Additionally, I believe the front-line staff should improve their English skills, as clear communication is essential in a 5-star establishment catering to international guests. While the overall service was good, the hotel’s location is quite far from most attractions (except for the nearby outlets). This means you’ll need to rely on taxis frequently, which can add up in cost and time. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to visit the spa, but based on the rest of the hotel’s standards, I imagine it would have been a great experience. Overall, while there were a few minor issues, I still had a pleasant stay. With some improvements in breakfast, front desk service consistency, and language skills, this hotel could be truly exceptional. Would I stay again? A simple pre-check process could prevent such inconvenience. There were also no facial tissues provided in either the room or bathroom. This is a very basic amenity that most travelers expect, particularly at this price level. In addition, the hotel does not offer a coin laundry facility. For an airport hotel that likely serves transit guests, this would be a highly practical addition. The staff were responsive when contacted, and I appreciated the availability of slippers in the room. However, improving basic quality control and ensuring essential amenities are consistently provided would significantly enhance the guest experience. This spot was perfect for quickly getting to and from SAW. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Might have just been the location of the room, but the internet was a bit spotty and unreliable. Check in and check out were smooth, but I can’t say the staff were particularly welcoming or friendly. If all you are looking for is a comfortable place to sleep the night before a flight, this is the exact right option.

Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Good amenities. If you need to fly into/from Sabiha Airport, this is a good place to stay. Super easy to walk from the hotel to the bus stop, and catch the bus directly to the airport terminal. Staff very helpful and friendly.

We stayed at Hampton by Hilton Istanbul for one quick night before our flight from Sabiha Gökçen Airport, and it was a comfortable and convenient choice. The hotel is about a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport, and the location is quite central with many nearby restaurant options, making it easy to find food without any hassle. The room was clean and comfortable, ideal for a short overnight stay. They do not offer an airport shuttle service, which is worth noting. Breakfast was minimal but acceptable for a quick start before traveling. Overall, a good and reliable option for a short stay close to the airport.

Excellent hotel. Clean and friendly. Would be nice to have an airport shuttle. The water was not as hot as I like, but it was warm. And the pillows are too soft, but everything was lovely. I would recommend it. Well put together ibis

The room had a slight odor, but it was nice to be close to the airport. The staff also helped arrange a taxi. It's about a 10-minute taxi ride to the airport, costing around 200 Lira on the meter. It was a good stay. I booked somewhat last minute, so it was a bit expensive, but everything else was fine.
