The location itself is fine, supermarket next to the hotel, metro station around the corner and bus stop in front of the door. Tower bridge, London bridge, Towers of London and markets within walking distance. The only downside for us was that there were heaps of homeless people on the street and in front of the hotel. Not surprising since there is a homeless shelter one street away.
Service was good, fresh towels and bins emptied every day. There is also the possibility of luggage space if you want to discover the city without a suitcase for another day.
Hygiene could be better, stains in the shower and on the carpet.
Amenities were fine. Ironing board, iron and multi socket for every connection available in the room. Large TV but failed to connect to this so you can only watch basic English channels. There was also little space to leave the suitcase. Wi-Fi often doesn't work.
