Hotel is 15 min from the airport, which is far from the city center. Stayed for one night for a short layover. Room was clean and new. Phone data connection the was very very weak in the area, although wifi was very good. Service was superb, as the front desk lady kindly arranged takeaway breakfast and suggested time to leave for the airport.

The hotel is right next to Lanzhou Old Street, and parking is free in the underground garage. There are many classic restaurants opposite, including beef noodles. There is nothing to say about the location and environment. The family room in the hotel is also very large and very comfortable. We, a family of 6, including three generations, were very satisfied and comfortable with our stay. The bed was so comfortable that I didn’t even think about it on the third day. The housekeeper on the 6th called me in advance and told me The best navigation location for the entrance to the basement and the location from the basement to the hotel. Very responsible👍The front desk also consulted on some travel issues and helped me collect JD Express on my behalf. Very good👍

Orange Crystal is pretty good. The room is spacious and bright, and the service is thoughtful and enthusiastic. The location is excellent, very close to Lanzhou West Station, the taxi starting price is about ten minutes walk. In the evening, you can go to Zhongshan Bridge to see the night view, and go to Xinguang Night Market to eat some snacks. It is also very close to Gansu Provincial Museum, where you can see the museum's BMW Stepping on Flying Swallow and learn about the history of the Hexi Corridor.

Love the room design and grateful for the free treats. The location is around 10mins walk to the lanzhou west train station, however during my stay there, part of the road was under construction, so it wasn't the most easiest to get around especially when the round overhead bridge only had stairs. Nearby there are lots of malls and place to eat. For the room itself, despite the cosy ambience, it rirks of smoke smell especially on my first day. At night, it's even worst as the air filter started leaking more cigarettes stench into my room. There is also no hairdryer provided. And what happened to the mountain view room I was supposed to have? The view outside is just the road and some dirty cityscapes. I was so looking forward to that 🫤. I was also locked out of my room after the first night, and luckily one of the cleaner helped me unlock my room and save me from making another trip down to the receptionist. Overall I will still recommend a stay.

I originally intended to stay 2 nights at Hyatt, but ended up extending my stay for 2 more nights because of the excellent service & the amazing view from my room. I switched rooms twice, because other customers secretly smoked in their rooms and the 2nd hand smoke infiltrated into mine, even though the hotel has a strict policy of no smoking. The staff and especially Owen, the front desk manager, was especially accommodating. He made every effort to see to my comfort during my stay, even upgrading my room and offering two free breakfasts because of the smoking issue. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel in Lanzhou - the service & room & pool & gym & food (the Lanzhou beef noodles) are excellent!

very good! The hotel's front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the room is very spacious, and late check-out can be negotiated. The view from the upper floors is great, as shown in the two pictures. The breakfast was rich, and there were three complimentary forts for breakfast, but it was a pity that I didn't drink it. Ha ha.

When you enter the hotel, you will like the environment and style of the whole hotel. The layout of each item in the room is very reasonable. The brightness of the lights and the location of the layout make people feel very comfortable. The bath water and toiletries, which are very important for staying in a hotel, are all OK. It is comfortable and there is no dead corner. This hotel is very close to the railway station, and it is only a few minutes' walk to the railway station. It is the first choice for passengers. I will choose to stay here in the future. The naan and beef in the beef noodle shop next to the hotel are delicious!

Service: Very considerate. I originally booked a double bed room. Due to the flight delay, when I arrived at the hotel and saw that I had a child, I was upgraded to a parent-child room. The child had a separate bed, although it was a small bed. The pads are also very comfortable;
Hygiene: very good, clean, even children can run around barefoot on the floor without any problem;
Blueberry·Slow Time Buffet Afternoon Tea: The freshly ground coffee is very good, I personally choose the latte, I don’t like American style, the macarons are delicious;
Single experience of fitness and swimming (excluding personal trainer): I went to feel the water temperature which was good, but the locker room was still a bit cold;

The front desk and the room attendants greeted me proactively. It is suitable for self-driving tours. It only takes more than ten minutes to drive to Lanzhou Old Street. There are many places to eat and it is convenient. The rooms are clean and tidy.

