Good place to stay on a budget. Everything is as you would expect. Staffs are friendly, main gate is locked in the night. Amenities nearby

There’s a leaked of water in near bathroom. Uncomfortable. The room is cheap. Just so-so. Can’t recommend the hotel.

The service is quite bad because when we ask for help
personally for the cancellation and refund procedure of a non refundable booking they said we should ask for assistance in Trip.Com customer service but as per TRIP.COM’s statement the property didn’t want to negotiate because of non refundable policy.It was an honest mistake on our part that we accidentally booked the room twice on a same day but they should’ve have help us get a refund and understand the situation since it’s just an honest mistake and no one will use the other room.
Aside from a poor service there’s a leaked on the floor and we don’t know where it came from and we cant sleep well because of the noise outside.

Location is good. Staff are helpful and are very nice.
Recommendable. The place is near mrt station and transpo is convenient. There are so many food shops nearby the hotel. Cheaper than other hotels.

I stayed here as a backpacker. They checked me in kindly and politely even though I arrived at 4pm! Wi-Fi is also perfect. They even provide shower gel and toothpaste. There is no hair dryer.

Nice stay for board exam takers. Budget friendly and very homey yung itsura niya. Malinis, working aircon and ref. May time lang na maingay pero tolerable naman nung stay namin.
