"Room with a view and the location was great! Happy with the cleanliness and amenities. Lobby has been refreshed and modern but I think it’s time the rooms were updated. Ours was a little tired. Overall great experience though!"

"Very very good hotel, very new and new, relying only on the PPG building, the real downtown, and the environment is very good. The rooms are tall, clean, hygienic and well-heated. The kitchen supplies are good. Will choose this hotel next time, the price is very high, I strongly recommend everyone to choose."

"Great location, very close to the Pirates ball park. Staff was very nice and the hotel was clean. It is an updated hotel. Parking is $25 a day, would recommend using theirs since street parking had signs saying the street parking wasn't available on game days. The hotel is within walking distance to many places. Only downside is that I picked this hotel because it had a shuttle for things around Pittsburgh and the the shuttle wasn't running sure to COVID. But it was overall a great experience."

"The hotel's American breakfast pattern is OK, because there are many people to eat, you can get the room. The front parking lot is free, and there is a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave in the room. The room is big enough. The downside is that the air conditioner has a loud sound and the wind direction cannot be adjusted. Because it is too late to stay, I don't know if the hotel can solve this problem."

"The room was generally OK and clean. The surroundings were natural and quiet. There were also places to eat not far away by car. However, the air conditioner had a huge fan in the room, which was quite noisy."

"The hotel rooms are consistent with the official photos. The transportation is convenient. It takes only ten minutes to drive to downtown, the University of Pittsburgh, and the mountaintop view. There is free parking, a standard American breakfast, which is very rich, and the hotel front desk service is friendly. There is a large supermarket next to the hotel, with cheap prices, which is very convenient for buying daily necessities and food."

"The best was so comfy I did not want to leave. Centrally located between the football and baseball stadium. Lots of food choices nearby and the continental breakfast was great."

"The overall experience is good, the hotel is relatively new, the environment is clean and tidy, but the air conditioning sound in a bedroom is too noisy, I realized when I returned to the room at night and was ready to sleep. I couldn’t sleep in the morning. I tested it in the room. It was too high."
