"The best advantage of this hotel is its location, next to restaurants and bars. Heart of Istanbul. However, for those who value peace and quiet, this can also be a drawback, as in the evenings there is a lot of music and noise, especially noticeable on the first floor (it may be quieter on higher levels). The hotel itself is fairly clean, well-kept, and relatively new compared to many others in Istanbul. Breakfast is definitely worth including – it’s excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options, Turkish tea and coffee, and even made-to-order omelets. Staff don’t rush you out when breakfast time ends, and they keep replenishing dishes, which is a big plus. On the downside, the reception could be friendlier, and the staff’s English level is quite limited. For example, when we requested extra bedding, room service brought us fries instead. Additionally, in September the rooms were cold, and unfortunately only the air conditioning worked – the heating did not. The restaurant downstairs, Pera 77, offers live music in the evenings. In our case, the singer was late, performed only a few songs, then took a break and never returned before we left. Food quality was mixed: the soup and cheese platter were good, but the steak was tasteless and the fries soggy. Overall, the hotel is a good option if you want a lively location with outstanding breakfasts, but be aware of noise and some service limitations."

"Let me break down my review: **Pros:** 1. The staff were excellent. They were proactive in their communication, and every time I returned, they'd actively stand up and greet me with a ”HOW ARE YOU.” 2. The front desk staff were also very helpful when I asked for directions. 3. The room was clean, the carpet showed no signs of dirt, and after cleaning, they would spray a fragrance, so there were no unpleasant odors. 4. We arrived an hour early, and they allowed us to check in after waiting just 20 minutes. **Cons:** 1. The toilet seat was broken. I was already very tired, and since we had checked in early, I didn't ask for a room change. However, it was really inconvenient because it moved around while I was using it. 2. The complimentary drinking water provided was just a small cup; other hotels usually offer bottled water. 3. The curtains were too narrow and couldn't close properly (you can see in the pictures). I even had to pull and stick them together myself, otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to sleep well (as I'm sensitive to light). 4. There's a house renovation project going on downstairs, and there was a lot of noise even at 10:30 PM. Closing the window helped a lot, but it was still loud. So, if you don't like noisy city areas, be aware ⚠️. 5. The breakfast was the simplest I've had in Turkey. As you can see in the pictures, the egg pancake was an extra charge, so I didn't order it. But it might have been really cheap, which explains it. Overall, while the price was affordable, when you're traveling, you truly realize how important comfort is once you've stayed somewhere. So, next time, I will choose a place with a better environment."

"Очень понравился отель, высшего класса. Внизу расположен спа, там тоже приятно, только хаммам без пара. Расположение супер, но ночью опять же громко (город громкий). Кровати чистые, одеяла есть, что очень приятно. Вообщем, отель советую, очень красивый и удобный. Сервис на высоте, со всем помогут, все расскажут. Такси выгодно отсюда по фиксе заказывать Минус: мы хотели заварить чай вечером, открыли чайник, я понюхала и глаза начали слезиться а нос как будто разъело. Видимо, помыли какой то химией и не смыли до конца. Не успели сказать об этом администратору, оставались всего на одну ночь перед вылетом."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Istiklal Avenue. It's close to the metro station and attractions. The hotel entrance is a bit hidden. I recommend staying in a sea view room, preferably facing the 5006 direction. If you're looking to save some money, a standard room is fine too; the breakfast is on the top floor and offers an even better view than the sea view rooms. The room itself was a little small and felt a bit cramped. However, it was very clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. There were a few minor issues: the bathroom door handle and various corners throughout the room were quite sharp and could easily cause scratches, so you need to be careful."

"Hotel real find! Located just one minute from the busy Eastiklyal Street, in an old building with high ceilings, which gives a special charm. Rooms are modern, with huge windows in the floor passing through the sea of light. Design in elegant French style: a table of green marble, a bed head in green tones, a emerald marble table, two cosy chairs, a spacious closet and a tumb. In the room there is all necessary: a teapot, a refrigerator, and the facilities are thought up to the tiny things. The bathroom is just delighted: stylish green marble, copper plumbing, full set of ingredients (champoo, gel), towels and bed linen in perfect condition. Breakfast is a separate love! Supplied with cheeses, olive oils, some snacks, cheese barley and omlet. At your request, everything is replenished and the staff remembers your preferences, which makes every morning special. Aiten girl who cares about the guests for breakfast is a real treasure. Her Turkish coffee masterpiece and attention to detail is striking: she always asks if you like breakfast, and offers to add what you like. Thanks to her hospitality, I don't want to get up from behind the table! The respiratory works by a wonderful Ilayda incredibly pleasant girl who meets you with a smile every time you go to the hotel. She always wonders how your day has passed and is happy to share advice about where to go and what to see in the district. Her care creates the feeling that you are in the guest of close relatives, not in the hotel. It completely removes the feeling of alienation, making staying intense and home, despite the luxury and the newness of the interiors. The hotel combines chic and comfort, making it an ideal choice. The atmosphere is so friendly and warm that you feel like home. If you read reviews and think, book bold definitely won't regret! We are already planning to return here again, and it 's 100% our place."

"The stay was okay overall. The hotel has a convenient location near Taksim, and everything was generally normal for a short stay. The staff were fine and the room was acceptable. However, the air conditioning was not working properly, and the fridge was also not working. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room/bathroom. The toilet and bathroom were quite small and narrow. Overall, it was an average stay. The location is good, but the hotel could improve the room facilities, especially the air conditioning, fridge, cleanliness and bathroom."

"Hello! I only stayed one night, but I spent a long time choosing this hotel, and it turned out to be absolutely wonderful. It's very clean, with excellent quality plumbing throughout. The mattress was perfect, and the linens were spotless. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. They're always ready to help with anything and answer all your questions. I'm not sure if breakfast is worth it, as there's no choice; they just bring everything prepared to your table. So maybe try it on the first day, and then you can find other breakfast spots for the rest of your stay. The view from the restaurant where breakfast is served is absolutely stunning! Right next door to the hotel, there's also an amazing restaurant that's definitely worth a visit. The hotel's location is fantastic. I'll definitely be staying there again, even with my family."

"Location is good, as its pretty close to Galata tower and Istaklal street. Staff has been very welcoming and helpful specially Irem. Breakfast was good. The facilities in the room are also ok but what I didn't like about the room was that there was no window in the room, which is abit of a shame the way the hotel building is arranged they have allocated rooms in the middle of the building as well lacking any windows. All in all a good experience."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Galata Tower (a 2-minute walk). The surrounding streets are lively but not noisy. Every single staff member was incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite. Their service attitude was comparable to hotels with 4 stars or more. I was lucky enough to meet the owner, who is a handsome, knowledgeable, and experienced individual; it was a pleasure to get to know him. The rooftop restaurant offers beautiful views, and the breakfast is delicious. I highly recommend that all guests try breakfast at least once to enjoy the rooftop scenery, with distant views of the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. This hotel even helped me book a Turkish bath and a Bosphorus boat tour free of charge, and assisted me with many other things. I sincerely thank this hotel. I was traveling alone, and I personally believe this hotel is suitable for solo travelers. Highly recommended!"

"This hotel is located at the edge of Taksim Square, offering excellent access to Istanbul's Old City, New City, and the Asian side. Right in front of the hotel, there's a bridge, making it convenient to walk across the Bosphorus and reach major tourist attractions. Although it's a 3-star hotel, it's generally well-managed, and the staff are friendly. The breakfast area is a bit small, and the variety is limited. The room size is decent, and the condition is good. For sightseeing in Istanbul, it's a great hotel for the price."
