"The location was very convenient. It was right by an Omni loop station and 5-7 min walk from a Metro-rail station. The hotel was clean and the staff members were kind. What I also loved about the hotel was the lounge/lobby. There were many amenitites facilitating comforts for hotel guests. I would definitely come and stay here again! : )"

"The room's decor is thoughtfully designed and very comfortable, with tall, floor-to-ceiling windows offering beautiful city views. The lobby staff were warm and attentive. There's a free MetroMover station near the hotel, which makes getting around very convenient."

"The location was in principle OK! Unfortunately, around the hotel were several building sites that means it was very loud Monday to Saturday !!!! (It was noise of circular saws to hear from concrete and others - no talk of relaxation at the pool!!). Moreover, there was a building next to it with huge generators brumble the 24hs of day. I live in Vienna next to a main street - so noise was habited but that was unfortunately another calibre ... Service must not expect - we needed to toilet paper - that needed 3 visits to the ”reception” - then you got a roll 🤣🤣 Towels for the pool or the gym were not there too!!! In addition we had to pay for the arrival 160,- Euro Destination Fee (no talk of it was in the hotel description!!) Despite the hotel's equipment was fine, I can't recommend it (price - performance ratio doesn't fit - for what is offered, totally overpriced!!! The ladies at the reception, look in their phone when you come and ignore a complete! No speech of a friendly greeting .... Who wants to book a room yet I can only recommend it with a pool view!! "Our family stayed in the heart of Miami, and we got to see the beautiful Miami Beach from here. It was also convenient to have a microwave in the hotel room."

"Room: Large and spacious, well maintained and clean. Room was cleaned on a daily basis, and fresh towels given daily. We were staying next to the gym and pool area, and unfortunately it was quite noisy at time. We were happy to have a balcony, however, there was no view from it at all as it was blocked. Room was quite dark, could have done with some more light fixtures. Big TV in room, however, even though it is a smart TV, it doesn’t connect to devices. Bring a HDMI cable if you want to stream shows. Pool and gym: Larger than the images, quiet in the morning but busy around midday to afternoon. Not very many sun loungers, but pool area and pool itself was clean and there were plenty of complimentary pool towels, although they run out when it is busy. Limited facilities at the gym, just a couple of treadmills and weights. One of the treadmills was broken, but gym towels were provided, and the area feels new and clean. Staff: Front desk were always very helpful, and available. We did have to ask twice about replacing toilet roll and towels, however it was sorted, even though it was late at night. Location: Very central, walking distance to all the Brickell city centre cafes and restaurant. Close to transport links which take you around Miami from Brickell Station. Surrounding area felt safe, especially as two young women travelling. Bar located on the 24th floor has great views and a great area to work or grab a drink. Although it is part of a different hotel, staff were very happy to give us access to visit it. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Indigo, would really recommend, and it is great value for money."

"I love the Yotel hotel chain. The room was clean and had everything one might need for a short stay. The location is unbeatable. We only had an issue with the freezing cold air conditioning that could not be turned off, but we got prompt help from the hotel staff."

"The hotel was fantastic! The bedding was super comfortable, and there was an open field in front where you could see the sunrise. The breakfast was standard but good, with homemade pancakes, scrambled eggs with sausage, and rich orange juice."

"This hotel is great for young singles on business trips or couples traveling together. The rooms are a bit small but well-equipped, and the breakfast is surprisingly good (they even have smoked salmon!). The lobby is always bustling with young people working on their laptops. It's located right in a business district with plenty of restaurants, and the light rail station (which is free!) is just a 100-meter walk away. There are many sushi places nearby, though they are quite expensive. Be warned about rush hour traffic in the mornings and evenings! Overall, it's a solid 5-star experience."
