoying. They refunded immediately. I dare say this is a Trip issue rather than the hotel. Overall good hotel and great for beachfront proximity."

"Our stay at Yana Villas was thoroughly enjoyable. The resort has a calm and serene vibe, which made it easy to unwind. Although it's not as big or flashy as other big name chains, it never felt crowded, and that was something I really appreciated. The service was excellent throughout our stay. The private plunge pool was a great bonus, and the breakfast was good too. Would definitely stay here again if I visit Hua Hin!"

"I was unimpressed from check-in. There were two front desk staff members, both busy with other guests, so we had to wait in the seating area. One of the staff members finished with their customer but didn't even glance our way. They just walked back and forth at the desk, glued to their computer screen. Out of courtesy, seeing they were busy, we waited for them to call us. But they never did; their eyes remained fixed on the computer until another guest walked in and was immediately checked in. Then three or four more guests came after that, and I couldn't take it anymore. In the end, I had to stand in line, and by the time I finally checked in, probably three or four other rooms had already been processed. The front desk had zero eye contact and no greeting whatsoever. This is truly unacceptable. Regarding the room, it was very spacious, but there were ants, as shown in the attached video. As for the towels in the bathroom, their condition was as shown in the pictures. Honestly, if I had towels like that at home, I would throw them away. In the morning, I couldn't find the hairdryer plug anywhere in the bathroom. It wasn't until the evening that I discovered it was inside the same drawer as the hairdryer. You had to pull the drawer out completely to see the plug. I don't understand their organization at all; how many people would pull the drawer out that far? The only plug that was prominently visible was the shaver socket. On the first night, I didn't finish all the complimentary water, leaving one bottle. When I returned, instead of having three bottles (the original two plus one for the one I drank), they only added one bottle, replacing the one I consumed. The benefit we should receive is two bottles of water per day. Some might call me stingy, but I just see it as unfair. In summary, my impression of this place is a 2 out of 10."

"An unexpected gem, this resort is perfect for a relaxing getaway! The gardens are expansive and the buildings are well-maintained, making it ideal for anyone looking to experience unique Thai architecture. Every staff member was incredibly friendly. Each afternoon, they even delivered complimentary snacks to our room. The breakfast offers Western, Thai, and a few Chinese options. The bread was delicious, and the jams were homemade – you can even pre-order and buy them if you like. There's currently some renovation work happening, but it didn't bother us during our stay unless we walked near the construction zone. As expected with so much greenery, there were some mosquitoes. Do note that a deposit is required upon check-in."

"Pretty good overall. The bathroom was a bit small, but other than that, there's nothing to complain about. The kids absolutely loved the bunk beds, climbing up and down. The room was clean, the environment was nice, and the location was excellent. It's about a five-minute walk to the beach, and there's a 7-Eleven and restaurants nearby. The staff were all very friendly, and breakfast was good too."

"A very, very excellent, cost-effective resort. During the Spring Festival, if you book a double-bed room in November in advance without breakfast, it will cost you just over 500 yuan (breakfast is semi-buffet, bread and fruit can be refilled, and the main meal is three kinds of fried eggs and bacon, 300 baht per person). The check-in experience was very good. Finally, we temporarily added another day, including breakfast for two people for ¥660 during the Spring Festival. The location is also very easy to find. Just take the green long bus from the shopping mall in Hua Hin to the terminal for 15 baht. There are two scenic spots nearby. One is Monkey Mountain where you can watch the sunset. The sunrise view is quite good. The other one was looking at a map on the way to Monkey Mountain, and there was a sunset at the beach harbor lighthouse. Walk to Xia Chan Night Market, it takes about half an hour to stroll around and have a meal. All in all, a five-star recommendation!"
