SeanxzqThe hotel was clean and comfortable, and the bed was soft and great for sleeping. The staff were all very friendly. Even though there's no elevator, they helped carry our luggage up to the room. The only downside was too many mosquitoes. I hope they can improve their mosquito control for next time.

CharlxsThe hotel is clean but location wise not very strategic as it located quite far from the city & attractions, at least 15 mins car ride, only 1 small 7-11 nearby. Also, during our check out, the receptionist said they couldn’t find one of the face towel and insisted us to pay, in fact we did not even use any of their towel and we suspect that maybe the housekeeper took away on the first day of house keeping, however we r in a rush so we just pay for it at the end.

Damon TeowWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any requests. The overall facilities were excellent. We truly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Hatyai. Look forward to visiting again in the future.

vongcatcatThe hotel's most impressive features are the beautiful lobby, automated toilets, and bathroom decor. However, the in-room toilets are not automated, and the bathroom tiles are different. The shower gel smells lovely, but the shampoo leaves hair dry, and there's no conditioner. The water pressure is poor, and the hot water is unstable. There are no slippers and no doorbell. The internet disconnects during the day and can't be reconnected. Soundproofing is bad, but the bedding is comfortable, and the pillows are just right – neither too soft nor too firm. The hotel's ground floor offers complimentary coffee and snacks, but the drinks are unpleasant; many people just pour coffee and leave it untouched. There's no air conditioning indoors. The location is very convenient, with excellent connectivity. It's a 3-minute walk to Peter's Panang Nian Gao, an 8-minute walk to Hood Coffee (highly recommend the 'dirty' coffee – it's not too sweet or greasy), and a 10-minute walk to Kim Yong Market and Lee Garden Plaza, where you can find anything you want to eat. If it rains, you can borrow an umbrella from the hotel. The staff are nice, and the hotel can arrange car transfers for guests to and from Penang, the Malaysia border customs, and tours in Songkhla city, costing around 2,000-3,000 Thai Baht. In-room massage services can also be booked.

This hotel in Hat Yai, Thailand, boasts an excellent location, just an 18-minute drive from the airport, with a peaceful and quiet surrounding environment. My stay was comfortable; the room was clean and the service attentive. The only minor inconvenience was a brief 15-minute power outage that night. Overall, it offers great value for money and I'd recommend it to travelers seeking convenience and a pleasant environment. It would be perfect if the electricity stability could be improved.

Anonymous UserMalaysian to visits Hatyai, I'm suggesting you to stay here. The hotel is located at calm area (besides, there is Bangkok hospital nearby, but the ambulance siren is rarely hear). The room is biggest with balcony, fridge, wardrobe, tv, table, mirror and etc. Comfort bed, freezing aircooler. The staffs are friendly. Walking distance to nomjeen na Halal restaurant, amazon cafe, the biggest 7e in hatyai also big C extra supermarket. I really2 satisfied with this hotel staycation. Do book here.

Guest UserThe hotel hygiene is well maintained. We love the ambience. If you need to shop, there’s a mini Big C store right infront of the hotel. Entrance for hotel is behind Big C.
There’s no lift, so the staff helped us to carry our luggage. We checked in late around 9pm and the staff on the duty at the receptionist that night wasn’t so friendly. Had the difficulty to communicate and gave us look when she was frustrated. The staff we meet earlier in the morning and during the checkout were nice and warm.
The TV was not a smart tv, so there’s only 3 news channel available. Tv remote control not functioning. The blind/curtain is see through.

icyduckling25Aloha Hotel is in a great location, right in the middle of everything. It's just a short walk to Lee Garden Night Market and Kim Yong Market, and the largest 7-Eleven is conveniently located right next to the hotel. Getting a Grab is also very easy.
The only downside is that there are stairs leading to the hotel entrance, so it may not be very elderly-friendly or suitable for guests with heavy luggage. Other than that, it offers great value for the price paid.
