Hotels near The Strip in Pittsburgh

"Really good location, just a few minutes walk from a very nice part of town. The hotel is very modern and comfortable with lovely amenities, including a pool and gym. Breakfast was generous although missing some bits, we were very happy. The room itself was very comfy and although the bedding wasn’t the nicest, it was very clean. I will say the area itself felt a little sketchy at night and we were concerned about the car, but all was fine. It was very different by day!"

"Wyndham Pitts has got to be commended for its central location and unblocked view of the Three River confluence, at a great price! Check in was smooth and travel to other parts of the city was very easy, with various amenities like 24h convenience stores and jazz bars within walking distance. One could also walk to the Andy Warhol museum through the majestic Three Sisters bridges and also the Duquesne Incline for a breathtaking view of the city. And finally the pool has a great view. One could probably only complain about the aging furnishes with some cracked or stripped wooden sections of the walls, and I thought it would be nicer to have a kettle in the room."

"Great location, very close to the Pirates ball park. Staff was very nice and the hotel was clean. It is an updated hotel. Parking is $25 a day, would recommend using theirs since street parking had signs saying the street parking wasn't available on game days. The hotel is within walking distance to many places. Only downside is that I picked this hotel because it had a shuttle for things around Pittsburgh and the the shuttle wasn't running sure to COVID. But it was overall a great experience."

"The room is big, but the sound insulation is poor and the service is average. Single pane windows, heavy car noise"

"We LOVED this hotel and were so pleasantly surprised by how wonderful everything was! Only downtown hotel with free parking we could find, which you use your room key to access. Room was SPOTLESS and honestly felt brand new! Bathroom was spacious and clean, and even the provided hair products worked really well for me. Staff were super kind and efficient. Bed was comfy, breakfast the next morning was included and very good, with a decent amount of hot breakfast as well as pastries/cereals etc. We plan to have more trips to Pitt in the future and will definitely be staying here again, no questions! Felt so much nicer than a budget hotel… just wow!"

"Clean and tidy"

"The hotel is in a good location, the service is good, it is convenient to go anywhere, living on a high floor, you can see the beautiful scenery of the whole city from a distance, the hotel is cost-effective, and the experience is good"

"Very very good hotel, very new and new, relying only on the PPG building, the real downtown, and the environment is very good. The rooms are tall, clean, hygienic and well-heated. The kitchen supplies are good. Will choose this hotel next time, the price is very high, I strongly recommend everyone to choose."

"Hygiene: The room was made up daily, but it wasn't very clean. The sheets weren't changed or made, it felt like a very perfunctory cleaning with just the towels replaced. Environment: Right outside is a food street, making dining very convenient. It's also only a 3-minute walk from the exhibition center, which is extremely convenient. Service: The staff just opened the door directly when cleaning the room, without any greeting whatsoever. This is very rude. Facilities: Breakfast was very simple, please don't get your hopes up... The gym equipment wasn't extensive, and the weight section had too few heavy weights, with no bench press machine."

"I like the style. New and modern. Parking is easy to be found (opposite the hotel) Except for the unknown regular noise at night (like from some machine??), everything’s okay."
