"The hotel is only 10 to 15 mins drive to any area. A very good location. Includes breakfast and have snack stand provides pop corn, drinks, waffles and sweets. Stuffs are friendly. Hotel is so clean and have a laundry service. Parking space and have oshabu shop next door."

"Environment: For a first-time stay, the check-in service was just okay. It took me about 5 minutes to find the front desk, only to realize it was in the back. Since I arrived at night, there was some kind of concert or singing nearby at first, and the soundproofing wasn't great. In the lobby where I checked in, there was no one to help with luggage; everyone had to carry their own or ask the front desk to come down and help. Service: The front desk service was also just okay. However, they do offer a free shuttle service to Nimman Road and the surrounding area. Although you can call a ride-hailing service here, it can sometimes be hard to get one. I'm not sure if it's a software issue or a problem with the location making it difficult to get a ride. Facilities: When I got to my room and opened it, there was a stuffy smell. I think they could improve the room's scent, and it would be better to put an air freshener in the bathroom as well. The bed was decent, but it's better to open the window in the morning. The strip light under the TV was quite glaring; these are all minor details. If you don't mind these things, it's fine to stay; it's not terrible. It's perfectly fine for a stay of a few days. Hygiene: The cleaning staff cleaned daily, which was acceptable. Overall, it's not bad, and you can stay here. Just remember to bring your own disposable items. Also, the room doesn't come with slippers or toothbrushes; you need to ask the front desk for them to bring back to your room."

"Very cool place to stay in Chiang Mai. It’s located near the amazing Art Village, which is filled with many handmade stores, souvenirs, and local businesses, as well as charming tea and coffee shops and restaurants. The lobby staff is always smiling, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The place is very clean, with good housekeeping keeping the building spotless. Internet is provided by the hotel via daily cards. While the data speed could be better, we didn’t face any issues since we always use our travel eSIMs. As developers working on our metaverse project, we require a perfect internet connection, so having travel eSIMs is essential for us. This is a nice place to stay, whether short or long term. The building is secure and closed at night for safety. Thank you, and best of luck to the owners with their business!"

"Room: Spacious and fully equipped with amenities. Upon entering, there was a slightly damp smell, and the air conditioning was quite loud. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, and the coffee wasn't good. Service: The front desk check-in process was a bit slow, but the housekeeping staff cleaned the room very thoroughly during our stay. A huge shout-out and praise for a young staff member at the T2 entrance on the morning of October 5th, who greeted every guest with genuine enthusiasm. That afternoon, a sudden heavy rainstorm hit, and the same staff member at the T2 entrance was dedicated and responsible, helping guests with umbrellas and luggage. His service was exceptional, and we are extremely grateful to him. Environment: Nice landscaping and a great atmosphere."

"The front desk staff were incredibly polite, truly commendable! The room was spacious with a refrigerator, and the bathroom was also large. The bed was soft and comfortable. Although the hotel seems a bit older, it's very clean. However, there was no hairdryer provided. I booked a mountain view room but received one without it, which was a little disappointing. Also, the water glasses in the dining area looked a bit unhygienic and should be replaced. I'm deducting one star for these points, hoping for improvement. Otherwise, everything else was excellent."

"The location is very peaceful. The hotel has a super large, very natural-looking pool. However, it's a bit far from the main city center, but you can take a motorbike to get around. The outside of the hotel is beautiful and great for photos. Recommended!"
