However, there was a small incident: a bellhop mistakenly delivered someone else's luggage to my room while I was out. When I returned and saw the package on the floor, I felt quite uneasy. I called hotel staff to handle it, and they sincerely apologized. They immediately moved me to a different room and offered complimentary afternoon tea, which was a nice gesture. Later, when I was trying to book a rental car online, a hotel employee named Kerem was incredibly helpful. I'm very grateful for his patience and assistance."

And once, we spotted a cockroach 😬 Since this was towards the end of our stay, we didn't want to ruin our vacation. If it weren't for these couple of minor issues, everything else was good."