GGuest UserThe location is really convenient. The front desk staff is patient and enthusiastic, and will answer any inquiries. It is very close to the Pedestrian Street, Zhongshan Iron Bridge, Baita Temple (Baita Mountain Park), Lanzhou Forest of Steles, within walking distance. We went down the mountain and took a sheepskin raft and ate at the Asiya Xiguan restaurant. There is Watsons downstairs in the hotel, and I added lip balm, and the northwest is still quite dry. The hawthorn candied haws at the candied haws store at the door is delicious, and the sugar is crunchy. The sugar of this kind of candied haws in Suzhou is sticky. It should be enough to stay for two nights, and you can also go to Zhengning Night Market. We flew from Dunhuang to Lanzhou, and stayed near the airport for the first night. Afterwards, we felt that we should have stayed here on Zhangye Road for the first night. Another thing is that there is a Michelle Ice City store on the sheepskin raft. Next to it is a specialty store. It is really cheaper than the ones on the highway or in the airport. Very solid. I didn't think about buying cigarettes until I arrived at the airport. Lanzhou Jixiang sold for 32 packs at the airport, and 25 packs outside. It sells for 28 outside the Three Fortress, and 40 at the airport.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located next to Dongfanghong Square and is very convenient by subway and bus. There are signs at the intersection to guide you. The hotel is very clean and there are not many people in the off-season. The front desk service was very enthusiastic and upgraded my room type for free. It's still okay in a budget hotel. At least it can be seen that efforts are being made to improve service. There are not many kinds of breakfast in the hotel. It's clean and hygienic and you can eat well.
Directly opposite the hotel is the Lanzhou Museum, which you can visit at the end of the year after making a reservation. Very convenient. There are many restaurants around the hotel, and I recommend Shajia Beef Noodles. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the hotel to Nanguan Night Market. If the weather is nice, you can go for a walk. The night market starts at 5pm. Recommend the Desert Barbecue, it is economical and delicious. There are various businesses near Nanguan Cross which is pretty good. Recommended for those with children, the nearby Xinhua Bookstore is very quiet and less crowded.

TTraveling BritFirst of all the hotel is in a great location, right next to Lanzhou centre (with direct access) near the gansu museum and gansu women and children's hospital. If that's not enough it's also close to the subway station.
The rooms were spacious and clean and we felt very comfortable in them, the morning breakfast had plenty of options and was satisfactory. My only issue with this hotel is the elevator wait times (although that's not an issue with the hotel itself rather the building) when going from the ground floor to the hotel rooms we would often wait a few.minutes for the lift, when it arrived people would push infront ensuring no more space.
When I left the hotel at 10 in the morning it took me over 20 minutes to just get an elevator with space to go down, i tried taking the stairs but the doors were locked.
Overall a good hotel i wouldn't stay again just because of the elevator, everything else is perfect.

GGuest UserI chose to stay close to the airport so that I can bound a flight easily to diffrent places. The hotel is also within 15 minutes walk to Lanzhou new area railway to give me easy train ride (40 minutes) to Lanzhou west (main) station. The only down side is if you are coming back late, there are very limited trains to the new area railway, and nothing to Zhongchuang airport railway either except private ride (around 75 km, price is 28 yuan for the shared ride or 200 yuan for solo). However, once you can manage to get to the airport, there will be free shuttles from the hotel just by calling to their friendly staffs. I can highly recommend the hotel to anyone. I really appreciate the visions of the hotel founder (his book can be found when you enter the room :) who successfully created hotel homes for travellers. I felt comfortable and home there.

Because I left in a hurry in the morning and left something in the room, she reminded me immediately and I went back to get it. She was very considerate. I give her a thumbs up. The hotel's infrastructure is also very good. In the evening, they also provided me with a late-night canteen, which had beef noodles and other things that tasted pretty good, as well as some porridge and other things. Even before arrival we reached out to Li and she promptly promised to send a car to meet us upon arrival at Langzhouxi. The Tumendun metro station is right in front of the hotel. So is the bus stop which serves buses running to several Lanzhou attractions.
Aside from the obvious locational advantages the thing that strikes me most is the warmth and hospitality of the family running the place. Everyone from father, mother, 2 sons to DIL was eager to help with any questions that we might have. We couldn’t believe how patient they were in providing invaluable insights for the benefit of the tourist.
The room and bathroom were kept clean. Hot and cold water were readily available as well as a kettle.
We are grateful and would like to thank the whole family for treating us like family during our short stay here!
