This is my favorite hotel. It is so beautiful and dreamy. It is also a check-in spot for the tram. I will definitely stay there again in the future.

É um bom hostel, com boa localização, perto de tudo. Mas em Lisboa, onde ladeiras empinadas interligam a cidade baixa e alta, o hostel si situa entre ambas. Portanto, se prepare para uma boa subida caso opte por vir desde a cidade baixa. E com uma boa escadaria para se chegar até a porta. Mas o lugar tem ótimo ambiente.

I stayed at Safestay for 4 nights last year and I have to say it was one of the worst hostels I've ever stayed at (among many). I took the double room to have more privacy and organization, but that wasn't what happened. The sockets in the room were broken or had poor contact, with only a single socket capable of charging the cell phone, which doesn't make sense since we were in a double room for two people. The hostel has a gigantic staircase to get to it, something that is not mentioned in the advertisements, besides which in itself is bad, there is a hill and more stairs to get to the hostel. If such information had been spoken or shown in the photos, I would not have stayed there. I got the rates with breakfast included, without having seen what it was like before because I didn't have the information, but believing it would be like the other hostels I've stayed in, I thought it would be similar and what a disappointment it was. The “breakfast” had bread, cheese, coffee and cereal sometimes. I always had to ask for milk or sugar, but I was denied milk because according to the girl at the reception, I would have to wait for her boss to arrive, but how do I wait for someone to arrive to have a coffee that was paid for? And that coffee has a finishing time. A single day had the option of apple as fruit. If I had known the quality he offered in the cafe, I would never have closed it every day, something that for the same price you can eat much better on the avenue below. The cleanliness was average, it seemed like the bathrooms were barely clean. Now the culmination of the terrible experience is the manager whose name I don't remember, who was always in a bad mood and with a frown on everyone, on the first day I thought it was something personal, but no, she is like that with practically everyone, rude and rude, answering our questions with disdain. Until I saw her arguing rudely with an employee in front of everyone. It was extremely frustrating staying there and I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. The only positive point of the hostel, if I can say so, is the location that despite the hill and stairs to get to it, it is close to the tourist attractions but prepare your legs lol

Having discovered the hostel during a school trip, all of the students were immediately struck by conflagrational tonic-clonic convulsions upon their arrival due to a (consequential) delay in preparing the rooms while the trip was scheduled. for months. Apart from its location, shameful and degrading seem to perfectly describe the quintessence of this establishment. I could mention the extreme uncleanliness of the toilets or the lack of will among the staff but that would mean omitting the absence of ladders to access the mezzanines as well as the presence of water in the so-called orange juice dispenser which nevertheless radiates in this anarchic “cuisine” which is cuisine in name only. At such a price, we expect better, much better, but the establishment plays on an illusory prestige to eclipse its decadence. Beautiful on paper but monastic in reality…

Catastrophic organization and conditions... 5 hours late than the scheduled time to access the room, the showers (common and mixed) were completely blocked and the floor was disgusting, toilets also shared for the entire floor dirty, the bunk beds without a ladder (not practical for going up and down), no furniture in the room not even a chair or a wardrobe… Not to mention the absolutely inedible breakfasts. Place to flee

We were promised luxury... This hostel is anything but luxurious: - Our rooms were not ready until late in the afternoon (and we only had access to them at 8 p.m. due to poor organization of the hostel), although we had warned that we would arrive around 11am. - Breakfast was terrible - Ladders were missing in bunk beds, good luck climbing up... - A window was broken, it couldn't close and kept opening (which prevented us from sleeping in the morning because of the light). - The smell in some rooms... - Inefficient and unpleasant staff A significantly lower price would have made this acceptable. In other words it's a hostel, not a "luxury" hostel, so the prices and description of the hotel need to be changed!

A student hostel with bunk beds. Only two toilets per floor. 3 community showers per floor. Calculating that each floor has capacity for about 40 people... Showers flooded and full of hair. In the bathroom you cannot throw toilet paper down the drain. Yes, you have to clean up your poop and throw that paper you wiped with in a bucket (smell). To finish the evening they only give you one towel per stay... it doesn't matter 1 day or 4, only one towel and it's not big. If you have the idea of ​​showering more... well no... Breakfast you have to clean yourself and it only has eggs and toast and a micro... FOR UNSCRUPULOUS BACKPACKERS AND END OF YEAR STUDENTS
