Took a shuttle bus from Taipa ferry terminal to Sands Macao. Million Dragon was about 7 mins walking distance from Sands Macao. You can take a bus to MGM macau if lazy to walk there, bus stop was not far from hotel.

Service was great and the check-in and check-in experiences were very seamless. Staffs were super helpful and friendly. The family suite is huge, spacious, clean and comfortable. The fruits, drinks and snacks are complimentary which is a plus point. The bakery shop inside the hotel sells amazing and fresh pastries and coffees at affordable prices. Beautiful and extremely clean hotel. The room looked even more luxurious in person than the photos. One small hitch we had was during check-in as it seemed the hotel had a large conference on that day, and our room was available quite late. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay as the hotel connected directly to the Fisherman's Wharf.
I arrived at the hotel very early, but the check-in time was 2 pm. The guy at the front desk helped store my luggage first and then went to play nearby. It was very close to Ruins of St. Paul's and surrounded by shopping stores. You need to pay a cash deposit of 500 when checking in. The room you stayed in was also very refined and elegant. The hygiene and service were also very good. I was very satisfied.

I will always say that sofitel is a home away from home. The location is convenient. Near 24 hours supermarket and there is a 24 hours conveniece store located beside. It is also near the historic places of macau and the city view of their rooms are breathtakingly beautiful.
I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights, and the service is always efficient and personalized. Breakfast has multiple choices from chinese to western, salads, and waffles. Thank you to Shirley, who gave me a warm welcome and also to Bryan, who took care of me in Mistral.
For these past days that are raining and we don't want to go out and eat, we ordered in room dining, and Archie and Kate have provided us a personalized service. They are very polite and engaging with us.
If you want to chill, the lounge bar, Rendezvous, is located in the lobby. I met some old friends there, and Rose took great care of us. I am also in the hospitality industry and very keen on details and standards. Rose was great, and she always asked for guest satisfaction, and I ended up coming back again the night after. The promotions in this bar are good, but i think it needs more marketing.
Last but not least, Angel from housekeeping was very helpful and cleans the room efficiently. She is a happy soul and always smiling and helping our needs when we stay on the 16 floor.
Location wise and service, Sofitel Macau is my most recommended hotel in Macau.

Outstanding
SSi De LucasIt was a great trip, the staff were very helpful and it was kid friendly. The suite was huge and being situated in the Londoner, there was plenty of things to do.
GGuest UserWe stay in the okura macau for 1 night but we have experience best quality services. Upon checking in, front desk staff namely johnny and val help us to assist our bookings and introduce different types of activities to offer specially the Grand Resorts deck. Also they give some gift for my kids a cute teddy bear. My son was so happy after he received the toy. Also from the housekeeping staff jaypee and allan assist us. The room so clean . We promise to stay again this hotel for our next vacation in macau.
GGuest UserWe went to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary and the customer service team Kent and Cherry went above and beyond our expectations and provided us with amazing customer service! Not only did Kent personally took us to our hotel rooms they also provided a complimentary cake and gift as well as upgraded my parents room! Highly recommend!!
GGuest UserLovely stay with a great view during our 2d1n trip to Macau. The ****** is linked across all hotels within the area and it was a short walk to taipa village for dinner. See pic for our room view.
VVitto1988The hotel is overall ok for a short stay. We choose it because on trip.com it was mentioned as one of the best for families due to the kids playground, but turns out it’s not the hotel’s, there is a FunZone that can be accessed publicly in the same complex (adults pay the entrance even if they want to accompany their kids, and they were not flexible to let one parent go inside even just for the last 1/2 hour before closing, to accompany our 1-year-old…).
The complex is huge (includes the W hotel as well) and has access to a huge mall with plenty of food options. The main hotels of Macau are walking distance.
Room was ok and view is stunning, but we found rice under the armchair that hadn’t been cleaned…
GGuest UserIt was the worst hotel experience I have had in Macau.
I booked 路氹 金光大道景 豪華 特大床客房 (non-smoking room) for one night (June 8-9) through Trip.com and additionally put a remarks regarding birthday arrangement for my husband on June 8. I also received a confirmation email from the hotel on 22 May that the hotel will prepare relevant amenities to be delivered to my room during our stay.
When I checked in with the reception on June 8, the front desk staff Edward had arranged a smoking room for our stay! We even re-confirmed with him during the check-in that we wanted a non smoking room and he saw the 2 years old toddler with us.
Once we entered the floor and the room, we found that the smell are intolerable. So we asked the front desk whether our room and floor are smoking floor and room. They confirmed that our room was a smoking room and they managed to switch the room for us to a non smoking room. I had to pack my stuff and carry the baby to different floor and spent quiet some time inside the hotel doing this room re-arrangement. (After I reported a complaint to the hotel by email, the staff Cristina contacted me on 10 June to explain the reason of the mistake is that the hotel is unable to know what type of room I booked, because I was booked through trip.com, a third party agency. I had booked so many times through trip.com and never encountered a problem like that with other hotels.)
In addition, the hotel forgot to deliver the birthday amenities until I had to call the front desk for reminder at night (11:30pm). After the reminder, the hotel is able to deliver a small chocolate moose cake without any birthday plate. So it was very disappointing, the birthday arrangement at COD is even better because the cake and champagne were well set up inside the room.
The whole birthday celebration is so ruined by the hotel. I wasted my time switching the room and waiting for the birthday cake to come because of their careless service. The staff Cristina had offered me a complimentary upgrade on my NEXT stay to a Cotai View Room with complimentary breakfast for 2 as a compensation. I have no idea why they thought/ wanted me to spend extra money to book another night just for the complimentary view upgrade and free breakfast. I honestly did not expect 'Sheraton' this worldwide brand has this type of service and I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.
MMary KrisThis is an amazing deal! For only P5,000+, we were able to book a 5 star hotel in Macau. The room and the entire hotel is clean, luxurious and smells expensive! I was delighted that their toiletries are all L’Occitane products– hand gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash and pillow linen! The room amenities are complete. They even have a complete set of towels and robes, and the best part is that they have a BATH TUB! Amazing, isn’t it?
To complete the experience, I suggest you should include breakfast in your booking.
As to the location, there is a bus stop just in front of the Hotel. To avoid confusion, it shares the same building with the Lisboeta Hotel.
Rrvhyn4everThis hotel should be in a better location. Nevertheless, it was a hidden gem to be discovered! It has its own charm and personality! A true Roosevelt treasure! Kudos to all the congenial staff and service crew! Keep up the good work! Cheers!🥂👍
JJefferyThe price is the key to make our decision and stay on Lisboeta this time. Got 3 different theme in the same hotel. Share the check in lobby, swimming pool and facilities.
Great room services with rapid response and passionate assists on our needs.
Need friends support or shuttle or taxi to get around or otherwise a bit far from the main road.
LLon SanRoom was spacious & very comfortable. Bathroom was also very big & spacious too. There was a huge bathtub & a separate shower room equipped with a rain shower which i appreciated very much. Very close to the Macau ferry terminal as well. Sands Macau is just across the road. Well worth the room price.
