"Really liked this hotel's vibe. Really chill, nice staff, modern facilities, extremely clean and with a decent location. Perfect option to who is arriving from the airport (you can come directly via metro, without even changing lines)."
"A perfect choice for an overnight layover! A high-quality hotel with an unbeatable location and attentive service.
I chose this hotel for an early flight the next morning, and the experience far exceeded my expectations!
Perfect location, a great choice for layovers:
The hotel's greatest strength is its incredibly prime location! Located right off Istanbul's M11 airport link, the airport is only a 10-minute drive away. For travelers like me with an early flight, it's the perfect choice, eliminating the worry of missing my flight or dealing with transportation.
Attentive and warm service:
The hotel staff's service is truly commendable! From the moment I checked in, I felt their warmth, courtesy, and hospitality. They even took the initiative to help me bring my luggage to my room, a truly thoughtful gesture for travelers after a long journey.
Detailed and detailed explanation of amenities:
What surprised me most was that after delivering my luggage to my room, the staff provided a detailed explanation of how to use the various amenities and services available. This professional and thoughtful introduction allowed me to immediately get acquainted with the surroundings and rest smoothly, saving me from the initial initial learning curve.
This is a hotel that truly cares about travelers. From its impeccable location to its warm and attentive service, it left a truly wonderful impression. I highly recommend it to anyone needing an overnight layover near Istanbul Airport. It's an incredibly cost-effective option!"
"I give this hotel 5 stars, staff are welcoming, house keepers are welcoming. The place is very clean and comfortable, the breakfast is great. NO complaints, Excellent Service.
I got a room with a nice view room 305 on the third floor. The room has plenty fancy lights with colors. I was so comfortable and at peace.

"Hygiene: Very good, a few days to go to the blizzard, but the hotel public area health is still very good, the room will come to clean every two days
Environment: The traffic is still relatively convenient, although it is relatively far from the famous attractions
Service: The front desk is very warm and the English is very good.
Facilities: What makes me very happy is that there is a very professional gym in the underground, and you can also do spa. The cats in the gym are also very athletic.
Very good hotel, I recommend everyone to try"
"I had a pleasant stay in the hotel, very clean and the facilities are super, after a horrible stay in Airbnb, this is a big relief, the staffs there are very nice and friendly, especially thanks to the staff named Mr.Cem, he is very patient and helpful when I got some misunderstanding of the price. Strongly recommended if you’re picky about the comforts of the stay, good experience. Thanks!"
"Отель расположен в 700 метрах от входа в метро М11, что удобно для транзитных пассажиров. До аэропорта путь занимает около 50 минут. Номера небольшие, но достаточно чтобы провести ночь или несколько во время нахождения в Стамбуле между рейсами. Завтраки достаточно разнообразные. Номера чистые. Персонал говорит на русском языке )
Из минусов- неудобная большая подушка."
"Loved the hotel, very good location on Sisli's main street, has everything you need nearby. The rooms are clean and has all the needed amenities, some toiletries could be added. There was no buffet for the breakfast because it is low season, but the provided breakfast was ok. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay at this hotel again."
"Great hotel! I and my sister really liked it, having stayed for 4 nights.
Breakfast is nice, there was always one main course available (e.g. nuggets and french fries) with the variety of snacks, fruit and desserts. The rooftop canteen is very romantic
The furniture and amenities of the hotel are new and convenient: we like abundant storage areas, the elevator and cozy beds
The stuff is very friendly
It's only 10 minutes away of bus stop and 15 minutes away of Istiklal avenue, very conveniently placed for exploring the city centre
Around the hotel is a bakery, a supermarket, a grocery store, and also a park.
The neighbourhood may be considered as a little bit risky, since there were a lot of abandoned homes nearby, but it didn't concern us in a slightest
The cons of the hotel is bad soundproofing, no drying system (no dryer at the bathroom). The cons is very negligible, actually
The price-quality balance is perfect. I'd definitely stay here one more time"

Great
XXiaowen31Pros:
1. The breakfast offers a mix of traditional Turkish breakfast and Western options, with a great variety of cheeses and plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.
2. Although the room is small, it's very tidy and clean. It gets cleaned daily, and the bed sheets are changed every day.
3. The location is excellent. It's within walking distance of Yedikule Fortress and Marble Tower, and only an 8-minute walk to the sea.
4. The surrounding area is a residential neighborhood with schools, making it very quiet.
5. The hotel's Wi-Fi is super fast and never lags.
Areas for improvement:
1. It would be great if there was an airport shuttle service.
AAndreeva NataliaWonderful location. It's tough with luggage going up and down the stairs, so a transfer is definitely needed. The view from the restaurant terrace is stunning, especially in the evening. We booked this hotel specifically for that view. The pool is small, and a swim cap is mandatory; you'll have to buy one if you don't have one. I wasn't a fan of the massage; it was given by a man, and the price was steep. The sauna and hammam were a nice bonus. The pillows and bed were very comfortable – perfect for relaxing after a day of walking around. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend!
