Did an amazing job with service and even helped us find a spot to eat for lunch. Everyone was super helpful and nice! Was very pleased with my visit and would definitely stay there again.

The room is very clean and sanitary, with complete facilities, good environment and decent service. It is also close to the airport, but an additional parking fee of 20 USD is charged per day.

Everything was great until it came to check out, we had left a jacket behind there was a lady already cleaning our room and we tried getting it back but the front desk claims it’s not in the lost n found and the cleaning lady didn’t note it with our room number. So we know the cleaning lady stole it. Because she was in there when I had left it behind.

The hotel itself was fine. But I was very disappointed to learn that parking at the hotel was an additional $50/night. Also - when checking in they charge you a mandatory $27 'convenience fee'. This entitles you to a $7 credit at the snack bar - where a bag of M&Ms cost $6. And this is just a regular size bag, not shareable, and a $10 credit at the restaurant if you spend $30. I will not go back because it really felt like I was being nicked and dimed.

Overall, the hotel's internal facilities are good. It is said that the neighborhood is not safe, but it is OK to live a few times. Breakfast is not bad. It is a repeat customer, every time I go to Sanpan. Live here?

Booked in a two-bedroom apartment suite, there are two rooms, each with a double bed and bathroom, a kitchen and living room in the middle, a microwave oven with a microwave oven, and a cup, plate and dishware. We encountered several issues during our stay that significantly impacted our experience. On the first day, we had a minor disagreement with the housekeeping staff after requesting a second towel for our two-guest room, which had only been provided with one face towel. The cleaning staff member on the 4th floor argued with one of the guests rather than accommodating the simple request. The following day, we placed all used towels outside the door for collection, but no fresh towels were returned. When we inquired with another housekeeper, she explained that towels were likely still being laundered and might be available around 1 PM. We went fishing for the day and returned in the evening expecting to shower and clean up, but still had no towels. I reported the issue to the front desk, and ultimately we chose to leave approximately 20 hours early simply so we could go home and bathe. Despite this, we were charged the full rate for a room that had no air conditioning, no phone to contact the front desk, and where only 1 out of 5 ice machines was operational.