DDaria LapshinaThe hotel has an incredibly convenient location: the tram stop is just a three-minute walk away, the metro is also nearby, and the ferry terminals are about ten minutes away. Everything you might need is close by, including currency exchange offices with good rates, sweet shops, restaurants, and major attractions.
The hotel itself and our room were excellent. The interior was pleasant, clean, and modern, and there was enough space for two people. The room was cleaned every day, and the service and staff were great.
The Wi-Fi signal was strong and reliable.
Our room was on the third floor and overlooked a lovely little street. There is a mosque nearby, so the call to prayer can be heard quite loudly—something to keep in mind.
A buffet breakfast is available and can be paid for at the hotel. The food was fresh and tasty, with a good selection. However, you can also find breakfast for about half the price at cafés near the hotel :)
The only downside was the swimming pool. The pool itself was nice, although not very large. However, wearing a swimming cap is mandatory :( You can buy one at the hotel for €5, but swimming in one is not particularly comfortable.
The hotel also has a rooftop terrace with a restaurant. The views of the city and the Bosphorus are fantastic, but unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to try the food, as the kitchen doesn’t open until 6 p.m.
The hotel has entrances from two different streets, which is very convenient. It is also split between two buildings located right next to each other, so don’t get confused :)
I would definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit :)
GGuest UserGood day. We stayed at this hotel from July 9th to 12th. We were able to check in an hour earlier than the stated check-in time. The location is excellent; all attractions are within walking distance or a short tram ride away. There's a tram and metro stop nearby, and the Galata Tower is just a three-minute walk. The rooms are clean, cozy, and beautiful. Housekeeping is daily, and the staff are responsive and friendly. The rooms are quiet. Breakfasts are decent, buffet style. I especially want to mention the hotel's Russian-speaking representative (unfortunately, I can't remember her name, she's the only one). She is polite, sincere, and competent with tourists, resolving any issues. Every day, she requests feedback from guests about their stay: if everything is satisfactory, if they have any questions, etc. I definitely recommend this hotel; it's great value for money.
AAnonymous UserVery outdated hotel - the interior felt eerie. We stayed in a non-smoking room that smelled like smoke at night. Our shower drain was clogged and would flood (this was fixed however it is not expected of any hotel, let alone a 5 star). Gym was small and equipment is old. Sauna wasn’t working properly - not hot enough. However, staff were friendly and welcoming, and hotel location was convenient if you want to take the tram to tourist sites or walk around the shops, restaurants, etc.
Overall, I don’t think this is a 5 star hotel. I would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone looking for a 5 star hotel.
NNatalia_TMNFor a three-star hotel, it's good. The location is opposite the Kadikoy pier, which is also the terminal for many buses. There's a beautiful promenade nearby, perfect for a walk to Moda Park. The food at the hotel is good. Several types of cheeses, cold cuts, and vegetables. Delicious pastries and cake, strawberries and other fruits. Tea, coffee.
GGuest UserThe hotel is beautiful, but the rooms are very small, the adaptation is cool and hot, it's what they control.
I booked for breakfast, and the breakfast was delicious.
Lunch was kind of good, but it was overpriced.
GGuest UserGreat location in the historic district, everything is within walking distance! Very polite reception staff: Gilfidan, Imamcan, Umut. We especially liked one lady whose name we didn't catch! Delicious breakfast with several types of cheese, omelets, boiled eggs, a large selection of fruits, vegetables – everything was tasty, including the pastries! The rooms are small. Our air conditioning wasn't working; we asked them to fix it, and it seemed to work for a bit, but then broke down again at night. Get a room with a balcony, otherwise, your clothes won't dry in the room. Other than that, everything was great! There are inexpensive restaurants nearby!
AAkif. My first night was a disaster because my room's power supply kept cutting off and they took almost 3 to 4 hours to fix it, due to that I couldn't sleep the whole night and my morning plans got wasted too. I asked the hotel manager Mr.Arda to give me an extra night, (he refused), airport transfer on my checkout date , (he refused) , room upgrade, (he refused) , Then Mr Arda promised us a complimentary dinner at the rooftop restaurant and that was amazing .My initial plan was to stay 3 nights but then I extended it for 2 more nights because of 1 man Mr.Karem at the reception , the nicest guy of the hotel , Mr.Karem and Mr.Arda helped us alot and supported us in every aspect, but sorry to say all the other staff members there had just 1 answer. im sorry we cannot help you we cannot help you , I'll definitely visit again, Thanks to Mr.Arda and Mr.Karem ❤️ and lastly thanks to Mr.Servet who told us about the free shuttle service provided by the hotel which takes us to Taksim .
Thank you, Double Tree
Regards Akif
